I am trying to design a banner for a client, that is 20 feet long.And when I highlight the text and make it 500, 600 pt its fins but as soon as I try and change to 700 or 800, it completely disappears and you cannot see the font.Why can't I do bigger than 600?

I can select 72 pts but then it's just barely large enough to read. What has happened and how do I restore things there way they were? I have Photoshop 6.
View 3 Replies View RelatedSetting the size of a brush to be controlled by "Pen Tilt" (in the "Shape Dynamics" section of the "Brush" window) acts just as if "Pen Pressure" control had been selected.
This behavior can even be reproduced by using the controls in the "Brush Pose" section: overriding the "Tilt X" and "Tilt Y" values has no effect on the size (in a brush where "Pen Tilt" has been set to control size, and with "Tilt Scale" 0), but overriding the "Pressure" value does affect the size.
I'm using Photoshop CC (version 14.0 x64 with the latest updates) in Windows 7 x64, and it's worth noting that the "Always use Pressure for Size", "Always use Pressure for Opacity", and "Enable airbrush" buttons in the toolbar are off, and "Tilt Scale" is set to 0 (since "Tilt Scale" by itsef works according to the documentation). I Also use a Wacom Intuos 3, with driver 6.3.5-3, and pen tilt works great for changing brush opacity or angle. I've seen the very same problem when trying older versions of photoshop (CS5 and CS6).
had it already been adressed to be solved in future versions? Where can I obtain an official response by Adobe?
I have CS6. I used to be able to fade out brushes under the Size Jitter in Shape Dynamics but can't now. I open up CS3 and I can do it in there. why it isn't working in CS6?

I created something in A4 size (21cm x 29.7cm, 300 dpi). But when I print it using the borderless option. the printout always have about 10mm missing on the right hand side and the bottom of the page, as if the image is too big to fit in the A4 paper... I've tried with "scale to paper size" checked and unchecked. But still no help.
I made a small image with the image size of 95mm x 65mm, but the printout is 105 x 75....
1) I have a sketch in grayscale that i have in digital jpg format in 300 dpi but only in the size of 4.5 x 4.5 cm. I want to make this sketch bigger like in the size of 30 x 30 cm.
If I make it bigger I will lose quality but are there any way of for example find the different grayscale nyans and make it bigger. its only in two colous. or maybe transfer it to vector?
so I can have it in bigger size without loosing any quality?
2) then if I want to flip the colours in the scetch so all the black colours are going white and so on. how do I do that?

I was never good using the pen, and I need only the bird of this image, I need to vectorize it, and make it bigger...So I can change color, size, etc...I need it only bigger.

In the AutoCAD, while working, we can choose “Shift+Right Click” to get the list of snap options to choose a particular snap. How this might be performed in the Revit?
Also, I’m not sure how to get the snap size to be abit bigger. For example, the cross in the screenshot below is quite small and has no accompanying tips to indicate its function.

I have a big assembly. It used to have aprox 280kB.
I have created the five flexible assemblies and it grew up to 2100KB and became
quite slow even with a lot of supressed parts.
The question is: should I blame the flexible stuff for this slowup?
I ask someone to design a boxshot in PSD. In the boxshot, there are two text layers. Both text layers use the same font and size. But the actual text looks differently in size in my computer(after installing the required fonts). And the designer said in his computer, these two texts looks in same size.

View 2 Replies View RelatedWe are overlaying a word or two on jpg's. In the settings bar along the top, the font is set to 8pt.That has worked seamlessly, for some time. Suddenly, though the pt setting is not changed, the actual text over the photo is larger - much too large to fit. But changing the pt setting to a lower number still results in something too large.
is the sudden change in outcome, when there has been no change in the setting. And no ability to get a correct font size.This is in Ps CS4, on Mac 10.6.8. I have checked the font in Font Book (Myriad Pro), and no corruption appears for the font.
I have Arial Narrow Bold etc. installed in the Windows fonts folder but it still doesn't show in Photoshop CS6. Arial Narrow shows but not the bold version. It shows up in InDesign, however.

View 6 Replies View RelatedFirstly - when I create a document at 48x48 at 72ppi, it comes out as you would expect, 48x48 on a screen. However if I enter 48x48 and try to enter 326ppi, it doesn't adjust the canvas size at all.
Also when I have my 48x48 72ppi document open and go to image > image size, and adjust only the ppi to 326...it does nothing! What should be happening is the canvas become 72:326 ratio larger to reflect the new ppi, or in other words, make the canvas size larger in proportion to this so when you take your new 326ppi image to the iphone it is retina at 48x48...however this is clearly not happening.
In Photoshop CS2, I select Help > How to fix and enhance photos > to touch up spots, scratches, and wrinkles. Instead of help on that, Adobe Help Center 2.1 shows up with nothing in it.

For quite a while now every once in a while when I start up I get a screen asking me to register. But since I already am registered Adobe just said to click on later and go on working. View 2 Replies View RelatedOpenCL doesn't seem to work for me. I have it checked in prefs, have the latest drivers, and a GeForce GTX 660M. Yet when I run an iris blur filter, it's extremely slow, and only uses 1 CPU. Under System Info, it lists the video card and OpenCL 1.1.
