using the print module for the first time... I have 4x6" photo paper and I load it into my HP LaserJet P1102w correctly - but - I fail to see in the Lr3 Print Module where it gives me the paper size option to use a 4x6" paper" Closest fit is A6 which is not close enough.

When I print 11 x 17 paper on Epson R2880 in LR the image begins printing before the leading edge of the paper reaches the printerhead (not prininting borderless.) Only happens in LR and not PS. I am using the LR paper standards for borders.

View 4 Replies View RelatedJust recently, any prints I try to make on paper larger than 8.5 x 11 is offset, small or both using my epson 3880. Up until about 2 months ago it was fine. Also, the colors appear somewhat muted on the larger prints. Plus, I am still having a problem with prints being too dark but that is minor to the skewed printing. I still have LR 2 & 3 installed and tried using these programs with the same results.

In LR4, using 17" x 22" paper, I used to set the cell size to 16" x 20" and print. Doing the same thing in LR5 gives me a slightly larger print.
I've printed a large Illustrator CS6 document to PDF (using Adobe PDF setting in print dialog box), and it looks just fine when I view the PDF. The problem is that some lines do not print when I try to print the PDF on paper. I've tried adjusting settings and printing to the PDF in different ways, but can't figure it out. Everything looks great on the screen, but some lines are missing once printed to paper. Others have tried printing the PDF as well and are also getting missing lines.

View 4 Replies View RelatedRecently I noticed that when I print on a certain paper (Epson Premium Ultra Luster Photo Paper) that a blue tint is being printed on the paper along with the image. This seems to be occurring whether I use a standard .icc file or a customized .icc file for this paper. Am using Adobe CS5 to manage colors, rendering intent relative colorometric. Am using an iMac with 10.6.8. and Epson 3880 printer. The only thing I can think that changed is I upgraded from 10.5 to 10.6 a few months back. If you look along the sides of the image below you can see what I'm getting.
Just for the heck of it, I just printed the same image with Photoshop Elements 9, and I am not getting this blue cast.
I'm trying to print a flier on A6 paper on an HP CP1515n. I set the paper size in Corel 12 to A6, then set the paper size on the printer to A6. The paper feeds through very nicely - with nothing on it.
It works fine printing from MS Word so I am placing the paper correctly.
Using XP Home Edition SP 3.
I am currently printing on A4, then cutting into 4. I have found a cheap source of A6 paper but can't get my fliers to print.
I have autocad 2013 student version installed on a MacBook Pro with OSX mountain lion, worked properly, but now I can not print anything in paper, pdf, or preview. I just try re-installing the software, creating new layout, select the printer from "Edit page setup" menu, without any results.

The reason this came up is because yesterday I printed a half size set on our new plotter using twice the paper I needed. Each sheet printed on half of a 36”x12” sheet of paper (print is 18”x12”). I was throwing away 18” per print. What would be awesome is to be able to get another print onto that wasted 18”.

After contacting both Apple (I am running MacOS 10.8 Mountain Lion) and HP for answers, I burned a lot of time with Adobe either just plain not getting an answer because I didn't buy it or being given the run-around. I find this excellant for fireworks and certain architecture prints.
Problem is that in CS6 I cannot adjust Set Up dialog to get entire paper printed correctly. The printer(both Canon's 9000mkii/9500mkii) always have a border. Red River(the paper I use) sez use 8x12 but there is no 8x12 setting.
the paper size in the CS6 Print menu (PS Manages Color) so the copy is inked 100%?
I have 1 large photo (33cm x 200cm) i like to print on A3+ paper. Not cropped or reseized, but on about 4 papers i can glue toether after printing and so get 1 large file.
So in all i'm looking for a way to print from PS cs5 so that , part by part, the image is split on the 4 sheets i like to use.
I can of course manually 'cut' the photo into 4 pieces myself, but i really hoped PS CS5 could do this job automaic for me.
Is their a way i simply did not find yet?
I was wondering if the 8.5 x 11 dimensions change at all when going through an inkjet printer, and if so, how much. I suspect this is not a significant issue with scale accuracy, but wanted to be sure.

The Plotter is connected to network.
I want to add some Custom Paper Sizes, however, when I open the options for the plotter(User-defined Paper sizes&calibration), I can`t add or modify paper sizes. The `Add` button is not available.
I set my computer to `Power Users` but still cant add. How to make the `Add` or `Delete` buttons usable?
My work entails regenerating new drawings from aging specification drawings and figures. Very little actual CAD, more hand-tracing JPGs than anything. I'm new to AutoCAD LT and haven't used most of its features. But the one feature I really need right now is to be able to print a black box on a sheet of paper.
As in, a 2-D closed polygon with a solid black fill. Unfortunately, AutoCAD LT doesn't think I should be allowed to print a black box on a sheet of paper.
I've tried assigning the color to the box using properties. I've tried defining layers and moving the box to the "black" layer (funny that "black" isn't a defined color in AutoCAD...that's way cool...). I've tried various settings in the Plotter setup screen.
I have a color plot table selected and I'm trying to print to .PDF. I work strictly out of the model view and do a lot of print previews. What am I, or have I, done, or not done, that I'm supposed to be doing, to print the box?
