(2) i think i screwed up the text settings too, i now have to have the font size to be like 973.99 inorder to see the text.
I have been trying to create a wet surface look on Tarmac/Asphalt for quite some time. I have been searching the web also on this yielding me with not the right results.
Image below in the lower right corner is what I am after. I shot this while the road surface was slightly wet so It turned out nice. I need to be able to do this in PS given I am not always around water access or controlling the weather before a shoot.
How did the creator of this website get the shiney look to the text in the top banner.
I am clueless with photoshop so youll have to direct me through menu's etc.
I have a flattened image of 2 texts and a background.
This picture was made up of a speaker, marathon runners, 2 texts ,a wave, and some sort of overlay. im trying to replicate this image as much as possible so i can animate it in flash mx (speaker bouncing, shine going over text, outlining guys). I think i'm okay with everything but the font.
I think I found the closet font "Neuropolitical" but now i need to know how to apply the blending and lighting effects. The font i have is not rounded in the corners on the letters but i guess this was done by the effects on the text. Code:
How to make Shiny gold text. I've tried the hot wax coating 3x color set to light yellow however it looks nothing like gold. Are there settings to hot wax coating or is there another way to make metallic gold or shiny silver.

I have a large ex surface that I have divided into basins and such. I know need to evaluate the slopes in these areas. To do the whole surface at once seems to not be possible. Is there a way in c3d to view analysis information for a section of surface for instance in a polyline or fence?

I want to add text to the pic but when I do, the text is tiny tiny @ a scale of 72, literally the size of a period. I use the free transform command to make it bigger and when I scale it to where I want it the text size literally blows up to the 3-4 THOUSAND range, like the text size for example would be 3824.2 font size.
something weird has started happening with the text tool. When I enter text it is really small. Even at 200pt it is tiny. I have it set on the normal text tool and none of the settings are changed apart from the font size. The work area is zoomed at 100% so it is at real size.

I have to make it 288pt just to appear to be what's normally 8pts.
I have an image with very small text on it I want to see what the text says but when i zoom in and try to sharpen the image, I on see pixels. Is there any way to read this small text using photoshop?

Now, the text is tiny, since the image is tiny.
It's also a purple color between light and dark purple,
and was inserted right over top of a pink wall.
It's not a high-quality image. I'd really like to bring that text out and make
it visible. Can anybody help me? I'm not a very experienced photoshop user,
but I thought to myself "If anything can bring that text out, photoshop can

Is there a way to make out a text that is too small to read? I really really really need to know the name of these brands, but the labels are impossible to read due to the small size.

why is the small text blurry on Photoshop? i am a very small advert for a newspaper! and the text is printing blurry and when zoomed in is appearing all blurry? how do i stop this i only have Photoshop and indesign.

View 2 Replies View RelatedAs you can see by the image below, my menu bar titles at the top are small and blurry, plus anywhere there is a text field box (i.e. length & width text fields in the Image Size window) it is collapsed vertically and therefore I can't see what my values are. You can also see the 3 check mark boxes at the bottom of the Image Size window are cut off. I previously had CS6 installed on a Window XP machine without any issues. At 4:35 into it, the author begins creating the shiny parts of the diamonds by drawing a path, copying it and then rotating the copy ninety degrees.
I'm having trouble just creating that first path the way it's done in the tutorial. First, it says to choose a brush of 17, make sure it's white, then switch to the pen tool and draw a straight white line. However, mine doesn't look like that, how it splays outs. I just get a straight white line. Then, when I try to tranform the copy by rotating it 90 degrees I get an error message saying "Could not rotate because the initial bounding rectangle is empty."
