Photoshop Elements :: Unable To Download Inspiration Browser?

I have Elements 10. A window popped up inviting me to download an updated version of Elements Inspiration Browser. I decided to do that. The first step was to uninstall the current version of the Browser. I did that. When I tried to download the update, I got a note saying something called "AIR" was required and would be downloaded. As the downloading proceeded, a not appeared saying that an error had occurred. I couldn't finish the download. Now I have no Inspiration Browser, which is evidently necessary in order to view some videos and tutorials.

Adobe Photoshop.com Inspiration Browser is giving me a download error, no matter how many times i click on try again. the update instructions had me remove the program via the control panel so now i no longer have this on my system. i had no issues removing and reinstalling adobe air (thinking this may have cause an issue) but the Adobe Photoshop.com Inspiration Browser still gave the same download error whether adobe air was installed already or not.

I opened Adobe Photoshop Elements 10. It said I had to update Adobe Photoshop.com Inspiration Browser. I began that process. I followed instructions to uninstall the current Inspiration Browser. Then I started to install the updated Inspiration Browser. It said I had to install Inspiration AIR first. I tried to install Inspiration AIR. It said "A download error occurred. Try to download again." I tried again, and again, and get the same message and cannot go forward with this process.

Having problems installing Inspiration Browser update. Installer returns error code when trying to reinstall Adobe Air. I followed all XP instructions, deleting old versions, then updating Air. After that the link to update Inspiration begins, then returns error code shown.

Gave up on Photoshop. Website too hard to navigate. No download button on Photoshop Elements for either the trial or buy version. If this is the way the website works, I don't want the program even though I understand Photoshop is supposed to be the best.

I was on the Adobe website, when I saw this Black Friday deal for Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5..Upon clicking Join now, I got to the following page : From this page, I then read both the FAQ and the terms.The FAQ said the following :
So in everything I read regarding this deal, there was nothing stating that I had to be a previous owner of CS3 or above.So I placed the order with my credit card for the monthly subscription.When I received my order email (in french), the product says the following :
Votre commande en détail : Programme de photographie Photoshop (Pour les clients CS3 et versions ultérieures)
In effect, this is suggesting that it’s for clients that already had CS3 and above.My plan on the creative cloud adobe website also suggests the same. The only time I was made aware of this need to already own CS3 or above was after I placed the order.
As a result, I am not able to download Photoshop CC or Lightroom 5 from within the Creative Cloud client.I think due to this mis-information on the Adobe website as shown above, I should still be entitled to this offer.I will contact Adobe sales support to see what they can do.

Since updating to LR 4.4, I have been unable to download RAW file formats. In addition, normal .jpg files stopped working today! I can successfully still download into LR 3.6 which I kept on my system. I'm shooting with a Canon 1D Mark X and using LR on an iMac.

Having just download a free trial and being very new to revit--I notice when I open revit and the project I have been working on I can see faintly and briefly the properties and project browser box but they disappear as it's opening and I cannot figure out how to get them on my screen.
Did I hide them somehow with out realizing it? Where do I go to get them back on my screen again?

Import images problem with Lightroom version 2.7, on a Mac OSx. Unable to import from desktop or the download card. . All other functions of the program work. i bought adobe cloud and i started downloading all the software and deleting old version. I didn't know there was a special way to delete adobe application so i just dragged it into a program called app cleaner and it deleted all the files. But it won't let me put cs6 photoshop on my computer because it still thinks i have cs6 photoshop beta. how can i get photoshop back onto my computer.
