Have just bought boxed version VSx3 and unable to get to use!! every time that it says install finished i click corel VS icon on desktop and my pc reboots have tried 4 removals with the coral clean utility and registry edit removal of keys to no avail.

"Do More" Icon has disappeared in X6 from the Corel Guide splash screen, hopefully this is just a glitch from Corel and not an installation problem, not able to check X5 as I have just uninstalled it, but the Do More Icon is still there in X4.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI downloaded the awesome 3ds Max for my film projects.It was good for a few days, it was good in the morning, but in the afternoon something happen. Desktop icon, disappeared. I cant get into the software. I tried going to program files and autodesk folders, got nothing.
I had safelifeapp virusing my comp so i may have tampered with something and it probably messed it up.I'm looking to find a way to get back into the program somehow.
I downloaded the LR5.3 file: Lightroom_5_LS11_mac_5.3.dmg and then clicked on the file to open it. After installing, the Lightroom 5.3 icon appears on the top right of my Mac desktop, however, when i open Lightroom from Finder>Applications it still shows LR5.2C. So I clicked on the LR5.3 icon on the top right of my screen and it gives me the original box that I already clicked to install LR5.3.

I'm trying to import from an SD card, and when I hit the LR desktop icon for the app, I get a small window asking me to "CHoose a Different Catalogue" or "Create a New Cataloague. The "Open" button is greyed-out. The large "Select a recent catalogue" window is empty. When I go the the SD card under my computer, all I can do is open it to a folder containing the images, and the only option is "Save", not "Open". But nothing happens when I hit the Save button.

There is no problem exporting an image from Lightroom 4 to be opened in Pspx4. That happens without fault.I applied 'run as administrator' to the shortcut I created and now that will open the software as expected.

So far I have found nothing that allows me to Modify Text."To Replace Existing Dimension Text With Alternate Text" it says to "Click Modify menu > Object >Text >Edit." The only Modify menu I can find is the Modify menu at the top showing 12 icons then it's drop down showing 14 more icons. There is no Object icon in that menu. how to Modify Text in LT2013.
View 9 Replies View RelatedNormally LT runs fast enough that you can't see what it's doing, but occasionally it will bog down so that you can see the lines in the Properties manager fill in one by one as you select and deselect entities. A quick restart of the program used to be all it took to refresh it and get back to normal speed. But I still have this problem after multiple restarts and a machine reboot. It's slow enough to be almost unusable.
It's an old machine due to be replaced but is usually fast enough. I've got nothing else running, I even turned off the McAfee (usually the culprit on speed issues) and nothing is working. Is there anything else I can try before I have to kick a wall and reinstall LT?

Just getting used to elements 11 - the tilt shift in the guided edit does not change when I click on the icon, then click and drag. I am sure I am following instructions correctly, but nothing changes when I try to rezone the area I wish to have showing without blur. I could do in operation in the expert mode, but it should work in guided edit.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI must have fat fingered something and I now when I click on the Eraser Tool or the Brush Mask Tool instead of getting a circle or square, I get and icon of the tool instead. They still work but they're harder to use without seeing the circle or square depending on what's selected. I've been using Corel for many years and never had this happen and I can't figure out how to switch back.

Imagine trying to draw a line but the starting point is a half to a full inch up and to the left of where you wanted the line to start. View 5 Replies View RelatedI'd like to select the whole gradient that I have created on its own layer. So I cmd-click (Mac) on the layer's icon. But after doing this not the whole gradient is selected but only the darkest part of it!
With every other layer it worked so far... But not with gradients...
Cursor Icon meanings
What is the significance of the changes to the cursor in the following circumstances:-
1.In timeline the 4 headed arrow changes to a white pointer just above the timeline with a small icon behind it and the timecode shows
2.When moved to the ruler, it changes to a double headed arrow with another icon next to it
Been having problems opening Corel Video Studio Pro X4. Tried opening it today and this message keeps appearing:

and then it closes down, I did uninstall the programme and reinstal it but the same thing keeps happening. It's always worked before until today.
