I had a paint program that would let draw a line, copy the line, and when pasting I could tell how many copies and at what angle. Is there some way to do this in Paint.net? More precisely I am needing wheel with 365 spokes.

How do I make the indivudal segments? If I could just get the first one figured out, I reckon I can copy it and use free transform to rotate it 15 degrees, fill it with the new color, repeat, repeat, repeat. But I don't know how to make the shape.
When I use the circle tool it trims the hub away from the spokes. How do I do the opposite, trim the spokes away from the hub? (Novice, CS3, XP)

I want to make a 4 wheel vehicle rig using the Carwheel reactor. I want to do this as a means of learning how to use 3ds Max, and have completed many tutorials. I do not want to use plug-ins. It seems nobody uses the Carwheel to any extent. I do not want a simple car rig. I want to use the Carwheel reactor as it was meant to be used. I want to realistically steer and follow terrain with the rig. Am I being realistic? Is it even possible?

I went to EDIT > PREFERENCES > INPUT CONTROLLERS and tried to see where to change this (and I did successfully for the mouse wheel last week) but I couldn't find under MOUSE BUTTONS what would control what command is accessed via the right mouse wheel.

When I got my new laptop, I was told that my program was outdated and was recommended that I purchase Corel paintshop Prox4, so I did. I would like to burn my pictures to a CD or DVD for backup and to share with my family, only. My old program had an easy one step button to click on to make a CD/DVD. I find this product to be difficult to use for an average person just wanting to have a little fun with their pictures and doing some minor corrections.

Also while im at it can you make the transparent background design customizable because all the grays make it kind of hard to tell if you have a stray pixel.I'm currently using PDN to sprite so stray pixels will get me flamed on the site i post them on i'm also aware that i could just make a layer to cover it but when i click save im reminded of the extra layer than i have to cancel and remove it.
