I was trying to get rid of text and change it. I have no clue how to use this product but thought I would mess around with it. I think I really messed up. I clicked on the letter and then drug to the garbage can thinking I was deleting the text. It said permanently deleted and I now don't have the text option under content. How do I get it back?
View 1 RepliesI'm doing a lot of work cleaning old files up, and trying to stay in Content-Aware mode of spot healing brush. Switching back and forth from Lightroom, I usually find the radio button has switched back to "Create Texture" mode, which I do not want. I leave it in Content-Aware, but it switches on its own. Can't find any way to set it to stay where I put it.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI have accidentally deleted a frame option from graphics selections. I thought I was only removing it from the photo I was working with. No warning came up when I did this. I tried resetting the panel, but that did not work. I also could not find it in recent edits. Is there any way it can be retrieved and restored to the panel? It is one of a very few I might want to use in the future.

However in the Contents drop down menu there is no option for Content Aware. Have tried Google with no joy.

I own photo elements 6 (photo premiere 4). Photo elem. 6 takes forever to open photo in the edit mode. Why? I am using window 8. It was working ok. Now a problem. I uninstalled it reinstalled.

I right click and go through the edit menu and does not appear or is not available? Would I have to reopen it manual in photoshop or is there a way around this to access that setting? it sometimes does not appear on my already edited photos.
I would prefer not to open each photo again, as some files i do not have and were imported into the document with another computer.
I have a PSE 12 file stuck in the "edit mode". I ran completed a repair and an optimize on the catalog and the file is still stuck in the edit mode--I can't even delete the file from the catalog as the "delete" option is grayed out.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm using pse10 on a computer with an i7 processor with 12GB of ram and windows 7 with a color laser printer. The print function works fine while in organizer and sharing mode, but not from full edit. When I try to print from full edit, I get an error message with a red "X" on it that says: "Before you can perform printer related tasks such as page setup or printing a document, you need to install a printer." I can't figure it out. The printer is in "ready" state, and works fine in the organizer mode, and in share.

The workspace dock color is grey until I dock an image and then the color surrounding my image changes to black. This is occuring in the Full Edit Mode.

I’m not sure about the current “annotation scale” in case of lay out mode.
Annotation scale option is displayed only in the model and viewport mode but not in the lay out mode (attached)!
Based on what annotative objects living on the lay out but neither in the model (or viewport) are re-sized? At this mode, there is no option to choose the annotation scale?
On other words, how to choose the annotation scale in the lay out mode?

I have a family photo including many text layers. I'm trying to edit the text in a selected large multi-line text layer. I'm following the steps from the appropriate PSE article, but I always end up creating a new layer and the red/green no-go/go option. I thought I should just be able to double-click the text layer and start editing.
I can't figure out how to adjust the size of the program screen when in Full Edit Mode. I can see portions of the Quick Fix menu and none of the Guided Fix menu. There seems to be no way to resize the window.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI was trying to play around with the software to get to know it, and... well, I think I made something weird in it. Everything was flowing nicely when I was following the tutorial about Editing Objects: I created a box, I selected that edit poly option from the modify tab and I could edit vertices totally nicely.
But then, I really don't know what happened, but, I don't know exactly when, I suddenly could not move the vertices AT ALL. They are pretty visible, but when I select them, they turn red and the axis are not editable! I'm so confused! I can edit the axis very normally if I'm using an option like Select and Move but... With the edit poly thing I just cannot! I tried everything I thought of: Made a new box, restarted the program, restarted the PC! But NOTHING worked.
EDIT: It took me almost an hour to figure out I wasn’t selecting the Select and Move tool!

One frustrating flaw within the Photo E-mail service....
I've been using the Adobe e-mail service and it sends e-mail just fine having set up the account as required.
Each new e-mail appears with the text "Here are the files I want to share with you."
Now I'd like to replace that with some different text. I can delete it and replace it on the first editing page, and it stays there after I click 'Next' to the following 'Customise Layout' section.
Clicking on 'Next' after this page, we have the final e-mail page, and the text has reverted back to 'Here are the files I want to share with you' again......
I can delete it again, but cannot type in any further text anywhere on that screen.
Shame, because the programme generally is superb. Have transformed a number of pics already, and it would be nice to use the e-mail prog that's built in as I'd like to use it, adding text as required. Otherwise, why have all the font and layout choices available if not??
