Feb 4, 2013I have PSE 8 and when I go through the steps for updating the Inspiration Browser I get an error message that the Adobe Air will not load.

Sep 16, 2012I opened Adobe Photoshop Elements 10. It said I had to update Adobe Photoshop.com Inspiration Browser. I began that process. I followed instructions to uninstall the current Inspiration Browser. Then I started to install the updated Inspiration Browser. It said I had to install Inspiration AIR first. I tried to install Inspiration AIR. It said "A download error occurred. Try to download again." I tried again, and again, and get the same message and cannot go forward with this process.

Dec 1, 2012I have Elements 10. A window popped up inviting me to download an updated version of Elements Inspiration Browser. I decided to do that. The first step was to uninstall the current version of the Browser. I did that. When I tried to download the update, I got a note saying something called "AIR" was required and would be downloaded. As the downloading proceeded, a not appeared saying that an error had occurred. I couldn't finish the download. Now I have no Inspiration Browser, which is evidently necessary in order to view some videos and tutorials.

Nov 7, 2012Adobe Photoshop.com Inspiration Browser is giving me a download error, no matter how many times i click on try again. the update instructions had me remove the program via the control panel so now i no longer have this on my system. i had no issues removing and reinstalling adobe air (thinking this may have cause an issue) but the Adobe Photoshop.com Inspiration Browser still gave the same download error whether adobe air was installed already or not.

This tells me to download cleanup tool and uninstall photoshop and activate the cleanup tool (it notes that it works for c s5 and 5.5 and does not mention cs6) If I uninstall CS6 I will lose all my actions and keyboard shortcuts.

Feb 3, 2013Just got Elements 11 and when I put the card into my pc the download box pops up and it reads the card, but it does not see the raw files, only the jpg files. If I use windows explorer to view the card it sees the raw files fine. I can open raw files from the card into elements 11 editor fine. It just will not see the raw file in the downloader box. I had Elements 7 before 11 and it worked fine.
I have windows 7 and Elements 11 is updated to the latest version.
