this error seems to make the dialog menu bigger.
i wonder if it is only me who has this or if the betatester only look at the english version.
i mean... it is so obvious it can´t go unoticed....
There are some pictures from a friends wedding in lightroom who are missing/ offline. The problem is that the pictures aren't on my computer or memory card anymore and I already tried a data recovery with Disk Drill. Unfortunately the pictures (documents) which have been found by Disk Drill, are damaged and can't be opened. So the pictures are really gone.
But now I was looking in Lightroom (i've uploaded the pictures with Lightroom in the first place) and I see that the thumbnails are from a reasonable quality. That's why I am wondering if it's possible to larger the thumbnails without losing quality/ pixels. Of course I already tried a few things (SmillaEnlarger & some things in Photoshop), but unfortunately the pictures are still very bad.
Or is there any other way to get this pictures back? I still got the catalogus from Lightroom where the pictures where.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a client who would like to create a banner that is 6x5 feet. She supplied me with a very high quality photo that she'd like printed on the banner. Ideally, it would fill up most of the banner. The file size of the photo is 670 mb. In Photoshop's "Image Size" window, it says that it's 12960 x 8640 pixels, 36 x 24 inches, and 360 ppi.
Is there some way to make this photo display larger, short of taking a new photo with a higher resolution? What happens if I up the resolution in the "Image Size" window?
Also wondering why this file would be 670 mb but only 36x24 inches in size... It doesn't seem to add up to me.
way to make 4 white diamonds within a bigger yellow diamond. I try to make an big diamond by rotating a square 45 degrees. No problem there but whey I make the smaller diamonds out of squares and try to put them into the larger diamond it is all messed up?

THE LITTLE ONE IS THE NORMAL SIZE then i re size it and it looks blurry you might not see it but in the game it looks too real

Is there a way to make the color picker in the toolbar bigger?
I've been using Illustrator for some time now and find this part of the software to be annoying as I frequently mis-click this tiny area and the switching between foreground and background color is easily mismanaged and you end up changing the colour of the one you didn't intend and then have to make two clicks to remedy that.
Do any other users find this to be a badly designed part of the software?Also, when in the colour creation dialogue the 'preview' tick can somehow be switched to on as default.
I can understand that there are situations where it might be better not to see your colour change in the document in real time, but to have to click this (again very small) tick box again and again feels like bad design.

I have a big assembly. It used to have aprox 280kB.
I have created the five flexible assemblies and it grew up to 2100KB and became
quite slow even with a lot of supressed parts.
The question is: should I blame the flexible stuff for this slowup?
I loaded autocad R2013 and went into the .cui dialog box to look for the screen menu section. It used to be under the legacy portion but it's no longer there. I've been looking all around to try and find where it's at.
View 4 Replies View RelatedA friend just had major problems moving his v3 files. He had one top folder for all Lightroom. He keeps his catalog and photos on an external and now needs to increase the capacity of the external. So he copied them over in Windows with the entire Lightroom folder remaining intact, and reassigned the old drive letter to the new external hard drive, so the path to all photos is preserved.
However, everyhting shows up Missing. "Find this folder" doesn't work. You navigate to the new location but it's not clear what exactly you "do" to relink. Clicking the name of the lost folder in the resulting dialog box (new-but-named-the-same-as-old-drive) didn't cange anthong back at the Library display of that folder. I know I -- myself -- will be moving to a new internal drive from the one currently storing my photos in the near future. So his problem is relavant to the hassle i can expect.

I have just bought and installed Lightroom 5 and need to set my print size to A3 and in the future even bigger. I do not have the facility at home and need to have them sized correctly for the print shop so they do not have to waste time resizing them. I am at a loss how to do this. I cant find any settings for this size print. A3 is roughly 42 x 29.7 cm.
