I just want an Image and nothing else.
I have been mocking up an image on Photoshop, the final image basically consists of a variation of placed images. Whenever I zoomed in, one small part of the image wouldn't load properly and instead be pixelated. Usually it would go away once I either zoomed in or out a step further. But now it has just remained there and I have a pixelated strip that won't go away.
I'm not too sure why this may have occurred? This is a small screenshot of the strip:
It was all about 64bit-32bit versions.
I've installed 32-bit CS6 and now everything works perfect.No white lines after applying/resizng anything.
When in the develope module I have the film strip at the bottom of the page, I export the current image to CS 6 and then save from there. On returning to LR the last image saved is always at the right hand end of the film strip. You then have to scholl all the way to the left to find your next image to edit. Is there away of stopping this happening..

View 3 Replies View RelatedI've created a surface into Civil3D by importing a LandXML file created from contours in a .dgn file. When I create profile views for the alignments, the elevations are shown negative (-500 to -20) where as they have to be in between 500 to 670. Also when I run the surface elevation analysis, all the elevation are shown in between 1000 to 2200 inches as shown in the figure attached.
Am I missing any conversion or some settings when importing the surface.

I have in the past needed to create filters that had both a positive AND a negative in the parameters.
One of my most common examples: Layers in a specific XRef with names that do not contain specific string.
I tried XRefName|*[~anno]* and it gave me ALL the layers from the XRef (including the ones with anno in the name).
I also tried XRefName|*~anno* and it didn't list ANY layers.
It it possible to do this? I've read throught the docs on using wildcards in the filter properties but don't see anything.
I'm looking for a way to scan directly into PSE 10 with my negative scanner. Maybe a plug-in? I know it's unlikely that there's something to convert the image to positive etc but I'd rather spend time doing that than use the bundled software with the scanner (SilverFast). However, currently Get From Scanner gives me "Film Scanner" which either previews and scans black negs or doesn't work at all without Silverfast installed. Seems the only way to set it up as a TWAIN scanner (yep, got TWAIN plug-in) is to use a seperate piece of software like silverfast which is then launched to get the scan. Got correct and up-to-date drivers properly installed.

When we run any sort of trace on a simple, black and white line drawing, the trace results in a negative image: the white background turns black, and the outline of the sketch is white. We have tried checking the "ignore white" box and several other settings changes. Initially, for our first few times using the new suite this didn't happen:

Start with a fresh imageSet Whites to a highish value, like 55-60 or better 100.Slowly move the Highlights or Shadows slider to the left
The image gets brighter even it is supposed to get darker. If you move Highlights to the positive side, the image gets darker.
How does one create a watermark that can be placed outside the image? There will be a strike line surrounding the image and the watermark was requested to be placed outside that line. I started in Lightroom then progressed to Elements 10 looking for a way to do it.
