CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X5 :: X And Y Coordinate Positions Suddenly Stop Working
Jul 17, 2013I am using CorelDraw Suite X5 on a Windows 7, 64-bit operating system. I always used x,y coordinates for positioning objects. Last week that option suddenly stopped working. Now when an object is highlighted the x,y coordinates always registers 0,0. If I try to re-position an object by putting in new coordinates, objects are placed way off the page. My inputs are not held and the coordinates are back to 0,0.

Jul 23, 2012I was wondering if it is standard behaviour for my PS CS6 subscription to require me to log in to Activate the license EVERY time I use it? I thought that one it was activated, PS only checks the Activation every 30 days. Once I log in the activation works fine, however if for any reason my internet connection was not available, it would seem that I would not be able to use my copy of PS.
I realize that that would happen even if the check was every 30 days, but that would only be a possible issue once a month, not every day!

Nov 6, 2013I have a valid version of PS CS5 extended. My layer styles started to act up (which worked yesterday) so I uninstalled to reinstall it and now it wont work without a subscription?
I have windows 7 and cant afford the subscription AT ALL and I had a valid software that NO LONGER WORKS.

Oct 5, 2013I have a subscription to Photoshop CS5.1 - I had to deactivate it and to download onto another pc.
The deactivation was done. When I tried a download the adobe site informed me that they no longer supported the platform that I was using (Vista). As version CS5.1 was originally purchased on this platform it would not be unreasonable to assume that the reinstallation would be required on the same platform.

Sep 17, 2013I'm trying to install Adobe Photoshop CS5 on my laptop and every time, after installing the product and entering the serial number, the process fails and tells me 'We are unable to start your subscription for Adobe Photoshop CS5 Subscription Edition.'
It then asks me to relaunch the product and do the installation process again. I have tried this numerous times and it keeps saying the same thing.

I just installed Photoshop via my new Creatve Cloud subscription. Before doing so, I decided NOT to unistall my aleady installed Creative Suite 6 software - this included Photoshop CS6 STANDARD.I didn't uninstall my CS6 because I wanted to avoid any possible downtime + the Creative Cloud thing is a whole new experience for me, I wasn't sure how it would work.
Why didn't my PS CS6 Standard upgrade into PS CS6 Extended when I updated it with the Creative Cloud installer? There was no option to install Photoshop via the newly redesigned Adobe Application Manager, just "update".

Mar 26, 2013I just recently (yesterday) became a member of the creative cloud. Now I am aware that my subscription (full individual subscription) allows me to use Photoshop CS6 Extended.
I previously had Photoshop CS6 Standard installed (my suspicion why it's not working properly) removed it and downloaded Photoshop via Application Manager, but it's still not the Extended version.
Also is there a way to keep the downloads because I'm constantly using photoshop at work (one of my main tools) and having to uninstalling and re downloading (which seems to take forever) is not the best solution.

Photoshop :: 3D Missing From Menu Inspite Of Full Subscription In Creative Cloud
Aug 29, 2012I've been reading some of the discussions here regarding missing 3D menus and all the advices have been "if you have a beta or trial you need to upgrade" or "get the paid Creative Cloud version". I have the paid version and I still don't see it. I've seen it in the Panel Menus but don't have a clue as to how to make it visible. All the components under the 3D heading are supposed to be visible (all have "eyes" on them).
Is it my hardware then that's a problem? I've tried CS5 trial version and the 3D worked perfectly on this computer. I'm running on XP professional and a Dell machine that's about 4 years old.

your subscription preferences are "automatically" changed? Yes I will now need to update how the software is delivered because the people at AutoDesk have overridden my settings. Software companies must put their stupidest most arrogant people in their customer/marketing departments. In the case of AutoDesk I believe they outsource those departments to Dassault.

I have Autodesk Inventor 2013 Design Suite. Everything has been working fine until my subscription ran out. Inventor has been hanging on the startup screen since then (this may just be a coincidence) most of the time it take between 15 minutes to 30 minutes to open. When it does open everything works fine.

Photoshop :: CS6 Suddenly Has Become Extended
Jan 9, 2013I have two copies of a regular Photoshop CS6, both activated. They have worked fine for a long time. But suddenly the copy on my laptop has a different start up splash screen and is now asking me to login for a trial license for Photoshop CS6 extended. It also has a 3D-menu it never had.
What happened? I did not install anything? Did something go wrong on the last update? But more important, how do I get back to my activated Photoshop CS6 non extended?

Photoshop has been acting a bit strange. When I open it, I get about a 2 to3 second white screen before Photoshop finally loads. That's new.
The only changes I have made was to install a new 2T drive, copy over information from two smaller drives and remove them. These are strictly storage drives and have nothing to do with C drive or scratch.
I also have had an unscheduled reset to defaults occur recently.Finally PS persists in unchecking Open CL.

"Could not save...because that document is currently open. Save using a different name, or close the document and try again".
Nothing seems to work, and this machine/software have never had problems in the past.

Dec 19, 2008I got Photoshop CS4 yesterday. It was working okay for the 10minutes i got to use it yesterday, but it's being odd today.
Here's a list of problems:
- When i try to open pictures, it suddenly shuts itself. No error, nothing. It just closes.
- If I'm working on something for a while, it suddenly shuts itself off, again, no error. This is the most annoying one of the lot.
-Some things don't work, like my 3D options, I always get an error when attempting to use them.

Aug 17, 2012All of a sudden my text is incredibly small. The resolution is set at 300. The "Resample image" box is unticked. I've tried resetting the character...still the text is smaller than it should be. For example, 8 point Times New Roman can barely be seen with the naked eye. I haven't done anything different. Aug 27, 2012I make and use brushes all the time. I don't know what happened, but yesterday, my brushes are suddenly all really tiny. The preview looks normal, (you know when you hover your mouse you see the preview size) but then when I actually click the mouse, the result is super tiny - I couldn't even see them at first. And no, I'm not using a super-sized document - just same size I always use. Seems to be with all my brushes.

Dec 30, 2012I upgraded from CS5 to CS6 for my IMac. I downloaded CS6 put in my serial number and it worked fine for a number of weeks. Suddenly, when I went to use it it said it was a trial version. I had to register it to use my CS6 I registered it and it worked, but only as a trial version of CS6 Extended. I do not want CS6 Extended. I deleted it from my hard drive and once again downloaded my upgrade of CS6 again with my serial number and it worked fine for a couple of weeks. Today, once again, it tells me it is a trial version and will not load unless I register the trial version. I simply want to use CS6, for which I paid.
