Oct 12, 2012I installed Photoshop Elements 11 today on to my new Windows 7 computer, but have been unable to access the photos, categories and slideshows which I had created in Elements 5 on my old Windows XP computer. The Elements 5 ones were copied from my old hard disk to the new one - without using any version of Photoshop in the copying process. I believe that all the Adobe folders and files were copied, but I cannot work out which folder contains the photos.

Oct 25, 2012I just installed Elements 11, but didn't uninstall Elements 9. I went to add photos and they went to the elements 9 organizer and not 11. So i uninstalled 9 and tried to put the photos in again. It sends a message that they already exist in the organizer, but they don't. Also, now when i hook up the camera it wont recognize any new photos and won't reinstall into the 11 organizer.

While trying to use the templates in the setup for creating online photo albums, I see several templates that I would like to try but they need to be downloaded to use them offline.

I asked them to save it back to version 2000, so I can open it. Well, I can open the file, but I'm getting this command "ARXERROR: eNotThatKindOfClass.. whenever I do a basic command??
Now I have gotten dwg files from other firms, and they have worked flawlessly. Would it be how this particular firm has saved the file?

FYI, until December 2012 I worked in Inventor 10, now I have inventor 2013, so everything is new to me.

Oct 1, 2012I use a machine called a shopbot to cut wood projects. Students draw the parts in Inventor, place them into a idw and use the save copy feature to save it as a DXF file. The shopbot uses a progam called partworks v2 and it reads DXF files. This worked great for the past few years until this summer when we installed the 2013 inventor on our computers. I contacted Shopbot and they said other people are having the same problem and the solution for most of them was to save the idw file as an older version. Last year we had AutoDesk 2011 and it worked fine. how I can save a 2013 idw as a 2011 idw?

No new sketch goes to x-y plane
This may happen after when I open parts from Inventor 2011 (maybe 2010) into 2012, then create a new part. I would expect the 2012 App Options to be the master, so I don't know why a legacy part would be allowed to change those settings.
