I have always been able to print (FIT TO PAGE) 8.5 X 11 (LETTER SIZE) PHOTOS in PREVIOUS VERSIONS OF PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS! I recently downloaded version 10 and it will not print full page photos. How to achieve printing full size page photos with no white borders around the photo in version 10!

How to prevent the layout changes?
(BTW: My printer settings and Illustrator settings: Do Not Scale, Print Actual File Size)
I have a set of Lightroom Print templates that I am trying to use, that are all for a 4x6 print. I can't get it to work because my page setup in the print module defaults to letter size. When I go in and change the page setup, it messes up the template and it gets all jumbled. Then when I go on to the next template, it switches back to letter size again. I want to create and hold a 4x6 canvas so these templates can either be saved to a 4x6 .jpg or printed on 4x6 paper. I know I can save a printer and page layout as part of a template by clicking the "update settings" once I have it all as i want it, but I can't even get that far because it messes up the template as soon as I change the page settings to 4x6. How do I get the canvas to 4x6 on templates that are already created so I can save them as a 4x6 .jpg or print to 4x6 paper?
I even just installed a printer that only prints 4x6 to see, but again, when I change the page layout it completely messes up the template.
Trying to get an 8x10 print from a digital camera photo on a letter size paper. Reguardless of what we do, the print job only comes up to 8x6.5. How do we get an 8x10???

The "more options" menu doesn't provide for "printing choices" and "show captions" for picture package, and I'm not sure how else to do two pictures per page. Is there another way to get the captions to print out when printing two per page? The captions print when I print individual photos.

Copied the printer configuration (pc3 and pmp) from AutoCAD 2013 to AutoCAD 2012. Plot the same drawing with that same printer configuration. With AutoCAD 2013, it plots out fine - page orientation landscape. In 2012, it plots out wrong. The orientation of the drawing is correct, but the paper is changed to portrait?
The plot setting are exactly the same in both versions.
I have a project with many different blocks of text, and colors changing from letter to letter within words.
How do I identify what any given color is?
When I click on a letter, it shows me a visual block of the color, but doesn't tell me what the corresponding color number is.
Problem being, if I see one letter and want to take its color to use it elsewhere, I have no way of knowing what that color is.
In Photoshop CS6 under the view menu "print size" has been removed in version 13.0.4. Until 13.0.3 it was still there. Is there a good reason for it? Any known alternative? Workaround? I did use it a lot and miss it. On my main workstation I even went back to 13.0.3.
My guess is, that for "print size" showing the correct size on a given screen, the relevant screen resolution had to be set in preferences, and one had to know it, otherwise "print size" showed inproper size on screen. That might have led to remove it to not confuse retina screen users?
I have trial version of Elements 11; Also have full version, but have not installed yet, as I wanted to wait until I completed current project. I created/edited an album of wedding photos in the Organizer. I tried to upload album to Shutterfly to make an archival DVD and also make a photo book in Shutterfly. The photos uploaded individually to the Shutterfly print page to print individually, but the album will not upload to My Pictures, it shows the album name, but it is empty. How do I get the photos to upload?? Shutterfly was not sure how.
View 1 Replies View RelatedAfter moving a page in my document the master page elements no longer display on screen or in print. If I move the page to a different location in the document the master displays but if it is in the specific position that it needs to be it will not display. The document has multiple Masters and others do work on the page but the one that I need will not. I've tried deleting the page and adding a new one and that does not fix the problem. I've checked and "Hide Master Items" is not checked. The page in question is in position 48 with F-Master applied. If I move it to position 49 it works, 50, it works, 51, or any other it works. If I apply a different master to the page, it works. If I delete the page, add a new page and apply F-Master it still does not work. The only page that this problem is happening on is page 48.

I created an image 3.004" x 2.0"
I go to print, select my plotter, select print range "selection", go to preferences>advanced, set my paper size to PostScript Custom Page Size, make my paper 3.05x2.05 for a little extra boarder. Back in Print I set my Layout to Preposition to Center of Page which un-greys the position options and now it tells me my image size is 5.1"x2.0 and the Print Preview is showing the center of the image beginning at the left edge of the page...
Mind you, this is the same style of setup I've done numerous times per day for the past 5 years with x6 and x4...magically today it does not center my select graphic to the center of the page. If I put the graphic in the middle of the workpage and tell it to position as in document, it is not an issue, but if the graphic is else where on the workpage, it refuses to center..
In both my Indesign and Illustrator (CS6), I can set up the document as tabloid size but when I try to print there is no Tabloid or custom size available under paper size of print setup and it will only print smaller. I need to print a page that is 8.5X14 as 11X17 with marks and bleeds. Urgent (for work).

I changed computers and it works correctly in the second one in that the page size is the same in both boxes, but I still cannot get it to work in the original pc. View 2 Replies View RelatedI installed Photoshop Elements 11 today on to my new Windows 7 computer, but have been unable to access the photos, categories and slideshows which I had created in Elements 5 on my old Windows XP computer. The Elements 5 ones were copied from my old hard disk to the new one - without using any version of Photoshop in the copying process. I believe that all the Adobe folders and files were copied, but I cannot work out which folder contains the photos.

I was then able to open all modified photos and share them with another computer without resorting to any specialised program. I wish to continue to do the same using Version 11. Having made several attempts without success to save modified photos using my well tried and successful method and having read the Manual to see why the process is not successful with Version 11 I am now exteremely frustrated. Each attempt to save a modified photo results in a Thumbnail icon being loaded into the "My Pictures" folder with the elements 11 logo. I then are only able to open the photo (which incidently does not carry the modified file name from the original) by way of the elements 11 program.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI just got Elements 11 and it's not going well. The most severe bug is that if I click on Page Setup..., the print dialog becomes non-functional. Page Setup... and Print... buttons no longer do anything when clicked. The problem persists until I quit and relaunch Elements. Sometimes I can work around this by configuring everything in the Print window alone, but this prevents setting Elements options for custom paper sizes. I've already tried resetting Elements' preferences. All other apps, including the older version of Elements I had, print without problem.
