View 3 Replies View RelatedFor some reason when I start either the bolted connection generator or the shaft generator, the content center parts don't show up if I select "modify" to change the parts. For example: I wanted to create an axle with a retaining-ring-groove. I created the axle, and under Features I selected Retaining Ring.
Then a dialog shows up with some standard dimensions, and on the right under "Position" it says "ASME B 27.7M". When I click here, an empty dialogbox shows with filter "All" activated.
It should show all retaining rings available in the content center. The strange thing however is that when I exit this function and start the ordinary "Place from Content Center" command, I can see all retaining rings that are available (see pictures).
The same thing occurs when using the bolted connection generator.
I have version 6 of PSE and I cannot see my Content Palette. How do I make it reappear?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm doing an evacuation plan of an office building. The drawing itself is in the model space, obviously. The fire extinguishers and escape routes are added in layout.
The problem is that everything that I add in the layout ends up beneath the drawing in model space. I.e. the walls of the building are shown in front of the fire extinguishers which makes my evac.plan look like poop.AutoCad Architecture 2013.
Somehow the Content Center Filter clears all content while in ISO or DIN. Both libraries are turned on in project.
I can see only one custom library when either filter engaged. I also see both ISO and DIN parts when filter is off.

It would be nice to see this info so I can compare which settings looked better.

I've looked and looked for somehing that has a shorcut key or a way to turn it on and off but I can't find anything.
In PSE6 I could see tags for each photo at a glance. In PSE11 the tags are all at the side and it takes a lot of eye movement to see tags assigned to each picture one at a time as they are selected. I prefer the PSE6 arrangement. Can I do it in PSE11?
