I have .psd with with 21 layers i want each layer be saved as indephendant image
way to automate this - save each layer as standalone file (.jpg),
I just started using the trail version of the VideoStudio Pro software today. I am trying to modify a .avi video file. The movie "clips" play fine, but whenever I play the project, there seems to be compression of the video or something- it the video just becomes unclear and fuzzy. It is not sharp. I'm not sure if it's because it's too big or if I have the wrong settings.
how to superimpose animated clips/gifs/images onto a video?
If I use the magic wand on an image to select a number of distinct regions of a particular intensity (this part I can do), is it possible to obtain a count of how many unique regions were selected?
View 2 Replies View Relatedas i know there is not a method to divide a region into several regions,
there is a SliceSolid to solids, but not to region objects,
I'm using a couple of masked regions to form symbol linework (so that it obscures background and shadows) in section.
In my screen family, I have a masked region that in theory could end up having a 0mm length - that obviously throws out errors.
The following screen grab shows the regions (at screen soffits) that are set to lock to the frame face and external wall face. Trouble is I have an instance parameter to allow the screen to fill the whole wall thickness (which also then toggles on architraves). This results in the 0mm. I have therefore done a slight 2mm overlap to avoid the issue, but this leaves a residual ovelap in the linework that looks ugly.
Setting the masked region to simply not display doesn't avoid the problem, Revit still 'sees' the errant 0mm.
Is there a way of having this masked region working in both options (ie when needed - locked to ref planes) and then not producing the error when the frame and wall are coplanar ?
Is there a way to change the shadow of a layer without modifying the other shadows...

In photoshop, I use the path tool to delineate the edge of the landfast ice, and I want to save the line only with the pixel coordinates, so I can put that line on any image from the animations and it will be in the same place.

I am working on a project where some of the corridors require different daylight slopes. I need to transition between a region with 2:1 slope to a 10:1 slope. My local civ3d support said something about using grading tools to achive that.
What I understood was that my assemblies should not have any daylight sub-assembly and that i should grade the corridor and than add a transition zone between the different gradings. Did I understand correctly?
I use Autocad map 3d 2011 to make maps and plans of the city.
Using stylization of lines we have many possibilities, we can do multilines, change thickness etc.
But I can't find how to modificate hatch styles in regions.
Is there any possibility to change scale, thickness of hatch? I am talking about FDO connection.
For example I need to use hatch ANSI 31 o 32, but when I print my map, is almost invisible (attachment).
Is there any possibility to creat and load my own hatch using FDO?
I did some hatches from lines (hatch extruded and exportet as shp) and it gives me possibility to modity hatch as a multiline (as green hatch in attachment). But it has to be any easier way.
My road corridor regions can't be stretched using the region grips when 'geometry locking' is on, grip stretch works when i change the locking option to 'station locking', but it used to work fine also with geometry locking on.. It has happened somehow to all my files, so it seems to be caused by some application setting, the corridor regions can be stretched from grips fine on other pc's. (C3d 2013)

I can't seem to upload the .dwg either...
What I basically want to do is like in Autocad, where we use the bpoly command to convert into regions before extruding them. The same thing, except in Illustrator.
Follow the link to better understand the Region command in Autocad [URL].....

I am using link codes to create hatch and would like to use non-solid hatch. But the hatch does not appear to line up properly between regions, as shown on the attached image.

As seen in the attachments, I am trying to crop an image. When I do, a black portion of the old photo still remains. This is for some pamphlets and having this black region around the photo looks odd. How to get rid of these black regions around a photo after cropping?
View 2 Replies View Relatedthere is a way to mark certain frames or certain regions of the maya timeline with labels.
Basically I want to be able to set a label at certain keyframes so that I can export this information for use in a third-party tool.
I have 5 intersections in a drawing and i try to update all the intersections regions one after the other with "Update Regions and Rebuild Corridor". The problem is that sending up to date some intersections send other intersections (previously updated) out of date. So i cannot have all my intersections updated. The only way i found to correct this is to "Update regions automatically". but this way i cannot make changes to regions manually.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI downloaded a .psd file that is a catalog mockup. The document contains a smart object that looks like a catalog lying on a table top and I want to take my catalog art and place it in this smart object so that it looks like I've taken a nice photograph of my design work. That is the easy part!
What I want to do now is duplicate that smart object, put it underneath the original so it is peeking out and tilt it a bit. Then I want to put the back side of the catalog art on it so that it now looks like I've got both the front and back showing. Only problem I keep running into is that now when I click on the 2nd, duplicated smart object and put the different art (back of catalog) on it, it updates the original, first smart object that I want to show the front of the catalog.
Basically I want the two smart objects to not link and update each other when they are in the same document. I can't find anything online so far and am running out of time. I even tried calling Adobe and that WAS A MESS.
Is it possible to change the image size in Layer 1 independently of the Background image?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI've created a pattern fill layer and assigned a vector mask to it. How do I move the pattern around without affecting the mask? I realize if I want to rotate the pattern I'd need to convert it to a smart object, but if I only need to adjust the pattern location there must be some way to do that without moving the vector mask along with it. A traditional layer shows the vector and raster mask layer with a lock icon, but fill pattern layers are different for some reason.

View 28 Replies View RelatedWhat would cause lines to move left/right some seemingly random distance in an elevation view? Rarely, I run into an issue where detail lines and filled regions added to an elevation view (not text, or leaders) will move some random distance, I've attached a PDF showing the issue. No other elevations, plans, or sections have anything wrong with them. The model has not moved to a different position.
View 3 Replies View RelatedThere are number of very good authors out there when it comes to Photoshop; Jeff Schewe, Martin Evening, Matt Kloskowski to name but a few. However I can’t find any good instructional/reference books when it comes to Premiere Pro.
The kind of book I’m looking for would describe Intermediate to Advanced techniques covering video ingestion to export but using Premiere Pro [CS6 or CC] as the Software medium, possibly including After Effects but not as the main subject.
The PDF manual for PremPro CC [and associated links] is great but no substitute for a well thought out reference book by an independent author. The Adobe Classroom series are also quite good if you want to follow a step be step guide. Not much use if you want a detailed description of some s/w aspect, or think out of the box.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI've been trying to create a fade-style edge transition that works regardless of the background the object is placed on. I've tried the blend tool and the shadow tool.
The blend tool gave a good result on a colored background, but it was terrible when the object is moved over anything lighter. The shadow tool was better at handling differences, but I can't find a way to make the shadow the proper color. I need the object's color to just edge-fade into whatever background it is on.
In Revit 2012, I have a plan view (overall, first floor) which is "Independent" but also shows another view as the "Referencing Sheet." When I visit the sheets referenced, I can't identify a reference. The problem is that the "Referencing Sheet" is showing in our title block and we'd prefer to show a blank for Independent views.

Thats my question. You charge enough for it, and that is an insanely obviouse piece of functionality that should be available.
