I just designed this logo for an all-female gaming clan called "Femme Fearless".
She wanted to be "bad ass" but still "inviting". She also wanted some kind of icon to represent girl gamers, so this is what I came up with and I would really love your feedback.
I want to create a logo. The word I am creating is going to be Foxx. I want the backside of the F to have a fox's head coming out of it. I want the appearance of the Fox's had to be growing from the back side of the F. I am capable of pulling this off. I am more interested in the techniques that some of you would use to acheive this task.
1.What I would do is find a picture of a fox's face in this case a profile shot.
2.I'd then import that pic and extract the head from the fox (only in the picture PETA )
3.I'd then use my combination of the pen tool, shape tool, and direct selection tool to trace the fox's face.
4.Finally I'd design the F to match the fox's face.
I own a new LAN Gaming/IT Store thats been open for around 3 weeks and I am in need of a photoshop master for 2 high res banners from Vista Print. I've uploaded their XL Banner Photoshop template, and 2 images that I would like incorporated (this type of design is used on the window advertising), or a new design with the same color and feel (Blue, PC ...components). The first banner needs to say "Solutionz Computing", and display a list of our services in a computing style font, in dot points or however you can creatively display it - it needs to say:
The second banner can have the same background, same "Solutionz Computing", just different dot points as follows: ------ - Party Hire - Members Discounts and Benefits - In-Store Gaming - LAN Party Nights and Event Hosting
I've created a logo, and I'd like to use it in some PDF documents. I've tried several different methods for converting it into an image, but the image quality really degrades when I do. Maybe I'm expecting too much - since the vector image is essentially perfect - but it seems like there should be a way to come up with a decent looking image. Is there a "best practice" for this process?
I have a picture of a white female mannequin. I want to know if it is possible to superimpose the picture of a female model on the mannequin and make the mannequin realistic human looking? Following are the requirements.
1. Attach head of the female model to the mannequin body. 2. Change skin tone of the mannequin so it matches the skin tone of the model 3. The hands, legs, torso of the mannequin should look realistic. How can this be done? It's easy to just change the skin tone of the mannequin but making the mannequin look realistic is becoming a challenge. 4. check the attached document. The first image is the finished product where female model image is superimposed on a mannequin. Second image is a white mannequin that needs to look similar to the first image.I am not adding the female model image now. I will do that once i know if this is even possible.
I spent quite a bit of time modeling up a male sided mold to press skateboards in a vaccum bag. I want to create a female mold from this file, but need to make sure there is a 1/2" off set to account for board thickness. I've looked at derive and mold but since I have zero experience with either command I have spent hours going in circles.
The attached picture is what my mold looks like. Just a big rectangle that is 2" thick with some rounded contours cut on the top.
I need to know how to draw an NPTF pipe thread, male and female. In 2D. Any good reference book would be welcome. An NPT thread differs slightly from that of an NPTF, but thats OK. I have AUTOCAD 2002. I am trying to update some of our drawings at work.
How to make the threads match on a male and female part. Using a tap size chart, I made a hole 31.5 mm in diameter. Then I added interior threads with a tap size M33 x1.5. How do I determine the diameter of the male part before adding threads? Would it also be 31.5 mm? I plan on 3d printing these parts, so I've also been using the thread modeler tool.
when I browse image files I find that the Photoshop/Adobe logo has been replaced by the Netscape logo. When I attach a file in email the N-scape logo is there by file name/number not Photoshop logo. Anyone know why or have this issue?
I have a .pdf that I want to use in a presentation next week. The problem is, since we last used this .pdf, we have changed our logo. How does one switch out one image out for another?
I wanted to use the program to design a robot for our school vex competition. Vex has provided cad files for all the parts. So, how i can import the seperate parts into one design. I can only open each part individually but cant find a way to combine them so can assemble the robot in one design.
IÂ just made a copy of assembly in Design Assistant.I opened the copied assembly in Design Assistant to make some changes.Parts are accessible but I have only "Clear" option possible. URL....
I've created a logo, but once i put it on the web the low resolution turns it to crap. I have recreated it using the work paths in photoshop and the filled the paths...
How did they create the outer line of the speach bubble? The curve is very smooth and doesn't have signs of the little bumps I get when I try using a formation of several points then filling in the middle.
I'm trying to make the letter W look like wave curls, however I have no idea where to start. I tried playing with the pen tool but I cant seem to do anything useful with it.
There probably should be a lot of post on how to do it,and i've seen a general post where everyone explains bit and pieces but is there any guide made by the person who really made the pst logo?
I'm trying to create a new logo. The design is very simple, in that it is mainly text. What I'm finding is that the image when printed and enlarged becomes fuzzy around the edges. What can I do to ensure the quality stays good?
I've read some things on this forum that talk about saving the logo in Vector format. What is this and how do I do it? Also what format and resolution do I save it at for print and the web?
on designing a street map showing the location of a clients facility. I thought about using something like Google maps, and masking the part of it I need, but I'm not sure about the legality of doing that. I'm also having a difficult time making the edges look nice and smoothe.
I am already running Photoshop CS3. I recently bought the design standard package. I would like to install it on the same workstation. I was wondering, Since my current CS3 is alread registered do I load Design Standard CS3 and just not choose Photoshop CS3 at the beginning of the Design Standard install process? Will I be able to use my Design Standard serial number to register the product and have it not effect my existing registered version of Photoshop CS3?
i just wanted a simple portfolio page and its takin me a while but i like the way this design came out. Theres gonna be some small animation on the page but mostly just a business type feel.
