I recently downloaded a trial of Photoshop for my mac book pro, and love it. I have been practicing doing simple graphics etc with textures and templates, but however, i was following a tutorial when it said click 'animation'.
It said it was under 'windows' on the tool bar, but I couldn't find it anywhere.
I am trying out CS6 on a Mac. There is no brush tool in my menu, only pencil tool and art history brush! I would like to try out the brushes in particular before I buy. I thought that one has access to all the features during the trial?
I only have a pattern stamp tool can't seem to find a clone tool anywhere... I thought it had both. when I click on the pattern stamp there is only that tool nothing else to select...is it a setting under the pattern tool? or is it somewhere else completely?
Well my problem is that the toolbar that comes up when you press on (example paintbrush tool or type text tool), you know that stripe above evreything where you can can select font and font size and brush size and that stuffs, well that stripe is gone.
I have selected Window and then toolbar but the problem is that I must have pull that thing away from the window and so know I relly don't know where that stripe is. (The stripe is where you can select font or font size, brush or brush size. I call it the stripe ) Well I am getting so crazy because I doon't know how to get that thing back?
I am trying to use the crop tool but it appears to be missing from the toolbar on the left. I have Photoshop CS6 and I simply can't work out how to find the tool.
I have PS CS6 with the latest updates, using a Mac computer with OS 10.7 also with the latest updates. When in ACR, the adjustment brush does not appear on the screen unless I click the bracket keys which increase or decrease the size of the brush.
If I paint a segment and the let go of the brush key, the brush disappears again. I have to keep repeating this if I am painting multiple parts of the photo. I have thrown away and reset the preferences for both Photoshop and Bridge, as well as repairing disk permissions on my Mac.
I have Photoshop CS6 extended. When I look for the camera shake tool on the drop down sharpen menu, it's not there. I have tried reinstalling but no change.
I just installed Photoshop CS3, and I cannot find the magic wand tool anywhere! If I look up "magic wand" in the help it says it's there ("click on the magic wand tool") ... but it's not in my copy.
When I choose the hand tool and in options Scroll ALL. I'm supposed to click and drag to see the other open files (photos). What am I overlooking? PSCS2 Wxp
According to the Photoshop CS6 help page here: [URL]...
There should be a "Rounded rectangle tool" to create rounded boxes ... but it seamed its not loaded by default. If I click on the red marked position nothing happen. If I click on the blue icon I see only "Stamp Edge". How can I get the other tools mentioned in the help page (e.g. Rounded Rectangle)?
In previous versions of Photoshop, using the line tool had the advantage of being able to freely reposition the segment by pressing the SpaceBar key. This modifier function seems to be missing in CS6.
This really cripples the versatility of the tool for me. Is there a pref I've overlooked somewhere that restores this? Is this by design or is it a bug?
The double arrowhead to toggle between two and single columns is missing. There is a double horizontal line at the top instead. The double arrowhead at the top of the panel bin window to change view is also misssing. How can I bring these controls back into view?
I've been attempting to install the Adobe Suite CS3 on my Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.11. It installs fine. Any time I try and run Illustrator, it gives me an error message that says "Missing BPS Pencil Tool" and then it crashes. I have searched multiple forums, done a clean install of the OS, and even tried re-installing the software several times..
Is there a tool missing from Organizer? A "create new folder" tool button?
Also when returning to organizer, the program doesn't remember where in the folder it was browsing and opens at the TOP of the list. Can Organizer stay running in the background? It can be slow on older machines. Good thing for fast RAM and CPU.
I'm using Paint Shop Pro X2. Within the past 2 days a problem arises when I try to load more than one photo on the screen. I have multiple photos of the same thing and I want to compare them. When I switch to one of the other photos, all of a sudden I lose the top bar that contains the 3 icons to close, minimize or expand. My only alternative is to shut the program down and restart it.
MY version of Ulead VideoStudio 11.5 crashed and upon rebooting I noticed that the Attributes tool has completely disappeared. I had this problem once before and I found a post online that cured the problem, unchecking a box somewhere resolved it....but I cant find or remember what to do..
