Photoshop :: CC Bugs - Tool Turns Into A Small Brush?

I've got to the stage where I have to say something, because Photoshop CC is definitely buggy in my experience to date. The one that annoys me the most is that I suddenly get stuck with a small brush tool that won't go away without restarting Photoshop. I can be doing pretty much anything, and suddenly the tool I thought I was using turns into a small brush. it lets me save the file before I have to restart Photoshop.

I also get Photoshop freezing for about 30 seconds when nothing is happening.  It was impossible to embarrass my NLE system with CS6. I couldn’t even make it lag, yet alone freeze.

When I use the Adjustment brush it turns the brush line red.... even is I change the exposure, tint, saturation, color...etc
I cant seem to undone it... even if i restart program

The CS6 mixer brush stops painting and turns into a hand icon, with only the index finger out, when I paint near the top left of my screen. It's about 3 inches from the left and 2 inches from the top.

I don't have this problem in CS5.5/CS5.1 or CS5 . what the hand icon with only index finger out is for? It's not the move tool icon. I should also add that I'm using Win7 and a Cintiq. and I should add that the standard brushes don't have this problem in CS6.

Difficult to explain this in the title hense I haven't found an answer with a google search.

What it is, is that I have an image (a stud of an earring) that needs to be repeativly added to each image by hand at the moment I leave the image of the stud open and cut and paste it.

There must be an easier way to do this?

I was thinking I could turn it into a brush? I found the clone pattern but in the way I am using it, it doesn't work as I can't see is what my brush is to get it to line up.

This is something that we’ve seen intermittently on our and others' Macs:

you hover over the pin of an active brush and the overlay appears.you move off the pin, but the overlay stays.when you now continue to brush, the overlay is erased in shrap edged, blocky strokes as if the brush was a square shape with no feathering.Â
From all I can remember, it seems to be triggered only by larger brush sizes. Toggling the brushes panel or the overlay usually clears it up. It seems to be purely a display glitch not affecting the actual brush.

The are some unpleasant bugs on CS6 when OpenGL is turned off. bug in PS-13.1.2(only) on Win7x32.When making selection, for example, with magic wand it`s edges are terribly blinking and shaking.

And very old bug on all versions of CS6 for win.When the rullers are visible, try to shake the canvas with, for example, hand tool to left-rigth. The rulers will be cracked with artefacts.

main bugy-feature is thaе the contrast of path`s lines is very poor on noisy midle gray areas, even when the antialiasing is off.

I recently downloaded Photoshop from the Cloud. When I try to use the text tool the whole canvas turns black. I can turn it back on by toggling the eye open and shut on the layer but when I try to write text again the screen turns black again and soon as I click the image.Â

I recently downloaded the Photoshop CS4 Extended Trial and installed it on my computer...I am noticing some bugs and im not really sure if its just a bug in the trial version which will be fixed when i buy the program or if there was an error with the install... I dont have screenshots at the moment since im not on the computer having the issue but i can get them if needed... First lets start with the eraser tool...When i set the eraser tool as a size of say about 10px it works fine...However, if i zoom in on the image above its nautral size i start to lose the eraser...When i say lose the eraser i mean you can no longer seen the round area which will be erased..When you zoom in part of the circle disappears...It will still erase and area of the set size but its sort of hard to do erasing on detailed images when you cant see the whole eraser.... More bugs with the eraser....If i set the eraser to a larger size, say 30px or more, i right off the bat start seeing less of the eraser area....It will go from a whole circle down to something like a half moon with only half the circle being displayed... This may be a little hard to understand so if need be i will get some screenshots of what im talking about later.... I am also having a problem with the text...For starters, i cant scroll through the text...When i enter text and highlight it and highlight the fonts i would expect to be able to scroll through the fonts while watching the actual text change on thet screen....I am unable to do that, i highlight the text and the fonts and CS4 will let me scroll maybe 4-5 fonts and then it just stops and wont scroll anymore... Another issue im having with the font is the size....Whenever i enter text it is extremely small...Even if im working with a 200px x 200px image if i set my font at say 75px its tiny, tiny enough to where i cant even see it to highlight it....There appears to be something wrong with the sizing of the text...Just to get text to show up normally, at a readable size, i have to set the font size to 800px+ and this is on images which are only like 600px wide and 300px tall...Usually a font of 800px would fill up this image but when i do it the 800px font shows up like a 36px font... Like i said if this is all to hard to understand i can get some screen shots later on...I wanna make sure this is something which can be fixed before i go ahead and drop 700+ on the program...

When I create a text layer, the whole image turns black. If I enter the text blindly, I will see the expected results when I finish and click on another tool. If I try to edit the text layer, everything turns black again.
I am not using the type mask tool. I can select and move the layer and I can blend the layer; I just can't see what I am typing. Using Windows 8

when i make my brush size very small (to the point that its only like 4pixels dot on the screen), a crosshair symbol automatically appears around it which makes it hard to see the cursor's surroundings when working on small details without zooming in alot (which would make a 4px cursor appear bigger thus losing the crosshair again). I guess this feature is there for people that might have trouble locating small cursors, but on a large tablet that allows very fast work without having to zoom in much, this makes things harder. Is there a way to disable this or modify some files or "hack" the cursor icons somehow and delete it?

(Tried all possible combinations of the PS prefferences but none of it seemed to be related to the cursor becoming a crosshair once the brush size gets very small relative to screenresolution)

1st Bug:Iam using a HP Z6100PS 60in plotter and when Iam using page setup to print something, it keeps using the default print size... For exemple :

Printer default print size : 24x60
I want to print a 80x60 but Photoshop send a 24x60 to the printer... even if I entered 80x60... And the bug is for any sizes...

 2nd bug:My Windows 7 64bits Taskbar is at the top of my screen. All the documents iam opening in Photoshop are snapping to the top of the screen... super annoying. But when I place the Win Taskbar at the bottom of the screen, no more bug...

The brush tool loses the outline of the tool as the diameter gets larger. e.g. at 175px there is a fill outline of the tool. At 200px only a semi-circle is shown.

I'm having a problem with the Blob Brush tool where I can't change the basic brush to something else. Whenever I pick a brush I want and I try draw with the Blob Brush tool, the brush I picked reverts back to the basic brush. Here are screenshots:

But when I start drawing with the Blob Brush tool, it reverts back to the basic brush automatically
Am I doing something wrong or is the Blob Brush tool only capable of using the basic brush?

It seems difficult to make small on screen movements without the tool jumping. Would it be better use a low DPI mouse or a high DPI one? Wouldn't you get better control with a low DPI one?

I have just updated a whole load of block symbols as some numpty didn't put them on layer 0. When i have created a tool palette of the symbols, 4 of approx 30 symbols have got such a tiny tool image, that its impossible to see them, but oddly the rest are fine.
I have checked the blocks are zoomed to extents, checked the drawing limits are the same ones that are okay, and checked that the size of the block is the same, effectively i can not see any difference between the blocks. Even when i increase the image size to max in the tool palette view options the symbol is to small to identify. Oddly in windows explorer and in ACAD design center there is no issue with the tool image size.
Whilst i could manually create a new image, and tell the tool palette to use it, if this happens with all the blocks, it could be time consuming, when there could be a very simple answer i have over looked.

In LT2008. Dragging blocks (individual files) from ADC to tool palette. Some of the images are unreadable, just a dot or two. The drawing files are saved with the image filling the screen. Changing the size of the image in the tool palette does not work. I have tried plotting to .jpg and .png, the images are grayed. What is the best way to make a nice image for the tool palette to display at a medium size?
