View 1 RepliesI have stiched together six photos to make a panorama photo. When I go to print that combination photo only one of the six photo shows up in the Print window. Only one photo is printed, not the panorama one. I tried using the Finder > Print box and the copy of the panorama photo I had in a folder on the my desktop. That worked. I want to use photo paper for the print and make some adjustments, that doesn't work from the Finder > Print selection. The original panorama photo was a TIFF file and ended up to be 155MB, but I made a copy in JPEG and that file was 13.2MB.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have been using Photoshop Elements 4 on Windows XP. One of the regular uses was Photomerge where I would put 2 photos on photomerge, ona above the other for comparison purposes on Facebook and other forums.
Now I have Windows 7 and have had to buy Photoshop Elements 9. With this program there are several choices for photomerge but none do what I want.
How can I produce a single file of 2 photos, one above the other for comparison purposes?
I'm using Paint Pro X5 and I have a Canon MX700 printer. The colors from my PaintShop pics are awful when I print them. They don't look anything like the picture in PaintShop. Is there a way or a software program I can use to calibrate the colors between PaintShop and my printer so what I print looks like what's on my PaintShop screen?

View 4 Replies View RelatedFor most of our product photos, I create a copy of the image, flip it vertically, fade it out, and then move it down to create a mirror image effect. Simple enough. But this one I'm having a problem. The product has 4 legs, and from this view, the back 2 legs are shorter. When I do my normal steps that I listed, I get similar to what you see below. I know all about drawing a marquee around part of the reflection, hitting Ctrl+T and then holding down Ctrl+Shift to skew just what's in the marquee. I've done this technique a lot, but it does not work for this particular image. What do I have to do to get the reflection of the back legs to line up with the actual back legs in the image?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a Canon G15, Elements 9, Windows 7.My photos weren't opening in Raw "cannot open because its the wrong type of file". I did some research and downloaded the 7.3 update.I still can't open a raw file from elements. Same error message. But I can separately use the DNG converter.Shouldn't the converter be integrated with Elements, so I wouldn't have to do a separate conversion, just click on the raw file?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI created a ribbon using the extrude and bevel effect and then mapping it with a custom symbol. I copied the image and then tried to get a matching image on the flipside to mirror it but cannot seem to figure it out. Is there a way to somehow flip the orientation of the image? I tried using transform and then reflect and it does not do anything. I tried to do it manually in mapping and flipping the box upside down and in reverse but it just doesn't seem result in the a reflective image. Attached are the two images I am trying to get to reflect each other.

Is it possible to set up a view in CPaintX5 with identical 'live' versions of an entire image or even just an object with the purpose of being able to work on either version with them set at different zoom levels, for example a 'wide shot' and a 'big close up'. I seem to recall that older versions of PSP had this facility as standard in a toggled pair of floating tabs called Preview and Image Info or some such. (I haven't used PSP for years so I might well be remembering incorrectly). It feels like it should be such a simple thing to do but it is eluding me. Of course it would be of most use as a standard feature of the Cut Out Lab but alas, no.

View 8 Replies View RelatedWhen trying to import photos from my Canon 5D Mark III into Lightroom 4.2, the import usually freezes up at some arbitrary point. It will either crash lightroom altogether, or it will have a message saying "could not import all files, files could not be read." (something along those lines.)
I am using a 1 year old iMac with a 1 TB HD. I import directly onto that hard drive. Lightroom has never had an issue importing. My previous camera was a Canon EOS T1i. The problems started when I purchased my 5D Mark III. Images from my T1i, in fact, still import fine with no issues. I am running OS X version 10.7.5. My compact flash card is brand new, a Lexar 1000x. I have seen some suggesting it may be a hard drive issue, however, the evidence points to the 5D Mark III not playing well with LR 4.2. (T1i images still import fine.)
I Use a canon mark III, Lightroom 4, when imported my raw files are very grainy? Adobe unable to fix the problem?
