When I'm in "Folder Location" and click on a folder it doesn't display any pictures and says "No files from this folder have been imported into Elements Organizer. To add any files, right click on the folder and select "Import to Organizer"

So I do as I'm told and then i get this error."Nothing was imported. The files or folders selected to import did not contain any supported file types or the files are already in this catalog."

Apr 19, 2009im using vista x64 and PS CS4 (updated). the problem occurs on both 32bit and 64bit versions. when i open an image with PS (does not matter which type or which way to open it), PS seems to open the file correctly, but does not display it at all.everything looks like the image is opened (f.e. small thumb of it in the layers window and the name of it in the title bar), but where the image should be displayed in fullsize you only see the grey PS background.it seems that besides this PS works completely fine. f.e. when i use the paint bucket tool on the grey area in the middle, the layer thumb changes to the color used..another strange thing: when i switch to another program and switch back to PS the grey background is gone and instead you see whatever program is beneath PS at that moment.. you can move the PS window and see right trough it, only the PS control windows are still displayed. thats what you see in the attached image: there is no screenshot of my explorer loaded in PS,

Around 10% of the documents saved will have an icon, the remainder will not. This is across the board with all file types. If I open up a document through CS6 I can see the file icon in the CS6 as I search, it's just through the finder that I can't.

Sep 14, 2012I am having trouble with my tif files coming in with a white background (ala pdf) vs the black with white "lines" I prefer. I think it is because I converted pdfs to tifs, then edited them in photoshop to remove linework, then saved. Perhaps a setting in the saved options is wrong?
Or a color option in photoshop? I thought I had it all set but only the 1st one worked as desired...can't figure out what changed. We insert the plan sheets as a layer that is grayed out with our linework dark so using the white background won't really work.

I photograph raw files in sRGB.

When i take a picture, it looks perfectly fine on my camera display. Colours, exposure etc. everything is just as i want it to be.

Then i import these files to Lightroom. At first everything looks fine, just until Lightroom renders the pictures. After that they appear way too dark, colours do not match and in total the result is absolutely not good.

How can i change the settings, so that the rendered pictures look just as on my camera display?

And i know that displays differ in colours presentation. It's not that, it must be the rendering (development) from raw to preview.

AutoCAD Map 3D :: Display Order Shp Files?
Nov 27, 2012I have several shp files ordered in the display manager. Three Polygons, one line and one point shp. the problem is that the bottom polygon that is supposed to draw order last continues to show up above all other files during plotting to PDF or other digital file. I have tried to disconnect and reconnect the problem shp, reorder several times but nothing changes. This is making it impossible for me to plot a file in the way is it being displayed.

I exported a number of jpg files into a JPG subfolder. These jpgs were generated from cr2 files. The "add to catalog" option was selected. My problem is that not only the exported files/pictures were not added to the catalog but that I cannot add them manually (by syncing the upper-level folder).
Paint Shop Pro :: RAW Files Display As Red And Cropped
Jan 2, 2012As part of my new year plans I'm busy sorting through shots I took last year on my Canon EOS 550D.
I took many shots in both JPEG and RAW format (same shot in each).
The JPEG images display and can be edited perfectly well in X3 but not the RAW files.
In the Organiser all shots (JPEG and RAW) look fine along the bottom strip.
But when I select a RAW file it displays momentarily in the main view as a slightly fuzzy image and then jumps to an elongated, vivid red & black image. Looking more closely X3 is cropping and NOT displaying three quarters of the right hand side of the shot. I just get a thin strip from the left hand side of the original shot.
A double click in Organiser takes me to the Camera RAW Lab where I get the same thin strip, red & black image.
AutoCAD 2010 :: Cannot Display Underlay (PDF And DWF Files)
Jan 24, 2012I suddenly am having a problem viewing underlays. It happens with PDF Files and DWF Files. When I insert the file nothing is displayed. I dont see a frame or an image. All I get is a point. When I select the point the underlay ribbon bar comes up. I have the show underlay selected. The Fade is Set to 0, In properties I can the layer is set to 0, but under view the height and width is all 0.00000.
I am running straight Autocad 2012 w/ SP1. Its 64 bit on Windows 7.
Lightroom :: DNG Files Don't Display In Preview Or Finder But Okay In 5
Aug 23, 2013Virtually all of my DNGs from the last four years do not display properly when previewed in OSX's Finder or opened in the Preview app. Everything in Lightroom works just fine. I note that the "linear" option is off (seems to be the default) when I import from the SDHC card to LR. I have LR "Copy as DNG" and I apply nothing other than a renaming of the file (filename.date.dng).

I've dumped the files in Library/Quicklook but that doesn't do anything.

All the importing has been done with the latest version of ACR (Camera Raw 7.1 is the latest I have).

When I use Quicklook (spacebar) in the Finder or open the file using Apple's Preview app, all I see is a large black rectangle sometimes with some "noise" appearing in the frame. Yet LR has no trouble and I can export as jpeg or tiff without any issue.

I'm running 10.8.4 fully updated. I've dumped all the caches and cleaned everything using Onyx and restarted. Still not working.

The only thing I've noticed is my older DNGs (which came from a Fuji S9100) are 12-bit (and I -can- see those files in Finder preview and the Preview app!) whereas the newer DNGs (from 2009 and newer) which were shot with my S100fs are 14-bit. All the newer DNGs have the problem.
