I wish to input the GPS data (latitude, longitude) manually in the ways:
- Insert the value directly into the GPS field on the image (in map mode). It is pretty hard. In fact, I try to copy/paste value but I failed. I wish to be able to simply add manually GPS data to a picture.
- Move the map to a point giving llatitude, longitude. Maybe add a field close to "search".
There seems to be a bug somewhere in the way Lightroom 4 is exporting GPS information.The GPS data is fine in the .xmp file and in Lightroom 4 (shows up on the map okay)but when I export the RAW file to a JPG then the GPS info in the file properties (Windows 7) reads like a 2 or 3 long integers (for example -2147483648; etc). This may be normal but when I import the file into Photoshop Elements 10, the GPS info appears as zeros and when I upload the jpg to flickr, the GPS info is absent.
View 14 Replies View RelatedI have a file in autocad with something like 24,000 points of objects that include the x,y coordination in autocad... so i export all the point to a text file because i want to have all this point in my database of my site (i am using Google maps to see all the point on the map) but, the problem is that the x,y point is not in the correct format like the Google maps need... an example for some point:
181447.163751433,643530.564881084
But i need it to be with latitude and longitude... any formula to change this xy point to longitude and latitude and i will do it with c# or there some other way to do it?
When I look at the LatLong choices while in the "Select Global Coordinate System", I see a longer list than I expected. Which of these choices is most consistent with the Latitude and Longitude system Google Maps uses?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm just starting to learn how to use the 3D environment in AutoCAD (2014 version). I'm following some tutorials but I'm a bit confused regarding direct input values when using the polyline command.
I've drawn a 50mm square, starting at coordinate 130,130,0 (lower left corner) using the polyline command (NOT using the Close command to complete the square). The next step then states draw a second polyline using the following input @7<45,55 to locate the first corner, then draw a 40mm square. It doesn't quite put the inner square where I'd have expected it so I wanted to tweek the command to correct any error but I haven't used the @ symbol or < sign before. What the input description means? From testing it appears to base the starting point of the inner square in relation to the outer square.
I have a spreadsheet in Excel that is split into columns. The first is the frame number, and the subsequent columns are the rotations about the X, Y and Z axis. There is also a column that has the location in the Z axis from the origin (0). These values are currently being input manually and keyed. The object being animated is a locator node which will form the parent of an object.
Is there a way to have these values read in automatically and for each frame to then be keyed to that value?
As I've never touched MEL or Python I wouldn't have a clue where to start trying to write some sort of script to do this.
I would like to automate drawing process for certain data. Using some LISP codes User will be asked to provide some data and using that data an automatic drawing needed to be developed at Drawing editor of AutoCAD. For example;

(I want to use simple query like all lwpolyline having layer = "test" and color = 3). If I run this query in draw mode multiple times what will happen? (means possibilty of duplicate objects??)
I have two images on two layers, the one which is on the top has a blending mode set to it (hard light for example) and opacity at about 70%.
What I would like to do, is to save that image (which is on the top) so, that every time I combine those two images, I would get the same result. (By combining I mean applying those images on top of each other outside of photoshop.)
The opacity is not a problem - I can save the image as 32 bit bmp (8 bit alpha channel right?)
This may be related to other imported catalog bugs, but does not seem to be quite the same. In Lightroom 4, with an upgraded Lightroom 3 catalog:
1. Select a photo in Library mode.
2. Click on Develop to go to Develop mode
Screen shows "No photo selected". I cannot edit photos in Develop mode.
I can see and edit photos that are found in smart collections, but not photos that are simply in my collections from 2012, 2011, etc. folders
I'm working on an edit, which is in video mode. Now I have to include OpenEXR material, which is in linear mode. How can I combine the two and still have the correct color?
I can set it in view mode to linear, but then all my video shows as linear too, plus, as soon as I leave the view mode, it all goes back to video, and my EXR's are too dark then..... what can I do?

My need is to create up to 50 points from the same origin in a three dimensional Cartesian coordinate system but I’d also like to have a labels for each point that show up in the feature tree.
Are there Inventor 2013 plugin (i.e., add-on, 3rd party, AP) to convert a list 3D Cartesian coordinate system locations (i.e., points) to Inventor to work points(x, y, z)?
I found that I cannot create 3D points in the assembly. Is this correct? I did find that an Inventor part may be used to create a 3D sketch that creates points in 3D space. In the past few days, I found two ways to create 3D points within a iPRT; the batch way uses an Excel file but it then does not allow me to name the points in the feature tree. The second way is to create them one at a time but that take way too much time.
I saw another thread on this, but it went unanswered, so I am going to ask it with some better information.I installed inventor pro 2012, and it was working fine for a few days, but it now is missing the input boxes for the Precise Input window. URL....
View 5 Replies View RelatedI am UNABLE to follow a tutorial on how to make a repeatable pattern using 'texture transfer' on some fire I want to make into a pattern!!! every time I select the area I want to use and the 'input map' and paste as new image and I tell Resynthesizer to use that image it ALWAYS errors out as "The Input Map Should Be The Same Size As The Input Texture Image" according to the tutorial another person gave me on this forum he said NOTHING about being the same size!!! in fact, his selection was SMALLER than the actual image that he was using Resynthesizer on!!!

View 1 Replies View RelatedI've mapped a grid onto a sphere. The latitude lines look fine. But the vertical longitude lines come out wiggly!
I've tried different sizes of the grid graphic. I've tried rendering preference quality and rendering the file.
My laptop Dell Latitude E5420 is not recognising my camcorder. I tried with two of my mini DV camcorders, both of them are not recognised. When I connect through the IEEE1394 port on the laptop, it doesn't respond at all. In UL VS or any other video capture programs, the camcorder is not recognised, but only my laptop built in web camera is recognised.
Tried with changing IEEEE1394 host controller with Legacy in the Device Manager, but doesn't work.
when this border appears I'm unable to edit as usual !? have to close LR and the restart also get a box around Title and Caption at times !?
View 10 Replies View RelatedI am making a small square book in the book module. The book only has 40 pages and therefore the spine is pretty narrow. In the cover template, the spine does show up but I am unable to click into it, where normally on other books, a yellow box appears to input the text.
I wonder if this is not happening because the spine may be too small for text. Although I did make the text in Photoshop and added it to the cover as a Background graphic. The two issues with that is that it takes much too long to tweak it, and since it's JPEG file, I am sure it won't be as sharp as text typed into LR directly. I will be making several books this size and I would prefer having it be simple and just within LightRoom
With previous versions of Lightroom (pre v4.x), when I would plug in a memory card with photos LR would automatically switch to the import screen. This seemed to stop at v4. I can't seem to find a way to make that happen automatically under v4. how to make LR automatically switch to the import screen when a memory card is connected?
View 10 Replies View RelatedA couple of questions. I am running the latest version of LR (4.3) in Mac OSX 10.8.2 environment. I notice that, occasionally, the previews in Library mode do not actually represent all the true images. When choosing "Show in Finder" the image is not as seen in the preview. This issue rears it ugly head only occasionally. Also, is the newest version only running in 64 bit mode? When Getting Info, I see no selection box to deselect 32 bit mode.

Once it comes back into light room and I want to do just about anything to it everything goes dark and comes back with the adjustment I just made. Does this when I move the slider or make any adjustment to the image whatsoever.
