I WOULD like to use viewcube. However the button in the view panel has a blue rectangle over the button. I've tried to enter "navvcube" in the command line with no success. I've gone through the help pages in 2011, again with no sucess. Does the blue cover mean it's not available?
View 3 RepliesOk so i have this image (Attached) im trying to remove the blue rectangle and the white rectangle leaving the blue swirl on the white back ground, iv tried using content aware but it comes out really bad, maybe im doing it wrong will some one be able to look at this for me, maybe it came out wrong because i have the blue swirl and content aware doesn't work correctly with it .
View 7 Replies View RelatedI am trying to create a rectangle panel wood with sides with different angles (700x1000mm and thick of 15mm) 2 sides need to be 45degres and the 2 other 25degres.
I have tried withh the Extrude and taper function ...but this doesn t let me create different angles(taper) on each sides.
What would be the best way to do this? What other function could i use?
I'm using a disto laser with my tablet running "AutoCad Architecture". The laser can be set to fire using a combination of Alt, Shift or Control keys plus a number or letter. I arbitrarily set it up as "Alt 1". My old tablet had a mechanical button that I easily assigned this function. For my new setup, I need this button on the ribbon but I can't figure out what Macro text format is the same as pressing "Alt 1".

I have added single panel in my new ribbon tab. This panel contains a single button.
When user clicks this button then a dockable window is invoked.
Now I want to insert 'Exit' Panel(and "Finish" button in it) to kill the above dockable window.
e.g. If we switch on sketch mode then to exit from this mode the 'Finish' button is there in all tabs of ribbon

I want to use this behaviour in my addin.
Is there any API to add this 'Exit' panel to terminate from any button command or do we need to add it ourselves?
I am using Lightroom 4.3 on Windows 7 pc. I have a collection with approximately 650 images. I was working in the collection and had all the images selected. Somehow I inadvertently must have hit a keyboard shortcut that effected all the images. All of the images are negatively effected and they now look terrible. When I go to the History Panel, all the images have "blue filter" as their most recent entry. If I select one image and go back to the step before the "blue filter" everything looks fine again. My problem is I have this effect in 650 images. When I try and do the change in one image and then synch to the rest, I don't know what box to check to remove this "blue filter" that has been added to all the images. I know I can do them one by one, but with 650 images, it's a long and tedious process. Any way I can remove the "blue filter" from multiple images in a collection?

My situation is that I have several page 'layouts' (complete with paper size boundaries and title blocks) drawn in 2D modelspace, as this is how I have been plotting up until now. I am trying to set up these 'layouts' in actual paperspace Layout Tabs for batch processing, and I would like a way to position my view within a viewport so that the recatngle that I have drawn in modelspace snaps to the viewport extents. I am sure this is a 'day1' type of question, but I'm very new to paperspace Layouts.

Refer to the attached file. How can I cut the RED part of the Wall 1 (W1) , where Wall 2 is sloped. I also want to cut a hole in wall 2 (W2) by the BLUE rectangle , but why I can't do that .

View 4 Replies View RelatedI've checked everywhere else for a solution but none apply to me it seems. My keyboard shortcut for returning to the home isometric view (F6) is not working. F3, F4, & F5 all work fine. I've tried returning the cursor focus back to the model window and that doesn't work. I also made sure the shortcut is actually listed in the Customize menu, I even reset all to default in case something was changed.

Somehow I have lost the ability to size the right side of my Bridge panel. It is too large and I cannot bring the right side border into view to see my Metadata and Preview Panels.Also the numbering of the thumbnails is lost "off the screen".
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a couple of students whose models are flashing polygons badly when I orbit the panel. It kind of looks like when you have two polygons residing on the same plane, but I checked and that is not the case. The flashing stops when I zoom in on the model. When selecting an object, it becomes transparent (when zoomed out a bit).
The students said this occurred after they brought their model into the student edition, which they have at home, and saved it.
I am at a loss, and visually it is really bad. The renders are fine. Some of their objects have some modeling issues, but the flashing occurs with all objects, even simple ones.
Adobe illustrator CS5 on Mac OS X 10.7.4.
I used to be able to do something like effect->3d-> revolve, then go to the actions panel and bring up the 3D revolve, click on it and edit it again. Now, when I open the actions panel the simple 3d revolve is replace with a long long list of actions of course I can't bring up the 3d revolve effect and edit it.
I have removed all of the Illustrator prefs in my library file; but, it still does it.
Open Effects>Stylise>Rounded Corners, Turn on Preview (BTW how do I make PREVIEW ON! as the default for all effects panels/windows?)Now I want to Hide the Bounding Box and the Edges... but those shortcuts are now inoperable.
Photoshop allows me to hide bounding box, and the rulers, I think, when having an effect window open, why does Illustrator not permit this?Is there an alternative other than canceling out and starting again with the view qualities changed?
Seems needlessly long winded to cut off these shortcuts just because an effects settings window/panel is open.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI used to use the 'back' button all the time in my old windows version of PSE organiser. I have now bought PSE 11 for my new macbook and finding that all the reasons I wanted to use PSE organiser rather than iPhoto are fast evaporating with this version. One of them is the 'back' button. If I scroll down down down a long way and find a particular photo and then deliberately or even accidentally, change the view to see data (that incidentally I used to be able to see in the same view on the info side pane such as folder location ....) then I lose my place in the media display and cant get back there like I used to. and have to hunt for the photo again. Similarly when I select a tag to display the selection containing that tag and then want to return to the previous main media display I return to the top, rather than wherever I had progressed to. This didn't happen in my old windows version. I cant understand why the developers would think it was a great idea to remove this facility, but I cant find it. It was invaluable when I was going back through the catalogue to old photos and adding tags or other info.

I managed to get everything customized the way I want, except the button icons on my (classic) toolbar are much too small. If I go into the menu and select 'use large icons', they are too huge. My screen resolution DOES NOT need to be changed or adjusted. I went to the help menu to see what I can do, and found that I can go into CUI and adjust the size of the button icons that way, via the button image editor, however there is no 'button image editor' dialog box when I select any given toolbar command.

What I want to do is use a rounded rectangle to encompass all of the other layers, so that the surrounding pixels (around the rounded rectangle) are transparent.
I want all of my current layers to be the content of a rounded rectangle.
I have PSE11 and purchased Paint the Moon effects. How can I view both the Layers panel and the Effects panel at the same time? Was this an option in older versions of PSE that are used in the Paint the Moon tutorials?

View 5 Replies View RelatedI'm running Windows 7 64Bit running Adobe CS5 Master Collection. But ever since I allowed CS5 Photoshop to control my printer (HP Photosmart Prem 310-C) to do a test print of a graphic that I created all of my Blues print a violet/blue color, no matter what color blue. It has even affected MS Word & MS Project when I try to print blue colored font or Gantt Chart blues will no longer print blue, but will print the same blue/violet color. I've even tried a brilliant blue which will all view great, but prints the same shade of violet blue! All my colors and Blues will view great! I've calibrated my monitor and I've reset my printer several times and still the same thing! I never had this problem before I downloaded Adobe CS5! A strange thing is that I can run check printer test and the data & image that is stored in the printer will print blues perfect, including running a copy direct from the scanner bed and it will produce perfect blues. I almost feel as though Adobe CS5 has possessed my PC and printer, how do I get it back to printing like it did before installing CS5 Master Suite?
