It's also a purple color between light and dark purple,
and was inserted right over top of a pink wall.
It's not a high-quality image. I'd really like to bring that text out and make
it visible. Can anybody help me? I'm not a very experienced photoshop user,
but I thought to myself "If anything can bring that text out, photoshop can
do it."
I am trying to do text to path and I finally got it to work, but it is not bringing the text color that I assigned. Instead the text becomes a black outline of the real text. I uploaded this to the application I wanted to use it in, and the text was gone.
All of a sudden my text is incredibly small. The resolution is set at 300. The "Resample image" box is unticked. I've tried resetting the character...still the text is smaller than it should be. For example, 8 point Times New Roman can barely be seen with the naked eye. I haven't done anything different. What gives?
I just downloaded Photoshop cc, everything works fine except 1 thing, when i add a text, the size is super duper small, so small you can't even see what letter it is. I tried to max the size to max but nothing happens.
I use a 1920x1200 resolution desktop and sometimes i'll be working on pics that big.
I want to add text to the pic but when I do, the text is tiny tiny @ a scale of 72, literally the size of a period. I use the free transform command to make it bigger and when I scale it to where I want it the text size literally blows up to the 3-4 THOUSAND range, like the text size for example would be 3824.2 font size.
something weird has started happening with the text tool. When I enter text it is really small. Even at 200pt it is tiny. I have it set on the normal text tool and none of the settings are changed apart from the font size. The work area is zoomed at 100% so it is at real size.
I have an image with very small text on it I want to see what the text says but when i zoom in and try to sharpen the image, I on see pixels. Is there any way to read this small text using photoshop?
Is there a way to make out a text that is too small to read? I really really really need to know the name of these brands, but the labels are impossible to read due to the small size.
Is there a special program or technique to make stuff like this out?
why is the small text blurry on Photoshop? i am a very small advert for a newspaper! and the text is printing blurry and when zoomed in is appearing all blurry? how do i stop this i only have Photoshop and indesign.
I'm having some trouble when typing text with the text tool. Whenever I try to type something down in PS, the font is incredibly small. In fact, it only appears when I set the font size to its maximum. And then, it's by far not the size I want it to be.
I have a .jpg image (just a plain flat image, no layers) which mostly consists of text and one small image; I need to lift the text and the image from the background so I can change the background color, then put the text back again.
Before I describe this problem I do want to assure you I did poke around the forum and FAQ beforehand.
My problem is that I open a new creation(RGB or Bitmap) and create a text layer. When I do this I find that the cursor is EXTREMELY tiny. The text isnt even readable on size 72. I first noticed the problem yesterday when I was trying to create a new sig with an edited image I previously created. I've never had this problem before but I am still pretty new to this. Code:
I am using photoshop CS2 and I am having some difficulty putting text into an image that is 16 x 12 BMP format 256 colours, When I make a new layer and then click the T tool I type in the text that I wanna put in and then go to another tool and the text isn't showing up no matter what size I put it on,
I'm taking over the development of some Autodesk addins that are used to parse a drawing to bring back text from the drawing, namely title block and bill of materials information. I have another process that runs and reads the meta data for the drawing itself that gets run from Vault before checking in the drawing. I need to know if I can combine these two processes such that I can parse the drawing outside of AutoCad. Is this possible?
As you can see by the image below, my menu bar titles at the top are small and blurry, plus anywhere there is a text field box (i.e. length & width text fields in the Image Size window) it is collapsed vertically and therefore I can't see what my values are. You can also see the 3 check mark boxes at the bottom of the Image Size window are cut off. I previously had CS6 installed on a Window XP machine without any issues. Now that I have "upgraded" to Window 7, this is what I get for results after the install.
Why is the text size in the instructional boxes "File", "Edit", "Image" etc: so small that they are almost unreadable. I know its me, but I can't figure out how to fix it.
With the Artboards feature now available, should i still use InDesign to create a layout for a simple children's picture book with a small amount of text per page? It would be much easier for me to stay in Illustrator. My plan is to create a a pfd book and an ebook for sure - and possibly, later a printed book. I'm completely stumped about how to make the right choice. BTW - I don't plan to produce the ebooks via InDesign but through a simple iPad App that just allows you to lay in a picture and put the text over it.I'm using CS4.
I would like to place a small square in front of multiple lines of text. I want to use it like a square that would be used as a checklist.
1. Where I can find a square in the Glyphs panel?' 2. If I create a square shape, and want to place it front of each line of text layed out in a text box, what is the best way to line the square on each line with each line of text?
I have tried in CS5 and got nothing and upgrades to CS6 and it only tells me to check the plugin and make sure you have the right version. for CR2 that verion is 4.1.CS6 comes with verion 7.0.xxx what is going on. this should flow smoothly.
I have an image that I removed the background of and then used Refine Edge to place the newly masked image onto a new layer. I now want to take this newly masked image, scale it down a bit, and bring it into another .PSD. When I copy and paste or drag the layer onto the other .PSD it is not bringing the masked image, but something else. I tried selecting both thumnbails of the layer first though that did not work.
I see photographers having nice sun flares in their pictures. All warm and pretty and what not. How do I do the same? is this a feature in Photoshop cs6 or in light room?
