I just installed PSP 4. I use print layout templates in my photo business. I have 115 layout templates that I backed up from PSP 3. When I copied the print layout templates into PSP4 the Print Layout templates interface crashed including the Averys.

View 1 Replies View RelatedIn my version of X6 32-bit, there is a problem with the icons in Print Layout, they're not the normal icons, but one's used when tying as script to an icon.
I have re-set X6, using the Shift key method, but the problem is still there. I can use the menus and print, but those icons don't belong there.
Is there anyway to bring up a the printer dialogue box or tell the printer I need more than 1 print of the layout? It's time consuming to hit that printer button x number of times. I just had to print 50 pages of the same layout today and it would be so much easier to let the printer print the 50 copies instead of sending 1 page 50 times to the printer.

It's freezing more and more now and just recently started showing a HUGE preview screen on the right. Not sure what I did to cause this but I'd like to change it back to opening to the Edit screen.

If I open paint shop X5 the paper edges can be seen behind the image but if you look at the enclosed screen print you can see paper edges are not visible in paint shop pro X6.

Going ahead to print gives me a B&W print. The same file prints perfectly in color in PSP X3. What setting I need to tweak?

View 11 Replies View Relatedwhen i resize an image for example to 27 x 18 cm there is no problem however, when i try and print the image and the preview window comes up there seems to only be a tiny part of the picture visible? its basicly a tiny square in the top left corner of the preview page and its just big enough to see its a minute part of the image i want to print. If i try and print the image anyway i just get "could not start print job".I never had any issues before then suddenly a few weeks ago the problem happened in version x2 on any pictures i tried to resize and print , so i updated to x3 in the hope it would correct the error but its still there. Any setting somewhere , i tried using a trial version of a rival program and that worked fine and showed the print preview exactly how it should.

Currently, I open 1 layout at a time then print it 1 by 1, in which its killing me specially if I do have lots of drawings.
Publish does saving in DWF, PDF... But does not print in the printer.
I have a template with layouts of different sizes that had been working fine with a previous Xerox 6204. My D size and E size automatically oriented with the 36" side parallel to the roll feed. I have since moved to a job that got a Designjet T2300. On this machine the D size orients the 24" side parallel. This wastes 1' of paper on the left and uses 1' extra as it runs the 36" side perpendicular. I have been unable to rectify the problem. I have tried printing in portrait, that actually cut off some of the image. I have tried all types of rotation within the driver and layouts. Tech support had me going into the machine settings and set rotation to 90. Nothing. There is a warning that "HP utilities" is not installed. Could this be a remedy? When the tech came to set up the printer he installed the necessary drivers but mad no mention of this utility.

I am trying to print on 5x7 paper. I set the page setup to 5x7. I have the margins set to .2" on each side. The layout image inside Lr looks exactly how I want it to.Then I print. I end up with a .125" margin on the left and top, and a .625" margin on the right and bottom.
If I upgrade from LR3 to LR4 will the print templates I created in LR3 still work in LR4?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI've just downloaded the latest version of Lightroom 4.3 (Win764bit), and the print templates don't work at all! If you click on the supplied Lightroom templates, the preview changes in the navigator window, but not in the main window.
Are Adobe planning to provide a patch for this any time soon, or should I look elsewhere for printing?
I though Lightroom was supposed to be an end to end workflow solution, but I've seen bug reports about the print module in various forums on the net going back nearly a year now, so maybe Adobe have lost interest in this particular module?
Obviously doing something wrong, I can't seem to select the print templates mode, they appear when I hover them on the left hand side of the screen but they don't then transfer to the center image, I select single, package and custom but nothing happens, I also select the photographs in the collection but the center screen doesn't import either the photo or the presets.

My project needs to be put into templates ro resize the card size but the comany only accept file size 1900 x 2300, and i have been saving my work by using paint net canvas size 600 x 800 PNG?
will i be able to stretch my current size file to the size of 1900 x 2300 without affecting the quality of my art work done on paint net.
I am new to PaintDotNet, and NOT a graphics designer, so I am struggling through the "12 Tutorials in a PDF" as well as the Kindle book "Mastering PaintDotNet", but I have a problem at the moment. What I need to do is to create a template, a Wordpress Header, which has a circular cutout through which the client's logo can be seen.
Attached is a sample of the type of thing I mean, this one has square cutouts, but I need to create a circular cutout. I am aware that I can do it by creating a transparent layer, then drawing a circle and manually erasing the contents of the circle, but that is time-consuming and not very professional looking unless I zoom in to 1000% and use a small width eraser, which would take forever.
A feature where when you press File, New, you can choose from a set of default and self defined size templates, for example, kinda what photoshop does, but you make the list yourself? So my most popular resolution is 1920x1080, but i use 1801x2528 and other sizes, i would love to be able to save and name these sizes to be selected from the File, New option. I know i can create blank canvases and save them to open and save again.
View 6 Replies View Relatedwe have just upgraded from Inv 2011 to 2013. I am trying to create the drawing templates in 2013 by using the blank 2013 template and then copying our border from 2011 onto it. This works a treat apart from 1 thing.
The i properties do not get copied over as well so the sheet is blank from drawing number, title and the custom properties etc.
Just came upon an error I had not seen before. Though PSP no longer supports Animation Shop, up until PSP X4, the user has been able to export frames back to PSP from Animation Shop. Now, this no longer works! There's still some communication there, because an error message - which, incidentally, makes absolutely no sense at all - is generated in PSP X4:
