Photoshop :: Quad Bike Silhouette For Tshirt

Jun 4, 2008

Im going on a "lads holiday" in 2 weeks and i have been given the job to create tshirts for the group. I used a shield design base from a video game and i am now creating new silhouettes for the different sections of the shield to reflect the holiday. Ive been trying to make a quad bike silhouette but every time i do it it comes out so badly that you cannot tell what it is actually meant to be.

Photoshop :: Logo For Tshirt

Mar 16, 2009

Ilogo to be readied for printing on a tshirt. As I understand it, tshirts are done in process color not registration. So I need a file or layer for each color - correct?

They also want the option of turning into a 4 color, 3 color, 2 color design depending on what they can afford to print in a given year.

I have it taped to a lightbox getting ready to trace each color layer, scan it in and then convert to paths, export to illustrator . . . .

Photoshop :: Image On Tshirt

Oct 13, 2006

i've created a fictional soccer team and i've already created the logo and now i need to place it on an image of a soccer uniform. problem is this, this particular uniform image is creased due to positioning and i need the logo to look as though it belongs there.

I hope i'm explaining this right.... so basically i can't just simply place the logo on the uniform without it looking 'wrong'. i've tried the blending modes but then i lose the colour.

Photoshop :: Dynamic TShirt Displacment

Jul 11, 2006

I have a team of Designers that are going to be working on a lot of TShirts.

I want to setup some templates so they can just open up a PSD and drop an image into it.

I have setup adjustment layers for the colour. And images can be brought in then using the displace filter can be made to "wrap" around the curves. But this still requires a seperate file for the displacment and for the designers to mess around a bit.

Can anyone think of a way of making this so they could just add an image to the PSD and it applies the displace (Or similar) filter on the fly?

This would aid our workflow dramatically!

Photoshop :: Changing Black Textured Fabric Tshirt Into White

Jan 18, 2013

I am just facing a challenge  — I need to convert black T-shirt into whithe, but the fabric is textured. See the attached IMGs:

I tried several things, but the best result I got looks somehow close to this disaster:

Despite strong Curves Adjustment layer, there seems to be not a chance to get some contrast.

See how looks similar shirt from a slightly different material — just to get a brief idea:

Inversion will not work because of shadows, Shadows/Highlights does not work much. Converting from White to black is much more easier & almost perfect — because of this, there should be a reverse way…

Paint.NET :: Preparing Portrait For TShirt Print

Aug 30, 2011

I am just learning paint.net and would like some pointers to prepare a photo of a persons face for tshirt print.

I was thinking of trying to transform a photo into a cartoon style ink drawing (i.e. outline only) but can quite get it (I have tried one or two plugins and the ink/ pencil tools).

Ideally I would like something like this the logo found here but without the fill (and obviously a little more facial detail as its taken from a photo). [URL] .....

Failing that, I could go with the classic Che Guevar style as found on countless tshirts, but not sure if its possible to easily create it. [URL] .......

CS4 Master collection - educational

I'm pretty clueless about Processors and Graphics cards etc, (I just picked the one I could afford)so Quad core, dual core, more than one processor?

Would the 15,000rpm SAS be better than 10,000 sata?

Photoshop :: Extracting Silhouette

Dec 10, 2007

I have an image that I would liked to get the shape from and enlarge to 24" (that is not the full-res image.). I am trying to extract the rings along with the torch, meanwhile making that pattern black and the background white. I can use the magic wand at certain tolerances to get it out, but, like the picture, the edges are not sharp, but pixelated. is there a way I can extract this shape but have very smooth and defined edges, even if the picture does not have them? im trying not to have to zoom in real far and use the lasso to outline the entire thing myself.

I might add that extract edges doesn't work too well on this image

Photoshop :: Making Silhouette Of Image

Nov 26, 2011

I am trying to make a silhouette of the Ford Fair lane in the zip file attached below, and place it into the BANNER_ONE.psd document. This is for a contest (redesigning the banner), so I have attached the current banner as well (profile_header.jpg).

The requirements for the banner are as follows:

incorporate "the driver's seat of youtube" and "the most automotive variety" (DONE)incorporate featured in car and driver, perhaps with that October 2011 issue cover (DONE)incorporate something related to the make a wish foundation silhouette design possibly using the 65 fairlane.

So, what is the best way to trace a silhouette of the Fairlane, similar to the one in the original banner? I was thinking the Pen Tool, but seeing as how I'm on a laptop and don't have access to an external mouse until late tomorrow (I'm away for the weekend), that's not the best option at the moment.

Photoshop :: Best Way To Create A Line Silhouette Of An Image

Feb 25, 2007

I have an image that has a set of curved lines in it. I want to keep just these lines from the image, and delete everything else.

Can people recommend what is the best way to accomplish this?

I know that i could use the pen tool to manually trace over these lines, and i don't need to preserve the color of the lines, so this would work. But it would be better to not have to do it manually.

I've successfully used the magic wand tool to select the area outside of these lines, and i can then invert the selection to select the area inside of these lines. This should put me about one step away from getting to where i'm trying to go, but i don't know what the final step should be.

I've been searching for the rules Maya split quad into triangles, and found that I can use the "Quad Split" option under mesh controls to change the way Maya split quads. There are three options: left, right, and best shape.

The left and right options are easy to understand, but how about "best shape"?how exactly Maya split a quad if I chose "best shape"?

I used to think that Maya would choose the shortest diagonal, but recently I've found some exceptions (see attachment, the quad in the red rectangle).

I've tried Evan's quad plugin but you get a separate window so trying to fit the perspective is almost impossible and everytime I try I end up getting curves in the picture. What I want is to modify the perspective on the actual image and not have to deal with the image producing curves. As an example here's what I'm after (it was done for me in photoshop by a friend for a cabinet I'm working on), which I presume has an effect to do this easily:
