For no apparent reason the Render Button at the bottom of the view frame has disappeared. With RayTrace I just get a black screen. It was all working fine then suddenly the problem occurred.
There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the PC - I can render in MAX Design as normal.
I keep getting a dialogue box that says "Revit was unable to render the view due to an unknown error during render calculations. The rendering operation will be canceled." The only option is to click "close" and when i do so, it continues to render but only the sky and grass. My buildings are not present.

I rendered frames 600-1500 on the machine with max 2014. The renderer indicated that all frames were rendered in the usual way. However, upon playback (avi), the animation lasted 18 seconds rather than the expected 30, with the last 12 seconds (about 360 frames) missing.
This happened for the first time a couple of days ago using the same project file. In both cases, the avi file size was 1,044, 391 KB. It is not unusual for other project avi files to greatly exceed this. I have looked in the project file for some parameter that set an avi file size limit without success.

i have looked everywhere for torublshooting for this. but they are all for 3d max 2009. I have the 2012 version and the render status bar is gone missing. I cannot find the INI file.

I've tried rendering the layer on it's own in a seperate comp and it disappears then as well and just becomes a white screen, but the original one when put into a comp works fine. I've spent hours editing it and putting it in place so i really don't want to start again.

I have come to use it in anger for the first time to create a DVD of my friends wedding. Everything works OK until I use the "share and then create a disk" I get to the Preview stage (it previews great) and then there is a "Back" button but no "Next" button.
I downloaded the latest patch from Corel for this version but it made no difference.

Everything was fine while testing it in the "motion window". Then i started rendering it and the output video file is missing two of the three layers? What is wrong? My AutoCAD Architecture 2011 program is missing the button to export to an earlier version of AutoCAD. I have seen this button on other computers at our office. I need to export some drawings to earlier versions without having to bind exrefs and do a 'save as' earlier version.

I loaded 2013 Civil 3D and I customized my Ribbon with Zoom Commands I use frequently; everything looked fine...I changed the Workspace to Planning & Analysis and cutomized my Ribbon to include the Zoom Commands but a Button Icon for ZOOM_TO_POINT came up with a cloud & question mark. I went to look for the Icon Image & I don't see it. I made the mistake of changing the Icon to another hoping I could change it back but it's not there. I went to the 2012 verison & the Button Icon is there...first icon listed. Where are the icons in 2012 so I can drag & drop image into 2013?
The icon has a point symbol with a magnifying glass. I've checked other computers and the same thing. Can't find the Image Icon for ZOOM_TO_POINT. It shows up when you load the software but if you want to edit it...it's not there in the CUI Button Icons.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have made several attempts to render the same image in Revit 2012. The render never actually starts. The status bar never comes up, after about 30 minutes revit just pops up a box that says I do not have enough memory. (The green status bar on the bottom of the screen gets stuck at 84%). This cannot be, because I am rendering on draft quality settings an image that is 672 kb, and I am using the most recent Macbook Pro with VMWare.
