I have a black and white butterfly picture that I want to put another picture inside its wings, how do i do this? Picture would be similar to this then in the white bits another picture.

There are many examples of creating rectangular patterns, but not many, if any, of interrogating existing patterns.I have attached the files and a screenshot of a rectangular part inside an assembly. I am trying to start a whole new image and I want another image I have in My Pictures to be in my brand new image. The problem is, I do not know how to put that old image in my new one.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI run a podcast, and I'm trying to create a banner I can use on forums and use in ads. There's one problem though, I have two pictures, one of me, and one of my co-host, and I want to put them kind of at the corners of the banner.
Is there any way I can do this? When I edit the image, the background stays with it, so I can't just do something like put one on top like in Publisher or Word. It's White, or Black, whatever color I want it, but I need it to be transparent...or better yet, non-existent.
drag the image INSIDE a selection, like with MSPaint? I find it really ironic that I can't find anything on this, since it seems pretty straightforward. I've used other editing software before, and it had a 'clipping' option, but I'm not seeing that anywhere here.
View 3 Replies View RelatedAll of a sudden, when I try to use Liquify in CS6, I get the following warning:
"Liquify is capable of utilizing the Graphics Processor on RGB files to increase performance. The color mode you have chosen will not utilize the Graphics Processor."
If I click OK and continue, the image is just blank inside Liquify. It used to work just fine. I am in ProPhotoRGB colour space.
I am trying to align two identical images which are 180 degrees rotated apart ( and not exact mirrors ) I need to be able to grab the rotation handles from within the area of the image. In order to see matching features I need to be zoomed in, and can't see the features if I zoom out far enough to grab the handles. I prefer the handles over numerically transforming.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI'm using pse 11 right now. I've got a decent handle on text on shape tool. But I can't figure out how to get text inside a circle. (as opposed to around the outside) I've seen a couple tutorials that reference a little black arrow to move selections (I think within the Text tool menu) , and change orientation of text. I can't see this anywhere. I'm sure there is a simple solution, but I can't figure this one out.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a car image.. but I need to copy it out and into the bunch of circles. And the circles... oh boy. I tried using the Elliptical Marquee tool and made some circles... well it didnt work... I need a bunch of overlaping circles that dont look all too special, but have nice colors and when the overlap some kind of mixing color or effect.
Then I would like the picture of the car to be put in the bunch of circles, make the car colored opposite to the color the part is in. Like a wheel is in a blue circle... the wheel will be yellow etc.
Also I would like the page set-up to be the size a printable page is... so What is the # of pixels I should set it too for the best Printable Paper page ( standard size paper)

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a rectangular box in perspective on a layer, I want to stick a picture on it , so I can use the Vanishing point filter (creating a right plane, copy/ paste that picture and placing it) and it works fine. But I have the same picture to do with a hundred of picture to stick, so I need that to be dynamic. I only had to right click my layer with dynamic picture, "replace content", and it auto-fills in the other layer with the vanishing point edit.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI recently started working for a state government agency, we have 2 users in our department that have Adobe Premiere Elements 11 installed (they have for quite a while) I noticed while working on their PC that Photoshop elements can take 5-10 minutes to start once they click on video editor and new Project, also the help files do not work they produce a page cannot be found error.I am replacing there PC in a standard upgrade rollout schedule and I have noticed the same issue on their new PC's, after looking into this I thought I would try the application on the same PC but connected up to a standard ADSL line outside of our network and proxy, the application opens with 10-15 seconds and the help menus are working.
Is there any exceptions I could ask our network administrators to put into the proxy to allow the traffic out and in to fix this issue.
The PC is running Adobe Premiere Elements 11
Windows 7 x32 install
The PC far exceeds the minimum requirements for the application as listed on this website.
Whenever I drag an image off the web into Photoshop it seems like some colors gets pixels, large black areas inside the image. This only occurs in 8-bit mode, when I turn the image to 32-bit it show all colors correctly. But in 32-bit mode I cannot save to web. If I finish the image in 32-bit and then downgrade it to 8-bit, the black parts return.

How do you take an image, and set another image inside of it. Using a gradual blending transformation, where you are able to see the main image, with a gradual transformation to the image you placed inside.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a donut shaped image, including the "donut hole" inner circle. The donut contains swirls made up of different colors. The problem is, when I apply the cut contour line to the image, it wants to cut the lines inside the donut, along with the outer and inner circle.
When I apply boundary, it does not include the cut line on the inner circle. I want to print/cut, and want the circle gone.
I have an image inside PowerClip. Every time I move the image a bit and stop editing the contents I notice that the earlier PowerClip area has left marks in the image. Actually it has cut a 1 pix line permanently on it.
I'm not sure if this happens only when editing PowerClips originally made with X5-version.
A bit annoying problem anyway. It basically destroyed all the images I used in a project...

I have some images, this image contain a real picture of house from outside with a wall in front. I want to wrtite a word in that wall in a way that people will see this picture will think that the word is wrotten to wall of house and not guess that it is made by a software.
Also, suppose that there is already a word written in the wall, is it possible to replace that word with some other word, in a way that people will not guess it is made by a software.
I tried to load videos from Canon 7D (.mov) and from a Sony NEX-7 (mp4) and either get a message "problem loading file" or the picture frame comes up in Grid View, with no image inside the frame. It shows the length of the video but I cannon see it. Ironically these same files, loaded in LR4, will run in Picasa.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI really enjoy this new draw inside feature in Illustrator. But, I find that it does not always work. It seems to be grayed out sometimes. For example, I have drawn a shape with my Wacom tablet using a blush. I then converted it to a shape instead of keeping it a stroke by expanding it. But it will not allow me to now draw inside of it, even though it is a shape.
