The double arrowhead to toggle between two and single columns is missing. There is a double horizontal line at the top instead. The double arrowhead at the top of the panel bin window to change view is also misssing. How can I bring these controls back into view?
View 1 RepliesI was working on a project and the next thing I realized was when I right clicked on my object to either move, rotate or scale it, the arrows that are suppose to pop up don't. I have to end up going into my other windows to move or rotate my objects, or scale it. how in the world I can get my objects to work correctly? Here's an example of what I'm trying to explain. To rotate an object, you right click on the object and click rotate. When you do this, there are suppose to be circles that pop up around your object for the xy, and z axises. They don't show up. When you choose move, there are suppose to be arrows for all 3 axises that show up so you can move your mouse over them to move the object in any direction, those don't show up. When you click on scale, a small scale for all 3 axises are suppose to show up so you can scale it in any direction. Those don't show up. This is making working on my movie project a really big pain in the butt.

Sometimes when I plot/publish a DWF or PDF the arrows extend past the extension lines. I need the point of my arrows always end at the extension line?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI would like to request that a single key binding is provided for toggling on/off all four windows (tools, history, colours, layers) at once. In essence this would be a shortcut for simply pressing F5-F8. (The implementation is of course more complicated since at any time the windows could be in one of 16 different states, and how do you know if the user wants everything on or off?)
Perhaps F9 is suitable as it doesn't have any current binding and is a logical continuation of the F5-F8 series.
My rationale behind this request is that I frequently find myself closing all windows when working at high zoom levels and it 'breaks my flow' when I have to remember which F key I need to activate a particular window (my memory is not what it used to be).
I frequently used the ctrl key shortcut in illustrator on a PC to temporarily use the selection tool last used. This still works in CC, but I used to be able to toggle selection tools by keeping ctrl held down as before and then toggle selection tools (selection tool - black arrow, and direct selection tool - white arrow) by tapping the shift key. The tool description in the very bottom of the window shows "toggle selection" when I do this, but the toggle selection tool doesn't actually occur.

Disregard what I wrote above. But for some of these mysteries of the computer, I´ve got it: CTRL + SPACE BAR works!. Do not ask how that happened, because I did nothing different from what I had been done before. It just worked. I guess that myself or CorelDRAW were not in a good day. (But still think it was the CorelDRAW - lol).

It said it was under 'windows' on the tool bar, but I couldn't find it anywhere.
Well my problem is that the toolbar that comes up when you press on (example paintbrush tool or type text tool), you know that stripe above evreything where you can can select font and font size and brush size and that stuffs, well that stripe is gone.
I have selected Window and then toolbar but the problem is that I must have pull that thing away from the window and so know I relly don't know where that stripe is. (The stripe is where you can select font or font size, brush or brush size. I call it the stripe ) Well I am getting so crazy because I doon't know how to get that thing back?

I have PS CS6 with the latest updates, using a Mac computer with OS 10.7 also with the latest updates. When in ACR, the adjustment brush does not appear on the screen unless I click the bracket keys which increase or decrease the size of the brush.
If I paint a segment and the let go of the brush key, the brush disappears again. I have to keep repeating this if I am painting multiple parts of the photo. I have thrown away and reset the preferences for both Photoshop and Bridge, as well as repairing disk permissions on my Mac.
I have Photoshop CS6 extended. When I look for the camera shake tool on the drop down sharpen menu, it's not there. I have tried reinstalling but no change.

There should be a "Rounded rectangle tool" to create rounded boxes ... but it seamed its not loaded by default.If I click on the red marked position nothing happen. In previous versions of Photoshop, using the line tool had the advantage of being able to freely reposition the segment by pressing the SpaceBar key. This modifier function seems to be missing in CS6.
This really cripples the versatility of the tool for me. Is there a pref I've overlooked somewhere that restores this? Is this by design or is it a bug?
In ps7 editor I can have 2 pictures cascaded and using the marquee tool and the move tool insert a section of one picture into the other. I cannot do this in ps11, what am I doing wrong?
