I am using AutoCAD Map 3D 2009. I am not getting the object data values seen in the properties window in one of my machine. The other machine I am able to get the object data in the properties window.
I have attached screen shot of the machine where the object data can be seen in the properties window.
While displaying animation in autodesk inventor 2012, inventor window get frozen. Is there any solution to this problem like onIdle event where we can do the calculation for what next animation shown?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have been trying to convert a working(mostly) addin to dockablewindow. I found one (and only one) sample in c# (wich is what i am using). I finnally got it to show up as a dockable window but when the user presses the "X" on the window it hides, how do you get it back or just let the addin know that the window/form has been closed so that when the user pressed the ribbon button that spawned it can just show it or create a new one?
I have found vary lilttle on dockable windows on Google, Bing...
A co-worker asked if I could create a report that listed the station and offset values for selected points & alignment. After selecting "execute" for the Station Offset to Points report, the file gets hung up before I can select the points and alignment I want.
I've tried xml-ing out the desired points & alignment into another file and running the report from..
All other reports under Alignment and Points work fine (drawing does not have other C3D objects).
I'm using C3D 2011 version 3.
Ok just took the leap to Windows 8 and when reviewing the Reliabity Report in Windows PSE11 is showing up as stopped working, and it is causing some performance issues. it is because I dont have Quick Time installed. Installed Quick Time still have the problem.

View 6 Replies View RelatedWhen defining a wire, to get the correct termination at each end I would like to add Virtual Parts to the Connector Pin Name properties (Select the with, RMB - Harness Properties- From To- Properties (connector Pin Name)- Virtual Parts.
Is there any way to get properties from this onto a Loom Report allied to the wire? Our current Loom drawings list the wire with the terminal connectors at either end. I have tried using GETPART1 & GETPART2 in the cfg definition but this picks up on the Part with the Pin, not the Virtual Part on the wire.

I am using VB.net to generate a custom table in my .idw files to make a plot stamp. The table is showing up, however, the text is garbled. When you open the .idw, the table properties show the text correctly but the display is coming out messed up. I have attached a picture of what each looks like. I moved the table off the sheet for clarity.

I'm using iLogic to build a configurator and everything is working perfectly if I have all the componets available.
However, is there a way to use iLogic in this example:
Assume I have a bolt, nut and washer in an assembly based on 1/2" sizes. I then change the sizes to 1", the bolt and nut update to 1" but I do not have a washer modeled for 1". Is there a way to use iLogic to report that the washer is not available without causing an error or only updating the bolt and nut and ignoring the washer.

I have two monitors and would like to be able to have another window / view open on the other monitor.
Our team is doing program customization in Inventor 2011 that extract drawings based on 3D model. When the program runs and reached the line that has either open, close and save method, Inventor program automatically terminated and “Inventor Send Error Report” appears. When we tried to debug the program and when it reached the line that has either open, close, and save method, we force to exit our customized program but the same case, when it is totally terminated, Inventor program also terminated and “Inventor Send Error Report” appears. When we investigate the problem, we tried several solutions such as setting the active document to new variable, added a method to pause the program for few seconds, etc but still no effect. Our machine is using: Windows XP Pro x64 SP2 Intel Xeon(R), 6 GB RAM Is there a VBA for Inventor that is intended for 64 bit machine? Because I think we use 32 bit VBA in Inventor. What does “Inventor32bitHost.exe” means in task manager? Is there any relation to Inventor VBA?

If so, how can I navigate to /usr/discreet in the TM backup using the finder window? The only way I know how to get to those directories is using a Terminal shell window. So i try to click and drag (start from any empty area in timeline), but most of the time , i will end up picking up or moving the empty track (gap). In any other editing app , i can simply click and drag but not in Smoke. Yes, i have to click in specific area in the timeline so i can properly create a window selection .

Adobe Illustrator CS6 still displays like I just described. However, Photoshop CS6 it is one window that is scalable (like I would expect on a Windows machine). I've looked through all the preferences and options.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have greenscreen footage, where a green screen was put on a window with tracking markers. A person is moving in front of it, so you can see the reflection. If I just key it and put a garbage mask around it, I can get rid of the green and the tracking markers, but how can i get the reflections back now? Cause if I just screen the original desaturated part back on, you can still see the tracking markers.... Is the only way to first paint over the markers and then screen it back on, or is there another way? I'm on Smoke for mac 2012.

When I open the program I get a pop up that says Autodesk Revit has stopped working. I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. I am not sure what happened because it was working fine about a week ago then it stopped working all of sudden. I did a system restore to when I thought it worked last and nothing.

I have a background on v1, green screen shot on v2, select both and apply axis fx. Enable the PreviewFX cache, then in Keyer I switched t Masterk, select the left colour pick and click on the green screen element. All that happens is the swatch turns white regardless of the colour being selected, and the entire video clip is removed to reveal the background.
As far as i can tell, all my onscreen settings are the same as the ones in Grants video.
