I would like to know how I can produce multiple identical small images (10mm x 10mm) on the same sheet of paper?
I used to be able to do this in older versions of Adobe Photoshop.
i am trying to do is add multiple images/pictures/jpegs to a single file/document of photoshop...
I don't want to use the cut/paste thing...how do i simply add multiple images to a document i already have open?
I'm creating a large document with the same background but different pics and text on the multiple pages. I want to create a background that is not a bitmap but is still vector and that I can edit, that will automatically come up with each new page. And the kicker is that if I change one thing to the background, it will auto populate the change to the rest of the document.
The background consists of a title, a company logo, some solid fill text and pic areas. So for instance if I wanted to change the background color from green to blue I don't want to have to go to each page and change it individually.
I had an jpg thats 1024x1024 and I wanted to split it into 4 seperate files of 256x256.
Is there any way to get photoshop to do this for me?
My images after being processed in LR show clearly different colours in other applications e.g. Picassa on the same computer with properly calibrated screen by Spyder 4 Pro.

How can I edit individual image size on the canvas as when I select the image on a sperate layer I want to resize it just resizes the entire canvas and not the individual image

However, when I go to Save for Web, my image map gets spliced into 22 separate images that are little pieces of the image. How can I get it to export as a single image so I can upload to a page on my site? I can't find a specific setting to make this adjustment.

Is there an easy way to apply multiple effects on a set of images or individual images, similiar to something like a preset in LightRoom.
For example, if I run the following effects I have to apply it to each image one effect at a time and repeat for each image that I want the exact same effects applied but would prefer to do it all in one go
Blur/(GPU) Gaussian Blur
Noise/Reduce Noise
Photo/Sharpen+
I use these to clean up the moire from scans and reduce dust/dirt then apply a mild sharpen effect to bring back the now softenend image back up slightly. Being able to have presets would be a real bonus for quick clean ups, of digital camera images or camera phone images
I found it by spending a bit more time looking through the menus, under the Effect menu and the Advanced tab and creating a custom effects script ......
But now would like to see if I can have a list of presets instead of having to load them through the script engine one at a time, maybe an option under the 'Effects/Presets' menu option listing all the scripts that are currently saved.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI've been working on learning Blender and using Gimp to edit textures and the like. I'd really like to be able to create tilaable textures and then clone them onto UV maps (the main cutout of a 3d model.
However, One thing I want is to be able to clone the normal map and the specular along with the UV texture map. This would involve cloning from 3 layers simultaneously in one gimp file to 3 new layers in another gimp file. Is it possible to do this at all in Gimp? It's important that the UV, Normal, and Specular maps match precisely in the new image.
Is it possible to set up a view in CPaintX5 with identical 'live' versions of an entire image or even just an object with the purpose of being able to work on either version with them set at different zoom levels, for example a 'wide shot' and a 'big close up'. I seem to recall that older versions of PSP had this facility as standard in a toggled pair of floating tabs called Preview and Image Info or some such. (I haven't used PSP for years so I might well be remembering incorrectly). It feels like it should be such a simple thing to do but it is eluding me. Of course it would be of most use as a standard feature of the Cut Out Lab but alas, no.

I have an image that i need to print onto canvas and wrap around a one inch thick frame. The image i have been given is tightly cropped and i know that i will lose some of the detail around the edge once i wrap it around the canvas. Is there anyway i can clone the edge, or any other technique, to effectively make the picture larger so what i actually wrap around the frame are extra pixels and not the actual image itself...

View 1 Replies View RelatedI used to be able to clone stamp from a different image than the one I was working on. while using clone stamp I could hover over another image on the desktop, press the alt key and click, and then continue to clone the main image.
I double check that the layer in question is selected etc. but I just get a sort of no access symbol, a circle with a diagonal line across. I can clone okay within the same image but not from a remote one as I could before.
Hi, I am starting a new business making art prints for artists. I have purchased this huge printer ... just got it. I've been studying photoshop for months using "classroom in a book" and am finding out that I've probably studied the wrong thing.
I have three questions and thanks in advance for any of your expertise.
1. I successfully printed out a two foot by two foot photo I took of my husband with my 8.2 megapixel camera. Then, tried to print out another photo.... used the same photoshop settings, but the print was 6 inches by 6 inches...... I did notice that the second print was only 16. %... I wondered if that caused the difference in size? How do I set that to 100 % if that is what is needed?
2. I want to print out multiple small prints using this big paper and printer... I want to tile these various prints (all different) along the top making rows... I want them to be all different. I called Epson support and they said I could do that in photoshop. Do I use the browser?
3. I have a wide format scanner. It does up to 11 x 17 inches. If I have something larger to scan, let's say, I scan the bottom of the image and then scan the top of the image, how do I put them together?
