Oct 16, 2008I want to put a picture inside a marquee.
Rectangular Marquee...marching ants...I paste my picture in but it pastes not inside marquee just on the page.

Mar 10, 2011I have a pixel image and then a number of objects (lines) drawn on top of the image. I can't seem to marquee select those objects. Whenever I try dragging the select tool (with or without Shift) it grabs the pixel image and moves it. I can marquee select everything including the image but not selected objects that are positioned over the image.

Aug 21, 2008I run a podcast, and I'm trying to create a banner I can use on forums and use in ads. There's one problem though, I have two pictures, one of me, and one of my co-host, and I want to put them kind of at the corners of the banner.
Is there any way I can do this? When I edit the image, the background stays with it, so I can't just do something like put one on top like in Publisher or Word. It's White, or Black, whatever color I want it, but I need it to be transparent...or better yet, non-existent.

Jun 9, 2012All of a sudden, when I try to use Liquify in CS6, I get the following warning:
"Liquify is capable of utilizing the Graphics Processor on RGB files to increase performance. The color mode you have chosen will not utilize the Graphics Processor."
If I click OK and continue, the image is just blank inside Liquify. It used to work just fine. I am in ProPhotoRGB colour space.

Feb 4, 2009I am trying to align two identical images which are 180 degrees rotated apart ( and not exact mirrors ) I need to be able to grab the rotation handles from within the area of the image. In order to see matching features I need to be zoomed in, and can't see the features if I zoom out far enough to grab the handles. I prefer the handles over numerically transforming.

Mar 7, 2006I have a car image.. but I need to copy it out and into the bunch of circles. And the circles... oh boy. I tried using the Elliptical Marquee tool and made some circles... well it didnt work... I need a bunch of overlaping circles that dont look all too special, but have nice colors and when the overlap some kind of mixing color or effect.
Then I would like the picture of the car to be put in the bunch of circles, make the car colored opposite to the color the part is in. Like a wheel is in a blue circle... the wheel will be yellow etc.
Also I would like the page set-up to be the size a printable page is... so What is the # of pixels I should set it too for the best Printable Paper page ( standard size paper)

Sep 18, 2013I have a rectangular box in perspective on a layer, I want to stick a picture on it , so I can use the Vanishing point filter (creating a right plane, copy/ paste that picture and placing it) and it works fine. But I have the same picture to do with a hundred of picture to stick, so I need that to be dynamic. I only had to right click my layer with dynamic picture, "replace content", and it auto-fills in the other layer with the vanishing point edit.

Apr 21, 2013Whenever I drag an image off the web into Photoshop it seems like some colors gets pixels, large black areas inside the image. This only occurs in 8-bit mode, when I turn the image to 32-bit it show all colors correctly. But in 32-bit mode I cannot save to web. If I finish the image in 32-bit and then downgrade it to 8-bit, the black parts return.

Aug 21, 2012I have a donut shaped image, including the "donut hole" inner circle. The donut contains swirls made up of different colors. The problem is, when I apply the cut contour line to the image, it wants to cut the lines inside the donut, along with the outer and inner circle.
When I apply boundary, it does not include the cut line on the inner circle. I want to print/cut, and want the circle gone.
CorelDRAW X6 :: PowerClip Damages The Image Inside?
Mar 31, 2012I have an image inside PowerClip. Every time I move the image a bit and stop editing the contents I notice that the earlier PowerClip area has left marks in the image. Actually it has cut a 1 pix line permanently on it.
I'm not sure if this happens only when editing PowerClips originally made with X5-version.
A bit annoying problem anyway. It basically destroyed all the images I used in a project...

Apr 10, 2013I have some images, this image contain a real picture of house from outside with a wall in front. I want to wrtite a word in that wall in a way that people will see this picture will think that the word is wrotten to wall of house and not guess that it is made by a software.

Lightroom :: Cannot Load Videos (MOV / MP4) - No Image Inside Frame
Nov 16, 2012I tried to load videos from Canon 7D (.mov) and from a Sony NEX-7 (mp4) and either get a message "problem loading file" or the picture frame comes up in Grid View, with no image inside the frame. It shows the length of the video but I cannon see it. Ironically these same files, loaded in LR4, will run in Picasa.

For example, I have drawn a shape with my Wacom tablet using a blush. I then converted it to a shape instead of keeping it a stroke by expanding it. Jan 31, 2014I have a top banner for a website - the website is fully made in Edge.
The banner is 540px high, and 100% width. (Stage width is also set to 100%)
Now inside this banner, I want a large image to show.
The center of this image should correspond to the center of the banner.
The width of the image should be 100% of the banner. (Hence 100% of the browser window).
The height of the image should remain proportional to the width of the banner, i.e. no distortions. (Was using auto before)
The overflow should be hidden. (So basically the image is always 100% width of the browser window, and the height overflows both both up and down).
Somehow in ver 3 of Edge Animate I can't get all these options to work at the same time - can't use 100% width and auto height for an image anymore.
3ds Max :: How To Light A Sphere From Inside To See Inside Surface
Oct 17, 2011I have a really large sphere and have put a camera on the inside to see the inside surface. I have used the normal modifier to flip the normals and so have the skin on the inside. Something is going very wrong at this point because I have this ugly shadow line that I cannot get rid of and I also seem to not be able to light this interior, when I use an omni light it makes no difference. Where am I going wrong?

Feb 8, 2013I have this strange situation.. i use the Arial font inside my cad drawings and when i print my paperspace layout, the text inside the viewport is a little bit more "bold" then the text i put directly on paper space.
Maybe it's a trick to know what text is placed where, but i want all this to be uniform, same thickness. Is there a system variable to correct that issue?
See the image below: It's a 400 DPI scan from an impression i did.
Up to COUPE C1 is the text inside the viewport, under COUPE C1is the paperspace text. Both are the same height... but difference tickness.
