I would like to show the spring flexing back and forth with everything above the spring moving side to side as spring moves.
I have tried several ways to do this but have not had any luck. I haven't done a lot of animation.

Apr 9, 2008Bare tree branches at night in winter; background is clean sky ~ orange glow from lights. I have another picture of lightning on a black background.
How to paint the lightning from one picture onto the bare tree picture with the lightning strike occurring behind the branches.
I used a channel mask to select the sky between the branches, but the layer mask wants to insert the lightning in front of the branches.
AutoCad 2D :: Strike Through Text Option In 2013 Version
Sep 25, 2012I've read about the new option in Text Editor to be able strike through text in Multiline Text, but when I upgraded to 2013 I did not have the option.
Explains what the strike through text style is but not how to add it to my Text Editor ribbon. My understanding is that it should be a button in the Formatting Pallet under the Underline button, mine just shows Background Mask there. When I expand the formatting pallet I don't show a strikethrough option there either.
VideoStudio :: Share Step Intro Screen Sound Volume Level?
Mar 24, 2011I have been meaning to ask this question when using previous versions but forgot so here goes Now using ProX4 (boxed upgrade) and it has the same prob as with previous versions namely that when on the Share step and adding a music file to one of the Gallery intro scenes I have not found any way to control the volume of that sound as it blares out LOUD on preview and in the final DVD video. If the viewer of the DVD video subsequently lowers that sound level then the sound level is too low for the following video. I have made a sound file at the sound level I need but even that is ignored and the sound on the intro screen is LOUD again. Corel Support advised me that I can adjust the volume when in the preview prior to butning but that does not affect the level on the final DVDF.

Nov 28, 2012Under the direction of the tech support i have reset my Corel Paintshop Prox5 back to factory settings, and now my Windows screen tab for lack of a better word, where you can move the windows screen around with your mouse, the part that has the Minimize,Maximize,Close, at the top, is now off, is there a way to get it back on ?Without it i cant have two screens side by side. One covers the other one up. When reloading i some how turned it off ?

Never mind -- I did find out where these commands were hidden... I'm working on a map, and I'm trying to get latitude and longitude lines to overprint the actual map. As I moved the layer with the lat/longitude lines "forward" they don't appear to overprint the map in the background. Is there some other secret here to get the desired effect?

Oct 22, 2012psp x4. how to get the tool bar back. i don't know why it disappeared but it did. anyway this is the toolbar that allows you to change the thickness of a line or the thickness of your paintbrush. i think it normally would be just below the printer icon.

Feb 25, 2013I have a grid set up. say 10X10 each. I then fill in each square of the grid. I get rid of the grid, left with 10X 10 squares next to each other separated by 1 pixel then I do an outline to quickly get rid of the spaces between each square.
Now I I have 12 pixel wide line, now I would like to do an Inline (negative outline) to reduce the line back down to 10 pixel (or less ) wide line.

Since it is not exactly a straight line, but rather than a zig zaging line I can't exactly use the pixel selection tool.

Jun 21, 2012I am in the middle of a huge project and all of a sudden have a major concern.
When I am using layers and the background is a photo of the colour blue (rectangular shape).Now as a new layer, I am pasting another photo (a smaller rectangular shape) on top,with say a car in the middle.
Then saving this 'montage' as one jpeg.Now, when printing this image, would the blue colour that is physically under the smaller car photo shine through underneath? Or would it only print and use what is physically shown, despite me knowing that underneath there is another darker colour?
(As the end result should just show the smaller rectangular photo with the car and that one being surrounded by a blue border.)

However, I'm trying to get it that when I select a coloured pixel that all the other pixels of that colour are highlighted.

The magic wand seems to be the sort of tool I need but it highlights all colours/pixels that are similar; I want all pixels that have the exact RGB as the pixel selected.
Paint.NET :: How To Expand Canvas To Allow Image To Show Up
Aug 25, 2012I have a scan of a book I need to read for school. The professor scanned the book face down so each page is two pages of the book and it is rotated clockwise of how it should be read. I am trying to get some kind of OCR to work on it, so I want to get each page of the book separate. The goal is to get to the point where I can read and underline text on my Kindle.
Here's where paint.net comes in. I have already taken screen shots of the pdf and split the pages into separate images using ctrl+alt+V so they are already split. Now I am trying to make them all stacked on top of each other like say a Word document would be. I cannot figure out how to expand the canvas to allow the image I want to paste in to show up. It only shows up on top of the image that is already there. I can expand the canvas, but anywhere the new image crosses outside the perimeter of the one already there, it only shows the gray checkered pattern.

Sep 4, 2013I'm running CS6 on Windows7, Intel HD Graphics P4000 with driver updated. I have used the oil paint filter successfully in the past. Now when I try to use it, the filter window comes up, and it notes that the image I want to work on is at 25% size, but it remains blank -- the image itself never shows.
