This is the first time I have tried to use this filter, all the other filters, brush, grad & healing, work correctly. When selected the + curser appears but no amount of clicking & dragging will yield any selection.

lightroom 5 radial filter is not working. It was working fine, but now I can't apply a radial Filter at all.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI am using the trial of LR5. I have made some adjustments with the Radial Filter. When "opening as a smart object in CS5," the radial filter adjustments do NOT show up. Crop does, basic exposure adjustments, but no radial filter.

encountering a problem with radial filter when sync it to multiple images? I am getting a different dimention and position every time I sync or press previous. For the rest of the settings are remaing the same.

Graduated filter works ok, its center is always inside the workspace.
Suddenly while working on may images in LR5, doing all the usual with Development module I've realised that Radial filter effect is not being exported to CS5; all others ark: healing, spotting, grad filter, and brushes are ok.

Unable to see the lines of the Graduated filter tool or the outlne and handles of the new Radial filter tool. They were visible when I first installed Lr5 and used them on several photos
View 4 Replies View RelatedA couple of days ago, The exact same thing started happening with LR3.6. I was hoping updating would do the trick but the exact same thing takes place. With an adjustment brush, when clicking on the image, it, the image, disappears as soon as I click on it. Same thing with gradient filter, the image disappears when I start dragging. Switching to the Library Module, my image is still there. For my image to reappear I have to select another image and go back to my initial image. Even then, I am still "holding" my brush even though my "Tools Strip" is not open. To get rid of the brush, I have to select it AND deselect it for it to disappear.Only then I can do further editing on that particular file that does not involve brush and/or gradient filter. Everything else seems to be working properly. This never happened until 3 days ago and I did not download any new program.

View 9 Replies View RelatedWhen I first installed LR5 I was able to copy Radial Filters by holding down the Alt key and moving the filter round. I could copy the filter as much as I wanted. However this action now just moves rather than copies the filter. Using AltGr does it but with reduced effect so pretty useless.

The tutorial said I had to open the pic I wanted to edit, select it, then I had to select Filter - Ulead Effects - then the gif -x thing. But when I click on the filter button, all the selections under it, including 'Ulead Effects' were dimmed. I couldn't use any filter functions!

View 2 Replies View RelatedI own CS6 and just downloaded the Photoshop CC trial version. I cannot get the oilpaint filter to work in either. I must be missing something. When I open a photo, select filters and then oilpaint - all I get is the grey screen (with the oilpaint tools). But no photo is there for me to apply the filter effect.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a large number of images from a trip ( 10,000+) . So far I have colored coded 2 locations with blue & green. Now obviously I can filter by either color & view those images. Is there a way that I can see all uncoded images. That is filter out the blue & green so I can browse the uncoded images only? For example I would like to add a filter (red) for another location then not show the blue green or red.
Just for your info I do this as a gross filtering prior to ratings or collections. I am thinking that this would allow me to whittle down the images & make it easier to go thru. Using LR 3.5
