Photoshop Elements :: How To Print Two 4x6" Photos On Each Page Of A Picture Package
Jun 11, 2013
I'm trying to print two 4x6" photos on each page of a picture package, but I can't get it to print out the captions. I've successfully done it before, but can't now. The "more options" menu doesn't provide for "printing choices" and "show captions" for picture package, and I'm not sure how else to do two pictures per page. Is there another way to get the captions to print out when printing two per page? The captions print when I print individual photos.
I tried using printing picture packages in PSE 12.0 on a MacBook Pro 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7 with Mac OS X 10.9.1. After selecting the menu command file-->picture package ..., in the appearing dialogue I can only see American page formats in inches. How can I switch to German formats like DIN A4 in centimeters? I tried "Adjust page ..." (don't know the exact English menu command translation for "Seite einrichten ..."), there the German format "A4" is correctly selected.
I am trying to print a picture package with Adobe Photshop Elements 8. The package size is letter (1)5x7 (4) 2.5x3. When I press print, the package is sent to my printer (an HP Photosmart Premium), but it never prints.
My computer shows it is "printing", but it just remains stuck in the que. I cannot even delete or cancel the jammed print job without shutting off the printer, closing the program, and rebooting my computer.
I can print individual pictures with Adobe Photoshop 8 and I can print other pictures and documents from other applications on my computer. So my computer and printer seem to be communicating and functioning correctly except during the use of APE 8. The problem seems to be a gliche in the adobe program which does not allow me to print photo packages.
I recently updated from Photoshop Elements 7 to Photoshop Elements 10 and now I cannot print TWO 5x7 photo's on the same page, letter size photo paper! I have tried everything!
I have always been able to print (FIT TO PAGE) 8.5 X 11 (LETTER SIZE) PHOTOS in PREVIOUS VERSIONS OF PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS! I recently downloaded version 10 and it will not print full page photos. How to achieve printing full size page photos with no white borders around the photo in version 10!
Using v11 and also v12. My problem is that I have created a new picture package layout as described elsewhere and saved it to the adobe/PEO/assets/layouts directory but it doesn't show up.
I just downloaded Photoshop Elements 11 for Mac but Picture Package is grayed out. I've been trying to figure out if I can get a plug in to get it back.
Is there a way to customize Picture Package Layouts in PSE 10? I have one image that I want to print 1in x 1in and completely fill a letter size sheet with that same image. Or, is there a way to tell PSE 10 to print out the one image 56 (or however many) times on the page and it would size it automatically?
My PSE 5 lets me print an 8 X 10 photo with choice of borders using the "print multiple photos" feature. Will either of these newer PSE versions also print an 8 X 10 as well? I downloaded the PSE 11 trial version, which seemed to allow only up to 5 X 7 prints.
I have trial version of Elements 11; Also have full version, but have not installed yet, as I wanted to wait until I completed current project. I created/edited an album of wedding photos in the Organizer. I tried to upload album to Shutterfly to make an archival DVD and also make a photo book in Shutterfly. The photos uploaded individually to the Shutterfly print page to print individually, but the album will not upload to My Pictures, it shows the album name, but it is empty. How do I get the photos to upload?? Shutterfly was not sure how.
After moving a page in my document the master page elements no longer display on screen or in print. If I move the page to a different location in the document the master displays but if it is in the specific position that it needs to be it will not display. The document has multiple Masters and others do work on the page but the one that I need will not. I've tried deleting the page and adding a new one and that does not fix the problem. I've checked and "Hide Master Items" is not checked. The page in question is in position 48 with F-Master applied. If I move it to position 49 it works, 50, it works, 51, or any other it works. If I apply a different master to the page, it works. If I delete the page, add a new page and apply F-Master it still does not work. The only page that this problem is happening on is page 48.
Cs2 has a picture package program that you can format a photo 1-5x7 +2-4x6 8 wallets and Manny more on to a 8.5x11 sheet of photo paper does cs4 have that same app.
I saw in one of the vids prior to CS4's release that thew picture package feature was changing, but I can't seem to locate it anyplace...I checked help, but it says to go to file/automate/picture package... picture package doesn't appear in my menus...
I recently upgraded to cs4 and found under Automate there was no Picture Package that I was use to using in cs3. In my cs4 install cd there was a goodies directory that had certain plugins like contact sheet but no picture package. Is it possible to get the Picture Package plugin to work with cs4 on Windows?
I want to create a image file with six passport photos on a 4x6 photo print page. To do that I was asked to do the following:
take a photo yourself, crop it down to a 2x2 square, then copy and paste this into a 2 by 3 tile pattern (4x6 in. canvas size). You now have them print out a 4x6 photo
I am trying to put two photos on the same page to then crop and save as one photo. It was extremely easy in the old Adobe Photo software but elements is a nightmare - I have spent hours trying to figure it out.
I just upgraded to CS6, and just realized that the 'picture package' feature is no longer supported (it was an optional addon in CS5)... I use it constantly to run sports photo packages--it is perfect for the output volume requirements I have. Is there some other feature I havent found yet that can accomplish this?
I'm using Photoshop CS version 8.0 for Mac and never noticed this before, but when I print on my Epson 2200 an image that I have made into a picture package from photoshop, it is a different color that when I print directly from the .jpg image without creating a picture package first (because it is an 8x10 and I don't need to use the software for that). Is it because my Picture Package creates it as a .psd and not a .jpg?
