I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I have tried to go ( as I saw one person on you tube do ) --> Right click computer --> click on properites --> advanced system settings --> settings ( under performance section ) --> Data execution prevention --> Turn on DEP for all programs except the programs listes below. --> when I try to add photoshop in there, it wont allow me to. It says It needs to be turned on.
I'm running CS5 v12.0 x32 on XP SP3 and always get this error message when trying to run batch processing (Automate->Batch): Â I'll have to run the installer again to get it works again, but the same error will reoccur again and again.....
I am using PS 5.5. Has been working fine for years and suddenly now upon clicking save for web, i get the error message; could not support the export command because Photoshop 5.0 does not supply the services required by the plug-in module and then crashes.
I came into work on Monday morning and started working on this business card design for an associate of mine. I got to the point where a first draft was almost finished, I went to save it as a PDF (keeping all the layers separate and retaining Photoshop editing capabilities), and it suddenly did this (attached photo). It's now Wednesday and not only have I never run into this issue before, but it seems no one else has because I haven't been able to find anything on it this whole time.
It seems to be saving to PSD and JPG just fine, but I need to be able to save to PDF for printing. I've checked a couple times to make sure Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat are fully up to date and they are. I've tried holding CTRL+ALT+SHIFT while starting the program to delete the preferences, and that didn't work. I've run a spyware/malware scan on my computer and it came back clean. Â - I'm running Photoshop CS3, with the new 10.0.1 update - Windows 7 Professional 64-bit /w Service Pack 1 Â Â - Dell XPS 8300, 6GB RAM, Intel Core i5-2300 - My system is completely up to date (according to Windows Update)
I am having a problem with a new install of photoshop elements 10. It turns out this I now have this problem with elements 9 as well. I tried elements 9 in september and it worked great. I revieved elements 10 as a gift and tried to install it and got the following error. I went back and tried to re-run the trial of elements 9 and I am now getting the same error on 9.  Here is the error I get. After launching the editor, either from the welcome screen or directly from
C:Program Files (x86)AdobePhotoshop Elements 10PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe
I get the following pop up. As you can see the editor does start, but shortly after it starts I get the popup.
I am running on Windows 7 (Pro) 64bit. My video cards are an AMD Radeon HD 6770 and an integrated ATI Radeon HD 4200 with a driver version of 8.920.0, dated 11/9/2011  Here are the error messages from the event viewer  Launch of elements 10 editor: Faulting application name: PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe, version: 10.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x4e70c16d [code].....
As I mentioned above, the trial of elements 9 had been working fine. I have made several updates to my system. I can't be 100% certain of the timeline, but I think most were done during the time that I was testing elements 9 and did not break elements 9. i am fairly sure there were a number of updated that were made after my last clean run of elements 9 and before I installed elements 10, namely windows 7 sp1, and various updates, but I was able to install the trial version on a laptop with the same os and same updates.
I've recently updated CC from 12.1 to 12.2 and I cannot launch it anymore. After Effects launches its UI and after 2-3 seconds it crashes without any error message or crash log. My specs:  Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit Intel Core i5 3450 3.1GHz Geforce GTX 560 Gigabyte P67A-D3-B3 motherboard 16GB ram  I've already reinstalled After Effects about 4 times, deleted media cache, deleted preferences, updated graphics drivers, rebooted my PC dozens of times but I still can't run it.
I have been creating/editing 3 separate projects/movies over the past few weeks and lately it seems that every time I exit X4 (after saving) the program exist the screen and then I get a window displaying the following error -The program has encountered an unspecified error and has stopped functioning. Please contact Corel Technical Support and send the dump for analysis and it displays the location of the .DMP file. Now I now on the face of it this doesn't affect me as it only occurs when I exit X4?
Should I send the DMP file or would that just be a waste of time (ie does the Corel 'engineers' actually check the DMP file users send them and do they reply?
The program has encountered an unspecified error and has stopped functioning. Please contact Corel Technical Support and send the dump file for analysis.

That is in the shop being fixed, meanwhile I have a loaner computer which is what the specs are above. All my Adobe apps work, except for Illustrator. When I launch it, it loads everything but just as the main menu across the top loads I get an error stating: Â Configuration error uninstall and reinstall the product.
I have reinstalled this program 3 times arlready and the Auto Music feature still does not work? Every time i make a project and want to add some music off the Auto Music feature the whole program crashes instantly? I keep getting over and over again, Unspecified Error? Everything thing else works in the program except the Auto Music.
3 out of every 4 times I select a hatch, to edit properties or delete, AutoCAD gives me the FATAL ERROR message and cannot continue. It is not just in one file, but in any file from what I can tell. Not just imported hatches either, AutoCAD standard hatches as well. I have reinstalled, downloaded whatever service pack I could find. This is so harmful to productivity.
I'm trying to use iLogic Design Copy to copy an assembly and all its associated parts to another directory. The assembly contains content center parts. Inventor warns me that the destination file of one of the CC parts (and 18 others) will be overwritten. When I go ahead and copy anyway, the copying process stops at that specific CC part. The Design Copy Progress dialog box states there is an error copying that CC part. When I close the Design Copy Progress dialog box, Inventor crashes.
The error copying the CC part: I'm allowed to use content center parts in iLogic Design Copied stuff, right? I searched some related topics and I'm under the impression that Inventor keeps the CC parts in its own directory and shouldn't be trying to overwrite them.
I'm running Photoshop Elements 5.0. Everything was working fine til this mornin. I've had the program for about a year now. When I tried to open it this morning I got this error message that popped up.
It says:
Unable to continue because of a hardware or system error. Sorry, but this error is unrecoverable.
I've tried repairing the program. That didn't work. Restarted my computer. That didn't work. Uninstalled the program and tried opening it again. That didn't work. I'm at a loss! I really need to get into my program b/c my work is there. I tried opening some of my files (they are located in my Pictures folder) and they pop up with the same message.
When I use the quick selection tool (or when I use content-aware scaling) I get an error message saying "could not complete your request because of a program error." I am working with NEF files, 4 GB of RAM, fast machine with plenty of scratch space, Radeon X1950 crossfire graphics card. With small .jpg files, the problem doesn't occur.
so i recently restored my computer back to factory settings .. so my computer doesnt even have any new downloaded app .. i download photoshop cs6 now im getting scratch disk errors ..which i dont see possible if my computer doesnt have anything on it (besides what it came with) my hard drive has 276 gb i only used 33 . i made an external hard drive and that has 8 gb ... also its moving very slow .. also its telling me i cant make an new canvas size 1920 x 1020 with an resloution of 300 .. im using windows 7 Toshiba
I have Photoshop 7 installed ands till recently it was running fine but from just day before yesterday I cannot use the filters. Whenever I try to use it it says "Cannot complete action due to error in Module Interface", I have also tried by reinstalling photshop but it doesnot work.
I am getting a Could not open due to unexpected end of file error messages on a bunch of jpg's I am receiving via email. The files open in Microsoft Office Picture Manager.
Ive been trying to install Adobe Photoshop CS4 trial for the past 3 days. The only reason I want to try it is because of its ability to create textures directly on models. But whenever I try to install, I get this error"Adobe Drive CS4Error:Error 1603. Fatal error during installation." Dispite it not saying that Adobe Photoshop CS4 having an error, I still get this screen ....
I have just installed Photoshop CS2 on my new win VISTA HOME machine. There was no problems, I got a notification of a large update from ADOBE,
so I accpeted, shut down Photoshop, installed updates and then when I re-boot my machine and opened up Photoshop again, I got this error message. "Unable to continue because of a hardware or system error. Sorry, but this error is unrecoverable"
I'm trying to create a digital layout in PSCS version 8.0, and when I go to save the psd file (very early stages of the creation...its not very large yet) I get an error that says "Unable to save (file name) because of a disc error". I've never seen this before and am trying not to panic, but I'm on a deadline! LOL And am running behind as usual!
I am using an older mac, and I'm pretty dang maxed out on Gb...gotta clean up some files, but having a hard time finding a free dup file finder for macs...so I'm procrastinating, basically. Could the fact that I've got very little Gb available left have something to do with this?
I try I open PhotoShop I get a message saying "Unable to conitnue because of a hardware or system error. Sorry, but this error is unrecoverable" then the program shuts down and I have to restart my computer in order to use PS again.
I have been re-saving many of my PSD files using CS3 image prosesssor with compatibility mode turned off. They have simply been saved again as PSD files into a different folder - no changes to the original PSD files. This has worked well and reduced file sizes by up to 50% (I had compatibility mode turned on previously).
of the 60 files I have processed, 3 will no longer open , I get a message that says "file will not open due to a program error."
these files have only ever been used in CS3. , they are quite large from just under 1GB to 1.5GB, however other similar large files have processed successfully. I have re-tried without success.
I still have the original files so no data loss is involved.
