i have a valid product/serial number but have moved physical machines. i've uninstalled from the old one and just need to get an installation package to download to the new machine.i am looking for a link that doesn't automatically reroute me to the cc version download... already tried that and the serial number i have doesn't work in that install..

I installed Photoshop Elements 11 today on to my new Windows 7 computer, but have been unable to access the photos, categories and slideshows which I had created in Elements 5 on my old Windows XP computer. The Elements 5 ones were copied from my old hard disk to the new one - without using any version of Photoshop in the copying process. I believe that all the Adobe folders and files were copied, but I cannot work out which folder contains the photos.

I want to reload it onto my new laptop but cannot find a download version of PS CS4 (no disk) any longer out on the internet or at least from a trustworthy site. I have the serial number from the active program. I have the original activation key. I could only find an Arabic CS4 version out on C/NET but my activation key numbers are coming up as invalid. I had to do a software reinstall of my old laptop a year or so ago and was still able to use my original activation key. That was when I could still find a US version of PS CS4. I've tried to deactivate my current software on my old laptop with no luck. My theory is my activation key code will only work on a US version of Photoshop CS4.I can be pointed to a place where I can download a US version of PS CS4 and that my activation key will work.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI downloaded and paid for the upgrade version of CorelDraw X6 because I have X3,X4 and X5. I have installed it already but I went to reinstall on my desktop PC as I wiped my hard drive back to factory state, CorelDRAW no longer gives the upgrade option.
On start up it gives the following message ( see below ) as a 30 day trial.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI just installed Elements 11, but didn't uninstall Elements 9. I went to add photos and they went to the elements 9 organizer and not 11. So i uninstalled 9 and tried to put the photos in again. It sends a message that they already exist in the organizer, but they don't. Also, now when i hook up the camera it wont recognize any new photos and won't reinstall into the 11 organizer.

I am currently using autocad 2002. An engineering firm has sent me a dwg file that was created using a much newer version of autocad. I asked them to save it back to version 2000, so I can open it. The installation of Lightroom 4.3 stops with an error message, reading "The older version of Adobe Lightroom 4.3 cannot be removed. Apply to your technical support group".This "older version" is probably a trial version, I had before, which I had to uninstall "by hand" (cancelling files and registry items) since a regular uninstall procedure didn't work.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI have drawings (some with more than one sheet) from inventor 10. Now I like to open it in inventor 2013. The first sheet is showing, but I can't open the other sheets. I can print them, but I can see a listing of it or go to the sheet.
FYI, until December 2012 I worked in Inventor 10, now I have inventor 2013, so everything is new to me.
I use a machine called a shopbot to cut wood projects. Students draw the parts in Inventor, place them into a idw and use the save copy feature to save it as a DXF file. The shopbot uses a progam called partworks v2 and it reads DXF files. This worked great for the past few years until this summer when we installed the 2013 inventor on our computers. I contacted Shopbot and they said other people are having the same problem and the solution for most of them was to save the idw file as an older version. Last year we had AutoDesk 2011 and it worked fine. how I can save a 2013 idw as a 2011 idw?
