i want to be able to take a photo inside a house and be able to see outside the window also?
i realise that i probably have to use 2 photos exposing for inside and outside - and in these shots it almost looks like they have used a program to stitch the photos together.

As a Realtor I need to be able to show both exterior views through windows as well as the interior space. I have a Sony cybershot camera but cannot find any settings to allow for this. Is there a way to correct photos on Photoshop?....or do I need a special camera/lens or what?
View 10 Replies View RelatedI take many architectural photos around sunset, so I get a mix of dayllight and incandescent in the interior photos. I can easily set the white balance to correct one area, but I'm looking for a way to adjust the other area(s). I think an adjustment brush is the way to go, and I was wondering if there was a magic preset to apply to color correct those areas, or some other method I haven't thought of.

However, when I try to do it, the cursor/icon I am dragging turns into a gray circle with a gray diagonal when it reaches the Media Browser pane in the Organizer and the folder/photo is not imported into the Organizer when I "drop." Do I need to change setting in Windows (Vista, SP2) or Photoshop Elements 11?

In a prior version, it was the case that multiple open photos could stay in the application frame, such that moving the frame would move all open photos with it, but without using tabs/partitions, which I dislike. Is there no longer a way to configure it this way? I've experimented with "Enable Floating Document Window Docking" and "Open Documents as Tabs", but they aren't doing the trick.
I'm often juggling several applications, and regularly find it convenient to move things from one monitor to the other based on what specific task I'm doing. I know tabs are one "solution", but are inefficient and impractical in my experience. The images I work with typically start very large and get resized/cropped during editing for use in email and the web. Consequently, I have open a mix of very large and small pictures, some portrait and some landscape. Using tabs or multi-up partitions, I can either view only the image I'm working on or some fixed number of images in a fixed (though adjustable) layout. In the latter case, I can usually only see a small portion of the large photos unless I manually resize them based on the current partition size, which changes based on what else I'm currently working on. If I choose to have one "Fit on screen", it's resized based on the full screen size, not the partition the image is in, so again I'm only able to see a portion of a large image. Smaller pictures end up with wasted space within their partitions.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have searched, watched videos, and more to try and figure out how to round the corners on my photo. I followed what instruction were available and still no luck. I will describe what I have done.
Objective: Round corners on a 960 px x 250 px photo for a website. Radius 35 px. Photo already sized the way I need it. Background needs to be transparent saved in png 24 so nothing shows except the photo with rounded corners.
Step one: I insert image into Photoshop
Step two: Use rounded rectangle tool:
Step 3: Move photo layer to the top of my rounded rectangle layer
Step 4: Clip Alt+Enter line between the layers: I get nothing but the transparency.
Step 5: Merge Visible. Still Nothing.
Get message: "Could not complete your request because of a program error" I know PE 2 is ancient but have been using it for years and feel most comfortable in it.
All of a sudden, I'm getting this message (more than once). Using regular old jpg files from same camera. why it won't save the photos.
i am trying to use this photo into this one, I am trying to get the house to sit in the shadow of the light, (like it is illuminated) but am getting into a right mess.
View 8 Replies View RelatedI'm a bit of a Photoshop noob. My parents took a photo of their house from the front, and wanted to see what it would look like if it was painted a different color. I installed Photoshop 7 on their PC and opened the photo with the program.
I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to adjust the colors on the house. In the original photograph, the house is painted white, so messing with the hue/saturation settings don't really do much. They would like to try a few different colors on the house such as shades of light blue and greenish shades.
Just wondering if someone could walk me through the steps necessary to do what I am trying to. All I've tried so far is selecting the painted areas of the house with the selection tools (magnetic lasso mostly) and adjusting color settings,
My neighbor removed the siding from his house. We wanted to try out different paint colors to see what would look nice when he re-finishes the clapboard.
What I'd like to do is virtually paint his house (but have it look realistic). Because his house is stripped down to raw wood in spots, simply changing the Hue/Saturation doesn't give a very realistic effect.
When I print directly from Elements 10, my photos come out much darker than when I print directly from my computer on Windows 7? Is there a MAIN adjustment (not each photo) in the program which lightens all print-outs? My printer is fine. It copies photos properly and prints out from Windows (My Pictures) properly.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI used to use element 7 to send photos to my friends, and the program understood that my default server was Windows Mail. I bought a new camera (Nikon D800) which has very large file sizes and Elements 7 could not handle these large files and I was advised by Adobe to buy Elements 11 and this program could handle these large files. The unfortunate thing is that when I tried to send photos to friends, it would not allow me to access my Windows Mail server and only showed Microsoft Outlook or Adobe Mail to choose from. I don't use either of these servers for my e-mails, but now I have this programs that does handle the photos from my new camera and allows me to organize and adjust my photos, but I can't send them to my friends with this program as it does not recognize Windows Mail as my default.

The back is n87d58'41"E with a length of 113.21. The east side is N25d53'25"E with a length of 118.29'. The front of the house has the arc and all it says is curve 18. View 11 Replies View RelatedAfter importing pictures from my digital camera in RAW format using Lightroom 4 it places them in my Pictures file on tghe hard drive. When I go to my Pictures file and try to open the photos i get the message: Photo Gallery Can't Open The Images Or Video Because The Format Isn't Supported Or You Don't Have The Latest Upgrade To Photo Gallery. Pictures from a small point & shoot work fine. I get the same results when importing using the camera Mfg's software.
