Gave up on Photoshop. Website too hard to navigate. No download button on Photoshop Elements for either the trial or buy version. If this is the way the website works, I don't want the program even though I understand Photoshop is supposed to be the best.

I saw on youtube that clicking on Windows at the top of that software, I should find the "actions" button, opening the action panel.Still The "action" button isn't there.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have Elements 10. A window popped up inviting me to download an updated version of Elements Inspiration Browser. I decided to do that. The first step was to uninstall the current version of the Browser. I did that. When I tried to download the update, I got a note saying something called "AIR" was required and would be downloaded. As the downloading proceeded, a not appeared saying that an error had occurred. I couldn't finish the download. Now I have no Inspiration Browser, which is evidently necessary in order to view some videos and tutorials.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI used to use the 'back' button all the time in my old windows version of PSE organiser. I have now bought PSE 11 for my new macbook and finding that all the reasons I wanted to use PSE organiser rather than iPhoto are fast evaporating with this version. One of them is the 'back' button. If I scroll down down down a long way and find a particular photo and then deliberately or even accidentally, change the view to see data (that incidentally I used to be able to see in the same view on the info side pane such as folder location ....) then I lose my place in the media display and cant get back there like I used to. and have to hunt for the photo again. Similarly when I select a tag to display the selection containing that tag and then want to return to the previous main media display I return to the top, rather than wherever I had progressed to. This didn't happen in my old windows version. I cant understand why the developers would think it was a great idea to remove this facility, but I cant find it. It was invaluable when I was going back through the catalogue to old photos and adding tags or other info.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI just installed elements 12 and the install went well, except for all my lightroom images.After installing elements 12 I went to look at my lightroom catalog onlt to find it was no longer there. There was an option to upgrade my elements catalog to lightroom, that seemed to make sense so I did that next.at this point my lightroom (3) catalog is there but there are NO images only blank squares.
At this point I am deeply regretful that I ever upgraded elements 10 to 12, everthing was working just fine till i installed elements 12.
Have used Adobe Application Manager to download Photoshop CC. It now says it is up to date but I cannot find it on my Mac. Where is it? Can I start all over again?
Double clicking on the icon within Adobe Application Manager does nothing.
I am running an older 2.66 Ghz Intel Core 2 DUo with 8Gb memory.

I want to reload it onto my new laptop but cannot find a download version of PS CS4 (no disk) any longer out on the internet or at least from a trustworthy site. I have the serial number from the active program. I have the original activation key. I could only find an Arabic CS4 version out on C/NET but my activation key numbers are coming up as invalid. I had to do a software reinstall of my old laptop a year or so ago and was still able to use my original activation key. That was when I could still find a US version of PS CS4. I've tried to deactivate my current software on my old laptop with no luck. My theory is my activation key code will only work on a US version of Photoshop CS4.I can be pointed to a place where I can download a US version of PS CS4 and that my activation key will work.

i can use it in Illustrator CC, which I download, installed and updated at the same time as my Photoshop CC. I have checked the CC updater and it tells me my software is up to date.

Since updating to LR 4.4, I have been unable to download RAW file formats. In addition, normal .jpg files stopped working today! I can successfully still download into LR 3.6 which I kept on my system. I'm shooting with a Canon 1D Mark X and using LR on an iMac.
