Apr 16, 2013I have a strange problem in Inventor 2013:The back button has gone missing in some ribbon menus.. This Is a bug or a setting thats been changed?

AutoCAD Inventor :: Missing Font Squares In All Menus
Oct 27, 2011One of the designers at our office has problems with what I believe is a missing font. We tried to reinstall Inventor but it did not solve the problem. Then we reinstalled the entire machine but the problem came back.What is the name of the font used in Inventors menus?

AutoCAD Inventor :: Work Plane Back Color Missing
May 9, 2013In Inventor 2013 the work and origin plane back color is missing or transparent on one of my workstations. The borders are present. Planes funtion normally.
I have tried different color schemes and have have edited the registry <workplanebackcolor> value , to no avail.
I also updated to SP2, just in case.
I have attached a screenshot of the origin axes.

Aug 22, 2005Last night i closed down my cad as per usual but this morning fired it up and my pulldown menus are missing-file,tools etc. The only one left if ltxpress which has been on my system for months now. I have turned my system off and rebooted but still missing.

Sep 11, 2012We installed Civil 3D onto my supervisor's computer, and I can't find the menus. It's like they completely vanished. I set menu bar to 1, and the only menu I get is the Express menu. I don't get any of the other menus (file, alignments, profiles, grading, etc.).

May 27, 2013After installing 3ds Max 2014 I decided to check out the new enhanced menu. It worked very will for a few days but for some reason now every icon in the menu is very low quality or just a star. I've tried doing a complete re install but it didn't seem to work.

Photoshop :: CS4 - Copy Button Back?
Apr 15, 2012I have successfully changed a background using the Layers feature. Part of that process was copying and pasting by Edit--Copy and Edit--Paste in Cs4. I've done it only once,
and now that I am onto a new image that I'd like to copy, the Copy button is greyed out, and all I am allowed to select is Paste and when I select that, it only pastes the image I'd done the first time. I've closed out Photoshop twice, and it is still doing the same thing. I just want my Copy button back...
GIMP :: How To Get Maximize Button Back
Nov 16, 2013I just love GIMP.
But imagine the huge dismay felt when this dedicated user updated GIMP to 2.8.6 and found there was no maximise button any more! Is there anyway to get this button back??
I use it regularly as part of my work-flow, and now I find this once fantastic app pretty much rendered useless to me.
Not having the maximise button also doesn't allow me to see the bottom part of the program's window, so the bottom slider is useless to me.
Not having this pretty much puts my budding photography on-hold, as I resent having to pay an extortionate amount for Gimp's closest 'worthy' competition. That, and photosh*t doesn't play nice with Linux anyway.
Also, I don't have the ready cash to rush out and buy a larger monitor (for a laptop thats screen size works well for all other apps) just to use Gimp.
Using Ubuntu 13.10.
AutoCAD Architecture :: Missing Export To Button
Feb 6, 2012My AutoCAD Architecture 2011 program is missing the button to export to an earlier version of AutoCAD. I have seen this button on other computers at our office. I need to export some drawings to earlier versions without having to bind exrefs and do a 'save as' earlier version.
How I can get this button back? Does it have anything to do with DWG Trueview?Here are two screen shots, one with the button, and one without.

AutoCad :: How To Get Missing SHX Files Dialogue Back
Mar 26, 2012When I open a .dwg file, 'Missing SHX Files' dialogue pops out. I checked the box 'Always perform my current choice', and clicked 'Ignore the missing SHX files...'. Then .dwg opened, but all text information were not displayed. I closed the .dwg, and reopen again, but this 'Missing SHX Files' does not pop out again.
How to get this 'Missing SHX Files' dialogue back?

Mar 13, 2014I have a continuously moving looping slide show that has back and next buttons. When you press the next button it should move forward one where ever it is on the timeline every time you click it and the same for the back button.
This is the code I am using but the the problem is that it goes to else {sym.play("one");} when the button is clicked. No matter where in the timeline the next button is clicked, it goes back to number one. I don't know much about coding and I have tried everything to fix this but I am stuck.

AutoCAD Civil 3D :: Button Icon Missing For A Zoom Command
Sep 4, 2012I loaded 2013 Civil 3D and I customized my Ribbon with Zoom Commands I use frequently; everything looked fine...I changed the Workspace to Planning & Analysis and cutomized my Ribbon to include the Zoom Commands but a Button Icon for ZOOM_TO_POINT came up with a cloud & question mark. I went to look for the Icon Image & I don't see it. I made the mistake of changing the Icon to another hoping I could change it back but it's not there. I went to the 2012 verison & the Button Icon is there...first icon listed. Where are the icons in 2012 so I can drag & drop image into 2013?
The icon has a point symbol with a magnifying glass. I've checked other computers and the same thing. Can't find the Image Icon for ZOOM_TO_POINT. It shows up when you load the software but if you want to edit it...it's not there in the CUI Button Icons.

Feb 9, 2013I used to use the 'back' button all the time in my old windows version of PSE organiser. I have now bought PSE 11 for my new macbook and finding that all the reasons I wanted to use PSE organiser rather than iPhoto are fast evaporating with this version. One of them is the 'back' button. If I scroll down down down a long way and find a particular photo and then deliberately or even accidentally, change the view to see data (that incidentally I used to be able to see in the same view on the info side pane such as folder location ....) then I lose my place in the media display and cant get back there like I used to. and have to hunt for the photo again. Similarly when I select a tag to display the selection containing that tag and then want to return to the previous main media display I return to the top, rather than wherever I had progressed to. This didn't happen in my old windows version. I cant understand why the developers would think it was a great idea to remove this facility, but I cant find it. It was invaluable when I was going back through the catalogue to old photos and adding tags or other info.

Apr 1, 2013I have a website banner made in edge with links to other pages of the site. The banner itself is within an iframe (Generally I avoid iframes but I had no option with this one). If you click a link, it will take you to the right page. However if you click the browser's back button, the original page begins to load but quickly redirects you forward again, thus virtually removing the back buttons functionality. However if I click "back" a second time, it works.
Another peculiar thing is that when the page loads, the contents of the page that I am navigating to start to load within the iframe before it redirects. I tried adding "_parent" as a target attribute to all my links but the problem remains. Does edge automatically detect iframe usage and assign link targets to the _parent frame with jQuery?

Jul 13, 2011I added a couple of standard Autocad MAP tabs to a custom panel and in my custom workspace some of the button images don't show up. If I go to the Planning & Analysis workspace, the images are visible, but in the custom workspace, all I get are clouds with a question mark.

3ds Max :: How To Get Missing Windows Back
Feb 14, 2011I had the system setup on a dual monitor for a dog and pony in the conference room. I'm back at my desk and need to get my windows back to the monitor. My materials dialog, and my "warning isolated selection" windows are being displayed on a screen I don't have on now.
Is there a way to force all windows back to the current monitor?

Jul 20, 2011I have VideoStudio Pro X2 (bought last Oct from Amazon didn't know it was two versions old and so had no support from Corel ) . I have come to use it in anger for the first time to create a DVD of my friends wedding. Everything works OK until I use the "share and then create a disk" I get to the Preview stage (it previews great) and then there is a "Back" button but no "Next" button.
I downloaded the latest patch from Corel for this version but it made no difference.

Revit :: Missing Render Button In 2013?
Jan 22, 2013For no apparent reason the Render Button at the bottom of the view frame has disappeared. With RayTrace I just get a black screen. It was all working fine then suddenly the problem occurred.
There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the PC - I can render in MAX Design as normal.
