Nov 12, 2013Using Adobe Creative Cloud since upgrading to Mavericks? I have a Mac Pro at work and everything runs smoothly on that but my 2nd license on my home iMac doesn't work properly. Photoshop won't open and constantly freezes, dreamweaver won't open at all and Premiere is hit and miss whether it opens or not. Creative cloud isn't cheap it should work by now!

Aug 25, 2012My Photoshop CS6 (cloud version and actiive) has started crashing as soon as I load an image.
This problem began after an auto update of Windows 7 It took several tries before the Windows update to work (got error message saying Windows could not install updates) until this morning when the update was successfully installed. Now PS CS6 has stopped working.

Jan 14, 2013I have a new 15" macbook pro, and have the set requirements to run Photoshop CS6 even after the recent updates. However, I still cannot access the "Filter Gallery", and when I went to find the so called "Filter Gallery" plugin folder--what do you know that plugin is missing all together.Â
I've already done the Preferences, show all plugins, etc... deal and this is not the issue here. My Filter Plugin is missing all together, and my macbook pro was purchased brand new from the Mac store, 3-4 months ago.
 I have been a paying Adobe Creative Cloud member since day one, when it first became available, and now I'm over the top upset over this problem! How can I fix this missing plugin?

Jan 20, 2014I've tried a couple of times (uninstall, reinstall both CC Illustrator and Creative Cloud.) without any success. It downloads only the 17.0.0 version and shows my app up to date. I even tried to download it from the CC website with the same result.

Jun 16, 2008I'm running Photoshop Elements 5.0. Everything was working fine til this mornin. I've had the program for about a year now. When I tried to open it this morning I got this error message that popped up.
It says:
Unable to continue because of a hardware or system error. Sorry, but this error is unrecoverable.
I've tried repairing the program. That didn't work. Restarted my computer. That didn't work. Uninstalled the program and tried opening it again. That didn't work. I'm at a loss! I really need to get into my program b/c my work is there. I tried opening some of my files (they are located in my Pictures folder) and they pop up with the same message.

Oct 16, 2013Due to security reasons, I tried to enter my Photoshop CC through creative cloud and it prompt me to change my Password. Unfortunately since changed carriers from ATT to Comcast, my ATT email no longer exists therefore, when they sent the instructions to make the change I just couldn't retrieve it.Â
I always get the infamous phrase that another group responsible for the change will get in touch with in the next 24 to 48 hours. Well... it's been two weeks now.

In effect, this is suggesting that it’s for clients that already had CS3 and above.My plan on the creative cloud adobe website also suggests the same. The only time I was made aware of this need to already own CS3 or above was after I placed the order.

As a result, I am not able to download Photoshop CC or Lightroom 5 from within the Creative Cloud client.I think due to this mis-information on the Adobe website as shown above, I should still be entitled to this offer.I will contact Adobe sales support to see what they can do.

May 7, 2007I'm trying to create a digital layout in PSCS version 8.0, and when I go to save the psd file (very early stages of the creation...its not very large yet) I get an error that says "Unable to save (file name) because of a disc error". I've never seen this before and am trying not to panic, but I'm on a deadline! LOL And am running behind as usual!
I am using an older mac, and I'm pretty dang maxed out on Gb...gotta clean up some files, but having a hard time finding a free dup file finder for macs...so I'm procrastinating, basically. Could the fact that I've got very little Gb available left have something to do with this?

Mar 13, 2008I recently had to do a complete reinstall of my PC and prior to doing so used the Deactivate function. Following the reinstall of my system I installed CS3 once again from the CD and the install went without problems. Of course I now had the original version (10) installed and so used the update facility from within CS3. Following this I was presented with an error message advising that there was a problem installing 10.0.1 and Camera Raw. Despite running the installer again via the 'Try Again' button the problem persisted and so I pressed Cancel.
Following this I went to the Adobe site and downloaded the 10.0.1 update outside of CS3 and the install/update went without any problems. I also did this with Camera Raw. Now whenever CS3 starts up I get the splash screen indicating version 10.0.1 and from within CS3 (Help - about plug-ins) I see that Camera Raw 4.3.1 is installed.
However, a few moments ago the installer once again appeared indicating that version 10.0.1 was ready to be installed and so just to get rid of the pop up I clicked 'Install'. Of course I received back could not install message and I suspect that this is going to pop it's ugly head up on future ocassions as well.
Does anyone know where the fault/error lies and how I stop this pop up advising me that 10.0.1 is ready to be installed when it seems that it already is.

I've previously created point clouds from the same data (ENZ comma delimited) without a problem. I believe this was done before applying SP2. Any problems creating point clouds since SP2?
