when attempting to print images from elements 11 from the organisor to my cannon 4900 printer the print dialogue failes to create a preview image and then automatically closes the application. seems to happen when i try and print an image that i have printed previously.

as described in the title, after choosing 'Text' tool and clicking aposition I like on the new empty image, the entire application shuts downright away.This happens every time.
i get this error message everytime when i start AE CS6 ... i dont know why because PS, AI, Pr works fine. what i tried was:
1. reinstalled AE and Master Collection
2. deleted every Preferences and Application support Folder with adobe
3. repaired the disk permission
4. repaired the font chach and everything.
actually every adobe folder was deleted, but after a new installation i got the same massage only with AE
i dont want to reinstall my OS.
Im using macbook pro mid 2010 with Mountain Lion
I am using AutoCad Architecture 2011 64bit, whenever i send a print job to the printer my Autocad says it has to shutdown.

Some files must have gotten corrupted because I can't open the program without reintalling. It says, "Some of the application components are missing from the application directory. Please reinstall the application." I have the serial number and all and I registered the product. Is there somewhere I can download a new copy to install?

When printing from Photoshop CS3(Version 10.0.1) to a brand new Zebra ZXP Series 3 card printer in Windows 7 32 bit I am getting this: errors:
I went from an XP machine to Windows 7(with a video card plenty of memory) and still the same errors. I updated the Zebra printer drivers and firmware. I can test print from the PC just fine. I even tried CS4 with the same result. The user purchased a license for CS3 so I am troubleshooting with CS3 at this moment. My user is way behind in printing id badges for his Fireman and needs this resolved ASAP. I may have to go with Zebra's Card Studio Software if there is no resolution for this Photoshop issue.
I have version 11 of PSE and it has been operating great with one exception. Whenever I attempt to do a full back-up it goes through the regular process including reconnecting missing data but then at the end when it should start backing-up it stops responding.

My Photoshop 8 won't load the organizer. (It will load the editor) It does this from time to time and usually, in a few days it works again. I have called adobe support in the past about this but they don't believe me. This time a week has gone by and I still can't get the organizer to open. So, I tried re-installing it from the disk. It uninstalled it and now, won't re-install it. I let my back up expire (as every few months I have to call adobe to get re-connected to it). Is adobe now blocking my installation? The installation gets to verifing and then deletes the files it just installed.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI cannot print photographic images with my desktop MAC (OS X10.8.4) from Photoshop Elements 9.0 to my new Epson XP-800 printer. Printing is not a problem with Word text or images from iPhoto- it is only with PSE that there is a problem. The problem persists even if I try using a cabled connection rather than WiFi. I have ensured latest software from Epson has been downloaded. This problem did not occur when using the same system with the previous printer (Epson Photo Stylus 1290).
rather than just a workaround of moving the edited PSE image back to iPhoto & printing from there (which admittedly does work but shouldn't be necessary).
We are running Autocad 2012 on Windows 7 and printing to an HP5200 via server mapping in three different labs.
Had a similar problem before and changed the printer drivers from Universal back to PCL5. Since Christmas however this problem seems to have come back. We haven't changed anything. Wondering if maybe there were patches or something that affected this?? When we preview or send a print job Autocad just greys out and crashes. I do know that if we configure the computer to print via TCPIP it also works fine but this is not ideal with the number of computers and students we have.
Another thing we seemed to have noticed is that we don't have this problem with all printers but more oddly we noticed that when we change the default template some templates work and some don't.
By default we are set up to use the acadiso template as we are using the metric system - we can't get anything to plot using this. If we start with the standard acad template we do not have this problem. We have tried plotting a simple circle or a more complex drawing with the same result. The sample files plot fine but I'm guessing they were likely not done in metric...

View 1 Replies View RelatedWhen trying to print borderless the menu reverts to the smaller size. ie when selecting 5x7 it reverts to 4x6. Ditto 8x10 and 11x14 etc. The paper size stays the same, just the print size reverts and the desired size disappears. I contacted Epson twice and both times I was told it is a software issue, not the printer. The same thing happens in Lightroom, but in WEindows Gallery Live the printer works correctly which indicates the driver and printer are working correctly. I am using Windows 7 and had Elements 9, but Elements 10 came bundled with the printer so I upgraded to 10, no improvement.

Is there a way to save this information so when I back it up to a portable hard drive I have all the keytags and such if needed for putting on a new computer if for example the hard drive crashes and I lose everything.
View 6 Replies View RelatedThe Elements 11 Organizer icon in my Applications folder has a circle with a slash through it and when I click on it I get the error 'You can't open the application "Adobe Elements 11 Organizer" because it is not supported on this type of Mac.' The packaging for the software clearly states it is compatible with OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion. I did an uninstall and reinstalled with no other programs running, but still have the same problem. I originally had this software installed on an older Mac Mini running OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard with no problems at all.
I am able to open Elements 11 Editor, however, when I try to open a raw file from my Panasonic Lumix LX7 I get the error 'Could not complete your request because the file appears to be from a camera model which is not supported by the installed version of Camera Raw.' Once again, I had no problem opening this file on my Mac Mini and the Lumix LX7 is a supported camera. I am able to open a NEF file from my Nikon D5100, and I am able to open a JPEG file from the Lumix.

I purchased and downloaded Photoshop Elements 12 as an upgrade to Photoshop Elements 10. Download and installation appeared to be completely normal but when I launch the Photo Editor the following message appears:
Your application install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall the application.I have:
Reinstalled PE12 from the original downloadDeleted PE`10 and reinstalled PE12 from the original downloadRedownloaded PE12 and resinstalled it from the new downloadUninstalled PE12 and reinstalled it from the second downloadManually scrubbed every trace of PE12 and reinstalled it from a third download.I am still getting the warning message.
