AutoCAD Civil 3D :: Unable To Run Macro - ValidateRule Error
Nov 5, 2008
Has seen this error in the event viewer? We seem to get this with all drawings containing a Pipe Network?
The complete error is: Type=Error Source= AeccDbNetworkRule::runScript Description= Unable to run Macro: ValidateRule.
And this error repeats itself 253 times in this dwg. We do have the "Pipe Catalogs" on a network drive. But it's mapped as R:AutoCAD Civil 3DPipes Catalog and not a unc address. I don't know if this is a problem to worry about or not, but it's still annoying to get this many events in the Panorama.

I have created a custom Assembly using Assembly Composer for C3D 2012 and imported it to C3D. Problem is when I try to place the assembly in a drawing.
I get the error message "Unable to execute the tool. Not enough storage is available to complete this operation."
I am trying to create an assembly that will calculate a built volume based on constructed height of the structure.
I am working on modeling a pond riser. I had one model with a series of small round perforations in the riser and I needed to look at a version that used larger, square cut-outs in the riser. So, I performed a "save-as" and adjusted my orifices to match my new model requirements. When I attempted to run the model, I received the following error: "ERROR 537 : Unable to perform multiple storm analysis, no storm was selected.".Â
I have encountered this one time before and was able to go back to the first model and start over. However, now, even when I run the first model (small round perfs), I receive the same error.
I have a storm event assigned for both models but the program does not seem to recognize this any longer.Â
I'm running Photoshop Elements 5.0. Everything was working fine til this mornin. I've had the program for about a year now. When I tried to open it this morning I got this error message that popped up.
It says:
Unable to continue because of a hardware or system error. Sorry, but this error is unrecoverable.
I've tried repairing the program. That didn't work. Restarted my computer. That didn't work. Uninstalled the program and tried opening it again. That didn't work. I'm at a loss! I really need to get into my program b/c my work is there. I tried opening some of my files (they are located in my Pictures folder) and they pop up with the same message.
why all-the-sudden this macro does not show up in the list of macros? I'm not sure if it is conflicting with something else and it's been happening off and on.
I have a macro that I've written that works flawlessly for what I need it to do but only if 1 corel window/job is open at a time. If I could get the macro to just check to see if other jobs are open first and warn me. I can hit ok then clsoe those jobs then proceed with my macro.
I have been unable to find a macro to perform elliptical fills, or for dynamically interactive fractal/"plasma" fills.
It would seem to me, that these could have already been written by any of the experienced macro programmers for CorelDraw. No interest, or are these sort of fills too difficult to programmatically implement through a macro?
I am new at creating a recorded macro in Corel X5..I have done the steps to record a macro for changing a text colour within a symbol...i get an error debug message ActiveShape.Shapes(26).PowerClip.EnterEditMode
what i want to do is change a coloured text from black to white that is symbol. i have several different text that are in symbol and it is a pain to enter each one and change a colour.
I would like to create a toolbar command to label northing and easting. Â I know I can label it using Note Label, but can I make this into a macro with a shortcut button?
Upon startup of CorelDraw X4, I get an error message and the debugger opens (macro) and highlights a line of code in the Recent Files macro. I suspect it may be a Windows 7 update since about 15 updates were installed today.
P.S. - resetting workspace by pressing F8 at startup is not an option.
I have just installed Photoshop CS2 on my new win VISTA HOME machine. There was no problems, I got a notification of a large update from ADOBE,
so I accpeted, shut down Photoshop, installed updates and then when I re-boot my machine and opened up Photoshop again, I got this error message. "Unable to continue because of a hardware or system error. Sorry, but this error is unrecoverable"
I'm trying to create a digital layout in PSCS version 8.0, and when I go to save the psd file (very early stages of the creation...its not very large yet) I get an error that says "Unable to save (file name) because of a disc error". I've never seen this before and am trying not to panic, but I'm on a deadline! LOL And am running behind as usual!
I am using an older mac, and I'm pretty dang maxed out on Gb...gotta clean up some files, but having a hard time finding a free dup file finder for macs...so I'm procrastinating, basically. Could the fact that I've got very little Gb available left have something to do with this?
I try I open PhotoShop I get a message saying "Unable to conitnue because of a hardware or system error. Sorry, but this error is unrecoverable" then the program shuts down and I have to restart my computer in order to use PS again.
I would like to use the following macro from the LDD 2004 Civil menu (yes, we are still using 2004!): ^C^C^C^P(cd_mnl)(zz_sdsk '(ad_xsutl 2));LDD. The macro is Zoom to Station from the Cross Section pulldown menu. How to use this in a LISP routine, or an equivalent LISP command? (The user won't be supplying the station number. The station number will be extracted from a selection set of objects with attribute blocks with equivalent station numbers.)
Each cross section has an attribute block associated with it, which lists all the details for that section, including station. The macro must be using that block (listed in a database, perhaps?) to find the station in the dwg.Â
Is there a way to create a macro to label a line with a particular style?
I label my feature lines with three styles: multiple - segment grade, multiple - segment start elevation & single - segment end elevation. I want to make a macro for each of these that I can put on a button. It would be nice to combine the two multiples too if that is possible.
AutoCad LT2009 has been running on my windows 7 computer for 3 years but now I get the message "The application was unable to start correctly(0xc0150002). Click OK to close the application."Â I have Google surched the application error message and found one reference to a similar but different numbered message for AutoCad LT which suggested down loading Microsoft Visual C==2010 Redistributable package (x86)Â and (x64) but neither of them worked.
Every time I try to run a tool from the tool palette like dragging an AEC block into my drawing I get a pop out window saying: "Unable to execute the tool - Class not registered" why this is happening on Autocad Architecture 2010?
I've been using CS4 just fine for a long time. Suddenly when I try to open it I get an error dialog telling me that my licensing has expired. Error code 150:30. As far as I can tell, nothing has changed. I tried uninstall and then reinstall from original disk. No luck. Contacted Adobe Support. First they told me to remove the FlexNet Publisher preferences folder from my Library folder at root level. There is not such folder there. They then told me to modify permissions on one of the folders. Did that but still no success. Also tried repairing all disk permissions via Mac disk utility. Still no luck. Now they tell me that they can't/won't give further support because my version is too old (apparently only CS6 and CS5 qualify for support). Â I am running this on Mac OS 10.7.5. Â Only thing I have done that I can trace as a possible culprit was that I installed a new film scanner. As part of its software install it started to install a bundled copy of Photoshop Elements. I aborted that install. Subesequent to that I discovered I could not open my copy of CS4.
I just downloaded the trial version of Photoshop CC to try the new stuff (I was still on CS before).I deleted CS by dragging the "Adobe Photoshop CS" Folder to the trash and then I installed PSCC.But when I open the program, it says (French translation, may not be English accurate) : "Unable to launch Photoshop CC because of a program error". Â I looked up on forums that said to delete preferences or else, disk repair, uninstalling-reinstalling, but still, I get the same message again and again.Did I forget to delete a file to uninstall PSCS ?
I have come to find that there is a small segment in my project that says unable to read string and I have deleted the files in that area to see what was causing this error and it does not seem to be video or music in this area.
Because I move the playback marker to the opposite sides of this area and it seems to work fine but once I delete the files in this area and playback it does the same thing to the files that where on the other side of the files once there as the move in. Is there anything that can be done to fix this because I need this video t convert so that I may send it to my professor by January 1 or I will fail the course.Â
I get the following message almost, but not every, time that I start Photoshop.
b This application has failed to start because vfzcore.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
I have tried reinstalling Photoshop. But this does not help. I often also get a windows error after photoshop is closed saying that it did not shut down properly.
I suspect that the vfzcore.dll error is due to some 3rd party plug-in. But does anyone have any ideas? These error do not appear to affect the performance of photoshop that I can tell. Everything that I use works fine and it never bombs off (except after closing the program out). But having to hit "OK" at the error dialog every time the program starts up is annoying.
I have tried to export video out of CS3 extended no matter what I've tried a get the same message "Could not complete the render video command because of a program error"
I can import .avi and quick time files just fine but it won't export whether I choose .avi file or quicktime. (using only a 25mb sized file)
Please I really could use your help as I have not found any info thru google search. I have no problems rendering from After effects 3 or Premiere Pro 3 just photoshop.

I'm running Vista Ultimate 64 bit Photoshop CS4 Extended and have come across a problem with the Automate/Fit Image script. I have read the other posts here concerning a bug in the script, but I'm not even getting to the stage of the script giving me any options to run - I just get the following in a Script Alert message box: Fit Image CS4: Error: Unable to create Window - OS error [1400]:210 I can see that the script is in the Presets/Scripts directory OK.
I have been getting an error message when trying to start Gimp. It says that libgmodule -2.0-0.dll is missing and that reinstalling Gimp might solve this problem. I have uninstalled then reinstalled Gimp two times and still keep getting this error and I'm not sure what is causing it to occur.
Usually when I bring up Elements 10, it says welcome back Kenny, now when I type in my password it is showing Error 400. I have tried several times to create a new ID.....no luck. It just started doind this last night. What do I need to do?
I have to look at a PC tomorrow that has either CS5 or CS5.5, it's running Windows 7 64 bit with 16 GB of Ram. Â The error being given is: "Unable to allocate 0.000Mb of memory. Either decrease the memory requirements for the rendering of this frame or install more RAM. (123803/U.Mem Tracked Object)"
I'm running After Effects CS6 11.0 on MAC OSX and everytime I attempt to apply text, either by creating a new text layer from the drop down menu or dragging open a text box I get "Unable to Access Resource   P_TextSmallCaps_Sm_N_D (type png)"  Is this a png file missing from the program, a fixable bug or what?
