Feb 22, 2013URL... and completing all options related to the Mac, the "Edit in Photoshop..." still does not appear as a clckable option in my Lightroom 4.3 program which has all the current updates. Also, my Photoshop Elements 11 program also has all the current updates.

Sep 3, 2013I am trying to access the edit original (edit with) option to edit a photo that has not been edited yet. I right click and go through the edit menu and does not appear or is not available? Would I have to reopen it manual in photoshop or is there a way around this to access that setting? it sometimes does not appear on my already edited photos.
I would prefer not to open each photo again, as some files i do not have and were imported into the document with another computer.

Sep 7, 2012I was trying to get rid of text and change it. I have no clue how to use this product but thought I would mess around with it. I think I really messed up. I clicked on the letter and then drug to the garbage can thinking I was deleting the text. It said permanently deleted and I now don't have the text option under content. How do I get it back?

I am Using PS CS5 12.1 at work and if I could add a few things into this options box, such as the align-left/right/center options, it would really work with my workflow. I already have some actions set for various functions, but if I could add some extras for quick access via right-click it would make my world and my day so much brighter!

Jul 5, 2013Just upgraded from Lightroom V4.4 to V5. After this upgrade I find that I can no longer select the option "Edit in Photoshop", the option is grayed out and is not selectable. I have Photoshop CS6 currently installed and don't have plans to upgrade to Photoshop CC (out of my price range).

Apr 1, 2012I am a long time user of CorelDRAW but have been moving more and more to Adobe CS. In part because it is the standard in the graphic design industry but also because Corel always seems to have some issue. My latest issue is when I select an imported image in a CorelDraw file and go to the top menu, I can't select edit bitmap. The option is grayed out. It's a new install on winxp-pro. I've used this tool over many years and questioned why Adobe could not launch photoshop and edit embedded images from within Illustrator. It still can't, but it can edit linked files, a danger if you only want to apply changes to the image in your current work file. Corel's ability to edit embedded images is a great feature. Why it does not work has got me stumped. jpg files are associated with Photo-Paint, I close and reopen Corel and still no capability to edit images from within CorelDraw.

Dec 13, 2013I imported a number of Powerpoint slides into VideoStudio Pro X6 and am now recording voice audio for them. My problem is: I don't know how to stretch each slide's duration to match its audio. By default, all the slides came in with a 3 sec duration. I can increase each to a max of 6 sec, but that's not long enough for my audio.
I've dug around the internet and watched tutorials on Corel's site, but they don't work. Everything I've looked at (even page 60 in the User's Guide for X5) says that to change a photo's duration, double-click it and select "Speed/Time-Lapse" on the Edit screen.
When I double-click a photo, there isn't a "Speed/Time-Lapse" option on my Edit screen (see image). So how am I supposed to change the slide's duration?

Aug 28, 2012Description of the task: I want to create a tool which is able to visualize the positions of pieces on a game board. At the moment I'm using Photoshop Elements 7. I think the following procedure would be appropriate:
2 layers, the basic layer would show the game board and the images of the pieces would be on the second layer. If I try to do that with Photoshop Elements 7 then each time when I insert an image of a piece a new layer is created. I don't need a layer per figure. Yes, one could reduce a layer afterwards. But it's not so comfortable this way.
In addition the images of the pieces should be movable on the game board. There is the option "free transform" in Photoshop Elements 7 but only one element (one piece) is movable afterwards. All the inserted elements should be movable.
So my question: Is it feasible within Photoshop Elements 7? If not, which version of Photoshop Elements would be adequate or which software do I need?

Photoshop Elements :: Layout Option Access In E11
Mar 9, 2014I have a problem with Elements 11. I'm busy doing a photobook but I find when i open the book it will open the page, layouts and graphics icons (bottom right) but i cannot get the layouts to open. When I open this option it opens a blank page. All my pages are there and all the graphics options and samples graphics appears as normal.
When I open a new photobook - the layouts icon opens as normal and I can pick the various options for the number of photos per page.
