Aug 8, 2012Ive just got Paintshop Photo Pro X3 Ultimate . Where i can find the Do-More button? Ive clicked on the cogged wheel (top left) where i thought it would be but its not there!

Paint Shop Pro :: Where Is Apply Button
Sep 11, 2011I am using Pro X3 in full editor. When using Presets, if I select a preset such as an arrow from the drop down menu, the drop down menu seems to cover the Apply button. I can place a preset in my image but I cannot find the apply button while working from the Preset sub menu. The object retains the edit frame until I close the image, then I am asked if I want to APPLY before saving.

Dec 18, 2012I just installed PSP X5 Ultimate (full install). After it completed it installed an update. All appeared to go fine. I opened the program and went to EDIT. I am familiar with PSP as I have used a number versions up to X2. The first thing I tried to do was crop a photo. The crop tool buttons are not correct. The "Apply", "Crop as new image" and so on under the crop area window are not correct. I see a square of colors. I see the same thing on the main tool bar for the "Copy Special" function and the "Share" button. There could be more that I have not discovered yet. I rebooted and tried again, but get the same thing. Also, the button icons look different each time I load.

Jun 4, 2013Shortly after I loaded PSP X5 on my computer, the picture icons on the buttons in the docking workspace changed and I don't know why. These are the icons at the top and bottom of the Docking area where I work with Layers and also have several other items docked.
I am using PSP X5 version 15.2.0.12
Across the top are the icons for " Edit Selection, Show/Hide Layer effects, Link/Unlink, Lock/Unlock, and Layer Styles".

Nov 29, 2012Have only recently purchased and installed X5. I am coming from PSPv9 (and doing so reluctantly.)
I am attempting to duplicate the tool toolbar that I am use to in PSPv9 in X5. I have been successful except for one group. In PSPv9, the Dropper tool and the Color Replacer tool are in the same group. I have been able to create a new Button Group and place both tools into it. What I can not figure out is how to have the new button group display an icon. All other groups display the icon of the first tool in the group listing.
Paint Shop Pro :: No Printer Button On Page Setup Dialog Box?
Mar 2, 2008I recently got a new computer, with Windows Vista. I used my wife's existing CD to install Paint Shop Pro 7 (from 2001 - yikes!). It seems fine, except for a few of the preferences. The BIG problem is that the [Printer] button on the Page Setup dialog no longer appears! Here's the verbiage from the PaintShopPro7 user guide:
6To surround the image with a color, click the Background button. When the Color dialog box opens, choose the color. The area of the paper from the image edge to the paper margin will be covered with this color.
7Click the Printer button to open the printer.
8Click OK to close the dialog box and save the settings.

Mar 19, 2012I use PSP X2 ultimate. I cannot find the palette mode organizer. I am having to use the document organizer which I do not like as well. I have tried the "View" tab and I have the organizer on and I have also switched to "Palette Organizer" but the only one that works is the "Document Organizer" I tried the Palette tab in the upper right corner and have it detonated to organizer and that doesn't work either. is my palette organizer gone?

Apr 13, 2012When working on more than one image I sometimes (accidentally) end up with a selected (loaded) image filling the edit area on screen and then I cannot 'see' (and select) the other images I have loaded. This makes me have to resort to exiting Paint Shop Pro and load the images again.
How can I 'see' and select other loaded images when this happens.

Jul 17, 2013I head over to the icon in the top-right corner, "Corel guide". Then I go to the tab "Do more".From here I can download frames, patterns, preset shapes etc. However, I cannot find the downloaded content after installing. I have restarted PSP afterwards, but to no avail. I would try to uninstall and reinstall the packages, but I can't find a way how to do it.
I am using Windows 8 64bit, and the latest update for PSPx5.

Dec 10, 2011I've used Corel Photo Album in the past and am familar with the tag/search feature. Here's my problem. I created two tags - test1 and test2. I tagged a photo with both test1 and test2. I created a Smart Collection as follows: Find photos that match ALL, TAG contains TEST1, TAG contains TEST2. when I click PREVIEW no photos are found. If I click on the individual tags Test1 or Test2 the photo is found. Am I missing something?
I tried removing and reinstalling Paintshop Pro X4 but I am getting the same result. I have ran this test in Corel Photo Album and it works fine.
I am running PSP X4 14.1.0.5 SP1
Vista Home Premium 64-bit SP2

Aug 1, 2013I have been following a tutorial in modelling a helmet, which is meant for beginners to learn the software well.
I know that I have already ask this, but I want to rephrase this better.
I can't find the "reset setting" button from edit on My maya 2014 software.
The reason the tutorial is using the "rest setting" is to adjust the width, height and depth of the cube I have out there by using numbers as its measurement.
I don't know if there are any other buttons that can do the same job, or is there another way to find this button... I can't progress my learning until I know what to do about this.

Photoshop Elements :: Where Can Find Back Button To Return To Previous View
Feb 9, 2013I used to use the 'back' button all the time in my old windows version of PSE organiser. I have now bought PSE 11 for my new macbook and finding that all the reasons I wanted to use PSE organiser rather than iPhoto are fast evaporating with this version. One of them is the 'back' button. If I scroll down down down a long way and find a particular photo and then deliberately or even accidentally, change the view to see data (that incidentally I used to be able to see in the same view on the info side pane such as folder location ....) then I lose my place in the media display and cant get back there like I used to. and have to hunt for the photo again. Similarly when I select a tag to display the selection containing that tag and then want to return to the previous main media display I return to the top, rather than wherever I had progressed to. This didn't happen in my old windows version. I cant understand why the developers would think it was a great idea to remove this facility, but I cant find it. It was invaluable when I was going back through the catalogue to old photos and adding tags or other info.

Paint Shop Pro :: Exporting Frames From Animation Shop
Dec 24, 2011Just came upon an error I had not seen before. Though PSP no longer supports Animation Shop, up until PSP X4, the user has been able to export frames back to PSP from Animation Shop. Now, this no longer works! There's still some communication there, because an error message - which, incidentally, makes absolutely no sense at all - is generated in PSP X4:

Oct 28, 2011I installed PSP X4 today on a new PC with Windows 7 and noticed that it has no Animation Shop. Can I install Animation Shop to this machine? Will it work without PSP 9 or does it need certain dlls from PSP 9 ? I really want to be able to use Animation Shop again.
