Jun 14, 2012I am trying to modify a set of icons for the status bar of my cell phone. I have tried Paint.net (recommended by many themers) but the color never looks right. I can colorize the icons individually but that will take a long time to do all 71 icons. I tried using a macro to run Gimp and repeat the task on a loop but the "Export Image as PNG" dialog box keeps opening under the stack of Gimp windows and messes the macro up.
Is there any way to change the color of multiple .png files as a batch operation?
Photoshop :: Resizing Image For Smart Phone
Aug 6, 2013I am trying to resize a logo so that it looks crisp and sharp on Facebook and on mobile devices, but I'm having trouble. My file is a .png file and is 72 dpi (resized for web and devices in photoshop). It is 400x400 pixels.
I use [URL]... (similar to tweetdeck or hootsuite) to send posts to Facebook and Twitter. The image looks good on screen when I look at facebook, but not when you look at it on a mobile phone.

Feb 18, 2014Just installed elements 12 (on windows 8), built a catalog but can't load jpg files taken on an LG phone. The pictures load into picture viewer and into elements editor (at which point they are then in the catalog), but I can't import directly.
nothing was imported, the file or folders selected to import did not contain any supported file types or the files are already in this catalog.
the files are jpg and they are not in the catalog.
Ive noticed (scanning the forum) that other people have had issues with LG phones in previous versions of elements

A look around the AD site shows all the apps for the App Store and Google Play but not Windows Phone. I use a bunch of AD apps on my iPad and iPhone that are a "must have" now. A quick Google search brings up a bunch of articles but I haven't seen anything definitive from AD. Does the AD apps (most importantly SketchBook Mobile, Autodesk 360, ForceEffects) are coming out for that platform anytime in the future?

I would like some feedback/ comments on the one that I did write. I posted up the two other ones because most of the people I talk to have either seen them, or know of those tutorials and have been using them as a guide. My way is not exactly cell shading just because I have been doing it so long that I have continually gotten more and more advanced until they look like airbrushed pictures. And I got it outlined about 98% of it. But im unsure on how far i should outline the rims and the rear air damn. D-load the PSD file and take a look. Hide the car layer to view the outline. This is my first cell shaded car, so i dont know if i should use highlights/darkened area to bring out the shape in the tire rimes and the rear air damn.

And I thought the interface would be cool if it was one of the remotes and have the screen be the navagation menu and have the buttons be the links to change the screen to different catagories.

Now befunky is an online image app that creates cell shaded images for you, but at low res. It outputs a line art sketch like this.

The closest I can get in Photoshop using a combination of Smart Blur and Gaussian Blur is this.

Oct 13, 2011I am creating a table where I want the cell contents to be aligned Middle Center. I can set that up in the table definition and it seems to be in place once the table is in the drawing. If I type text into the cell the alignment is as expected. Whenever I type a number the aligment changes to Top Right. I can go back into the cell and reset the alignment to Middle Center. If I then delete the cell contents, exit the cell then return to the cell and enter a number the alignment returns to Top Right. I want the table to start off empty so others can enter informaiton as it becomes available. Is there a way to have the cell alignment stay the way I wnat it regardless of what I enter into the cell? I tried changing the cell format to text but the instant I entered a number it switched back to a number format and aligned Top Right.

Nov 23, 2011Just got a Epson 3880 printer and learning to use Lightroom 3 with it. I am trying to print a 8x10 image on 8.5x11 paper. I set the cell size to 8x10. While the print looks great it is not 8x10 (larger). Is there some interaction between the margin settings and the cell size that I need to understand?

Oct 17, 2013I have a problem with my table in Corel Draw X6.
So, my table has a few rows and a few columns. I want the width of the first cell of the last row to be wider by 1 cm than the width of the first cells of the other rows.
When i select a cell and resize it with my cursor, the whole column changes width. I want the column to stay as it is, just its last cell to change width. How to do this?
