I need to make a “sector” or “triangle” selection and copy it from pictures. Is there any way to do it in Paint.net? I can not find such an option.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI was wondering if it was possible to make a selection tool that works just like the brush tool and pencil tool.i think it'd be much easier to select very small areas with this.If it is possible to consider putting it in PDN if it isn't too much of a problem.
Also while im at it can you make the transparent background design customizable because all the grays make it kind of hard to tell if you have a stray pixel.I'm currently using PDN to sprite so stray pixels will get me flamed on the site i post them on i'm also aware that i could just make a layer to cover it but when i click save im reminded of the extra layer than i have to cancel and remove it.
How can I do to better blend this two picture together as the orange paint is overlapping the metal grill on the door how to make the paint looks more realistic...

The main thing would be that the angle between corners never change ( that means when increasing the weight, the hight also increases.. ). Already for some time trying to do that using Strech action, but nothing works out. Maybe I'm using not that action tool?

I want the original triangle, which doesn't lie on pixel edges but between edges ([0,16],[8.5,0],[17,16]), to be painted in such a way that if a pixel is partially in the triangle it gets partially painted. When i use the quick selection or magic wand i can only A) Get the outside shape and inside triangle, or B) Get all but one of the shapes. The triangle is made up of 3 L looking shapes. I want to make a path, put it into Cinema4D , and then be able to color it so i can THEN, put it into an After Effects video.
I would like to create a triangle, but with (really) round corners. Not just the points rounded off a little, but the corners going around evenly like circles.

I make all of my DVD menus in photoshop. I have been asked to make a small sidways triangle next to my titles in photoshop. Is there a simple way to make a small sidways triangle that will be used as a button on a dvd menu?
View 3 Replies View RelatedSo when I create a triangle by using the star shape tool and only giving it three points. When I have my triangle, I duplicate it and make it smaller. I center them both up on the canvas, but they don't look centered. As you can see in the picture provided, the bottom has more of a width that the others. I've tried using the alignment tool and the smart guides. I do resize the triangle using shift so it doesn't mess up the shape too.

Everything seems fine except I do not have my involved in assemblyContet Centerparts in this copy.

so if the big one rotates 360 degree the little runs 360 also but only when the big ones hits the little one of course, if not it is still and waiting for the new round...

i finished tagging the scans of my positiv analog pictures. last week i found the negatives which give me much better pictures. how can i copy all the tags (date, time, persons, location, gps coordinates, headline...) to the new pictures? the filesnames cchanged of course: from Picture_Cannes_01v71.jpg to Film_217_Picture 03v36.jpg. Thats why i can't replace the old pictures with the new ones...

Another problem, there no PNG export. Every program I know reads and saves as PNG. Lightroom is the frist one that does not do it ...

i have just one question. Why lightroom 4( full version) won't import my photos directly from my Canon 7D, after connecting it to my laptop with USB( Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit)? Lightroom won't find any files, even on full CF card.

Just installed the LR3 software and updated to the last version. I inserted the SD-card with 12 pictures (jpg and raw) into the card reader but on the LR3 screen I only saw 12 grey rectangles. However, I imported the 12 pictures into a folder on the PC. The rectangles remained gray. With other programes I can see and open the pictures. My camera is a LX5.

I find a "create virtual copy" option when first saving a book, but am a bit befuddled as to how to ensure the book is associated with the correct copy of the photo upon subsequent saves.
