I make all of my DVD menus in photoshop. I have been asked to make a small sidways triangle next to my titles in photoshop. Is there a simple way to make a small sidways triangle that will be used as a button on a dvd menu?

When i use the quick selection or magic wand i can only A) Get the outside shape and inside triangle, or B) Get all but one of the shapes. The triangle is made up of 3 L looking shapes. I want to make a path, put it into Cinema4D , and then be able to color it so i can THEN, put it into an After Effects video.
How best to make the stone facets go sideways into the main tower. As you can see though it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. How I could achieve such results?

The main thing would be that the angle between corners never change ( that means when increasing the weight, the hight also increases.. ). Already for some time trying to do that using Strech action, but nothing works out. Maybe I'm using not that action tool?

I want the original triangle, which doesn't lie on pixel edges but between edges ([0,16],[8.5,0],[17,16]), to be painted in such a way that if a pixel is partially in the triangle it gets partially painted. We have tried changing it in setting with no luck and we can't seem to chance the view into full screen due to the option seemingly being inactive. The program is for my mother and her vision is to poor to read any of it.
I need to make a “sector” or “triangle” selection and copy it from pictures. Is there any way to do it in Paint.net? I can not find such an option.
View 2 Replies View RelatedSo when I create a triangle by using the star shape tool and only giving it three points. When I have my triangle, I duplicate it and make it smaller. I center them both up on the canvas, but they don't look centered. As you can see in the picture provided, the bottom has more of a width that the others. I've tried using the alignment tool and the smart guides. I do resize the triangle using shift so it doesn't mess up the shape too.
View 10 Replies View RelatedAs you can see by the image below, my menu bar titles at the top are small and blurry, plus anywhere there is a text field box (i.e. length & width text fields in the Image Size window) it is collapsed vertically and therefore I can't see what my values are. You can also see the 3 check mark boxes at the bottom of the Image Size window are cut off. I previously had CS6 installed on a Window XP machine without any issues. Now that I have "upgraded" to Window 7, this is what I get for results after the install.

the 3200 dpi images are being stored on my hard drive and then will be archived on DVD.

View 1 Replies View Relateduser of Corel Videostudio pro x5 and gradually getting to grips with the functionality, however I have come to a dead end on one issue. I have edited a video ready for sharing and have gone to create a disc with a menu. I did not want any of the existing menu template so managed to create my own using a photograph as background and adding text I have managed to edit the text to change font etc but when it comes to the navigation buttons I cannot seem to be able to edit the properties. When using customise I can choose the different styles of button but cannot change the colour of the buttons to suit my template colour scheme. For some reason whenever I run a preview the play button always turns out to be pale blue colour. Currently on the create disc function I am selecting DVD for testing purposes instead of burning expensive Blue Ray discs however when finished I will want to burn blue ray discs.

I am using an MAC OSX is Mountain Lion. I am have problems with the small folders and icons in Photoshop CS6. It their a way to make them larger permanently? They are very hard to see. Same goes for the text in PS CS6.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI want to build a mine-tunnel for a mine-cart game. So I thought of creating three tunnelframes for the motion. I attached those three different wall elements I've got:
decke 1, decke 2, decke 3
I tried a couple of times to align them, but the result is just not right. I can't get them in the same shape (frame1, frame2, frame3).
I can't really get three frames done so that it looks like you're moving forward in a mine-tunnel. Is my approach just wrong? how I could get three frames done in psd?
I have CS5 and when I select a portion of a photo and add it to another photo and make the moved selection very small by "free transform" it loses almost all of the detail.
