Aug 15, 2013I've some problems with Adobe Brigde, it's the first time using that an I wanna export some photos but I don't have the tool Output or extract (I don't know the excatlly name in English, I'm working with the french version).
I tried with Ctrl+K ->bootscript but I cannot find the Output took inside.
Another problem with Adobe Extention Manager CC, it's impossible to install new extention, I rode the tutorial but it doesn't work, I want to install some brush for exemple.

Aug 28, 2007What settings do I have wrong that I see certain colours in PS, then either 'Save as', a jpg (for web use).. Or even 'Save for web'..
And when I compared the colours to PS, they are different?
Usually more red/magenta in jpg format.

May 17, 2006I have been told my a printhouse that my designs in photoshop need to be submitted as vectors and saved as an .eps file. So I saved my psd design as an eps file but they said that it wasn't correct.
I have since been informed by them that I need to my pixel graphics into curves, even the text. They suggested that CorelTrace would be able to trace my design with curves. Is there any way that this can be done in CS2? The design is quite simple, a few stripes and some text.

Jul 15, 2006So anyways im runing the New Photoshop. i was working on an image a while ago and bla bla.. I go to save as .jpg and for some reason the photo comes out Much more contrasted then it actualy looks like in photoshop.
like wayyy too much, like its geting kind of anoying because its not the picture i made it to be. it used to work fine before. what should i do.

May 25, 2005I have a sliced image, which i'm trying to "save for web" using JPG format for all slices, but when i select the JPG settings (these in right) it outputs as a JPG only one of the slices, and everything else is GIF?! If i select all slices one by one and set them to save as JPG, it will work, but that's just too much slices, and i think there should be better way?

So, I plug my headphones in BUT...sound keeps coming out of my display (even though I can hear the audio up/down "blip blip" in my headphones when I adjust volume). Searched preferences but there is NO mention of any way to edit the audio output.

Jul 18, 2012I'm using CS4 and am trying to make an animated GIF. I've got it all set up and when I play it in Photoshop everything is fine. I then go to File > Save for web and then choose GIF in the dialog box and leave all other boxes alone. In the Optimized window my images are missing and only a grey box is shown. When I hit Save and then open the resulting GIF in a browser, all I get is that grey box and not the animation with my 8 frames.

I have been working on some stuff, and quite some time ago, I noticed that a certain piece of mine was not showing the subtle, noise-fog that I had added in PSD.Now, on-canvas everything seemed fine and I thought: "Okay, This is what I want." However, when I saved the image (as a .jpg and later as a .png as well), the fog was absent from the image, showing simply a "black" background. Sometime later I found that, when I zoomed in, the noise was actually present, it was just VERY unclear. You could only notice it, just barely, whilst zoomed in.
Now we come to present-time. I'm working on a little concept. It's in manga cell-shaded style, so the differences in color are easy to see (as shadows, for example, are not gradual. There's a clear line that separates the normal lighting from shadows)
Now, this 'character' has a black pair of pants (specific RGB- #100d11) and the color of the shadow is #060506..The thing is: in photoshop, I can clearly see the difference and it looks the way I want to have it. But when I saved the image to jpg (and to png) you can barely, if at all, see the difference. Someone who does not know there are two different colors, would not see it, and just see pure black. You can see the difference if you zoom-in, but even then it's not as 'stark' as it is on-canvas.
- Is this common / normal?- If yes, is there something to fix this, so that what I see on-screen is what I get when I export the file?
Photoshop :: Application With Keyword Output
Sep 16, 2007I am relatively new to the digital imaging community. Reason I am here is I am looking for a image management or digital imaging software that will allow me to create my own web gallery that I can style and tailor myself and also be able to assign keywords to images in the application.
However, as I will be uploading a large collection of images I will need a search mechanism or the ability to upload the metadata, i.e the keywords for each image. So I will be able to find certain images I am interested in viewing, effectively and efficiently.
Do any of you guys know of any application that will do all these things?
I trust alot of you are very knowledgable in this area and probably professionals, I was wondering if anybody could give me a hand?
Photoshop :: Changing Output Layers In V 6.0
Jan 31, 2009So here's what I'm trying to do. I'm working on something that requires two layers. In in one layer I'm supposed to draw something using the lasso tool, and then afterwards go to the other layer and change the upper output level. Unfortunately, it's not working for me and no levels are changing. This process works when I use the line tool to draw in the first layer but not when I switch to the lasso tool.

Dec 2, 2008I'm using Photoshop CS version 8.0 for Mac and never noticed this before, but when I print on my Epson 2200 an image that I have made into a picture package from photoshop, it is a different color that when I print directly from the .jpg image without creating a picture package first (because it is an 8x10 and I don't need to use the software for that). Is it because my Picture Package creates it as a .psd and not a .jpg?

But, it also creates another copy of each image on my desktop which means a lot of cleanup after running 100 images. Anybody know how to stop that?

I think my current version (CS2) can do the assembling. But, I'm not sure about the seamless edge. I know that CS2 cannot create the output that I want.
Photoshop :: Photomerge CS3 Output Size
Aug 2, 2007When I try to merge for example 3 fullsize jpgs ( 2304x3400 ) the resulting panorama is a file thet is only 1300 pixels wide ( although stitched correctly ). Seems strange to me as there are no options I know of the determine the output size.
Im on Mac ( Mac Mini with 1,2 gb of ram and CS3).

Photoshop :: Output Sharpening In Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) And CS5?
Mar 18, 2012Output sharpening in Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) and Photoshop CS5 I want to do two-pass sharpening - capture and output - with output capture done just before I print. I do the initial (capture) sharpening in the ACR Detail/Sharpening panel, with Amount slider set to, for example, 100. Then, I open the image to PS CS5 as a Smart Object, and use layers and masks for further editting.
My question is, can I go back to ACR for the final (output) sharpening pass? When I re-open the file in ACR, the Sharpening Amount slider is back to zero, but the other three sliders are still at the settings I used at the start of the process, i.e., the capture sharpening. If I again set the Amount slider to a positive value, then again open the image in PS for printing, will my second pass through the ACR Sharpening panel take effect - will it accumulate on top of the initial sharpening?
By the way, the reason I want do output sharpening in ACR rather than, say, PS Unsharp Mask, is so I can use the Masking slider in ACR, which is much easier than the comparable techniques available in PS. I am aware that some say you should not do any masking for the output sharpening. I'd like to though.
Photoshop :: CS6 HDR Merge Failed To Output Image
Mar 25, 2013I started from Lightroom 4 and did a merge to HDR. All the images opened in Photoshop CS6 HDR. (Unlike CS5 there was only one tab called Untitled HDR) The HDR control panel opened up and I edited the highlights shadows and removed ghosts. I clicked to finilize the process. The panel closed and I find myself looking at a PS CS6 screen with no image open at all. I went to LR4 and looked around. There was no stacked image. There was no imported image. I sorted all edited images. It was not there. I went back to PS CS6 and and tried again only I changed 16bit to 8bit. Still nothing. I had Google Chrome running and nothing else. I am using a iMac running 10.7.5 with 4 gigs of ram. Nothing ran slow.
