Is there any possibility to auto hide the Panel Bar and the Browser Bar ? I'm looking for something that works the same way as the AutoHide for the properties in AutoCad.

I know how to do it for other menus, and Bobvdd posted a registry hack a couple years ago for 2011. I cannot find anything for this dialog, and I would really like it to stop.

Is there a way to slow down the reaction time of the ribbon auto hide. I currently have the ribbon docked at the side of the screen with auto hide on. next to the ribbon i have a couple of tool bars. when i move across to the tool bar i sometimes over shoot and activate the ribbon which hides the tool bar. Ideally, iwould like to slow down the reaction time before the ribbon appears.

I opened the drawing and then from the drawing opened the model. In the drawing it is showing the 4th instance of ROUND CRS-032175 X 33 as an assembly. It also is not showing in the view and yet the visibility is checked. AI2012 SP2

The code fails at this point and I gett an error pointing to the line "Call oTargetNode.AddChild(oSourceNodeDef)". When I press F1 Inventor opens the help on my default browser (Chrome), but when I click the bynocular it uses Internet Explorer.
Is it possible to force Inventor to use a browser of my choice or the default browser?
Currently using 2013. In 2011 or 2012 when Anchoring Right (or Left) a palette Auto-hide has behavior that seems odd to me. If you click Auto-hide on an anchored palette to open it (and presumably keep it open) it detaches from the anchor. And then when you close it you lose the palette on the anchor. To me this wastes time. I'd like to keep that palette open to work a bit and not have to hassle with it by not having it open, but at the same time don't want to waste time later calling it up and anchoring it again. Is this still happening in 2013?

I have by chance got PS to auto hide & show the toolbars and I have now lost it again.
as the toolbars are out of sight and only visible when I need it.

I did go to the preferences and changed the icon panel to hide but it does not work... I also did what is suggested and exited the program to activate any changes and it still does not work. I've seen folks who produce tuts with this feature so I know its possible.....

I have a panel with holes,cutouts and silkscreen
In the drawing the panel is detailed to show hole locations and sizes on one sheet and in another view @ 1:1 the silkscreen is shown.
The silkscreen is a feature on the panel, text either embossed or extruded .005" outward. The feature is colored (filled).
On my drawing all the silk screens show up like un-filled fonts. This really bothers some people and my task is to fill the fonts.
Also i need to get the silkscreen by itself and (suppress/invisible) remove the other features from the view.
Suppress will not work as the feature i am trying to show will also be suppressed. Visibility of features is not an option.
Q. HOW CAN I GET THE FEATURE SEGREGATED AND SOLID IN MY DRAWING? but still a feature of the part. i.e. i don't want to create an assembly with a panel and a silkscreen.
How do i suppress features in a view on the drawing?
Is there some way in an Inventor idw drawing to 'hide' a page. I have created an extra page with information for future changes but do not want it to printed or be counted in the total number of sheets.
