Illustrator :: Error While Attempting To Export To BMP
Mar 1, 2013
Illustrator CS6 (64-bit) gives the following error when I attempt to export to a .bmp file: "Could not write the file because the plug-in made an invalid request of the Photoshop adapter".
Since upgrading to LR 5.2, I can no longer upload photos to Facebook. I get this message: "An error occurred while attempting to load this plug-in’s portion of the Export dialog. attempt to index upvalue '?' (a nil value)"
How do I get LR 5.2 to work again with my Facebook account?
My PC will crash when attempting to export in Premiere Pro, I will get the blue screen.
I ran a memory diagnostic test to see if it was the ram, it did not come back as having faulty ram.
Somtimes the pc will just freeze too.
Seems like this only happens with adobe.
I somtimes could export a file after attempting 2-3 times but now it crashes almost every time.
I have tried many different export formats but it seems to not be limited to just one format, it happens with all formats.
I have tried to find a solution but I still have not.
Here are my PC specs:

This problem started today when i tryed to throw a drop shadow on a layer. in RGB mode. "Program Error," appeared and would not let me access any Blending options. Although, in cmyk mode it works perfectly fine.
While using the editor in PSE 10, it suddenly stopped working, giving me a "run time error" message. I have created a new user account, created restore points on my PC, attempted to change the preference files, all to no avail. The software came installed on my PC, so I'm unable to do an uninstall and reinstall as I don't have the installation CD. The PC manufacturer and Adobe support have been unable to provide me with a product key. fix the "run time error"? Until it's fixed, the product is unusable.
I get this message even after 3 attempts to unistall and re-install lr5. I even deleted the downloads and re-downloaded it twice to make sure. It will not let me import or do anything.I an trying to do the free trial so I can decide between this or Aperture. If I cannot run the trial, I wonder if I will be able to run the full version! I will be using this in conjunction with nik soft or topaz, and need to know if everything will play nice together.
I'm running Photoshop CS6 (13.0.1) 64bit on a MacBook Pro running OS X Lion. About 60% of the time when I try to double click a vector smart object instead of opening it up in Illustrator I get an error that says, "Could not edit original smart object because of program error." This most recent time it was a smart object from vector data I copied and pasted from Illustrator into Photoshop.
I am attempting to save a PDF file (was JPG and converted to Vector and saved as PDF) as a SWF file. I need to resize it down to 80px x 80px.When I goto save for Web & Devices and change to SWF --> Image Size (tab): the new size (width and height) are greyed out and I cannot change them.
My illustrator won't let me save in pdf, it allows me to print in pdf but the option window for saving in pdf doesn't appear and the program freezes, last week it was working fine. I already tried deleting the settings folder and i don't work with multiple monitors so i couldn't have misplaced de window. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't work.
AI said "Not enough memory to save the file." when I export a general file to .psd fomat. I have 8GB physical memory & use i3 cpu, so I doubted that and start task manager to check and export again.almost these numbers:
Physical Memory(MB) Total 8109 Cached 1890 Available 56** Free 39**
in fact didn't know I had the time to be either.Creative Cloud is a great idea, pity it has been used to release under cooked software. The upgrade to CC has cost my department hours and hours of chargeable/billable time.URL....
I have a xara file with lots of images. The saved xara file is about 45Mb.If I try and export this as PDF with 300dpi or 600dpi, I get an error that says 'File could not be saved'
Is Designer Pro X not capable of handling this size of file?
I would imagine that there are users out there who are dealing with very large images and probably much larger file sizes. Is it simply that the dpi I am choosing, is the cause?
The screen shot below shows a patently false error message when attempting to open a 13.3 MB .PICT file in Photoshop 13.0.5 under Lion 10.7.5, while there are clearly over 15 GB of free, unused RAM, and over 500 GB available for scratch.
I'm showing this only to highlight the unreliability of "not enough RAM" error messages that can send a user on a futile wild-goose chase.
The file is obviously corrupted, as it is the result of a futile attempt to extract any image files in a rescued archive of some sort (from the infamous Webshots by Smile site that recently caused millions of images from thousands of former Premium account holders to be lost). But there's definitely not a RAM problem here. Other, healthy files of over 1 GB open without any problem.
I am trying to attach pdfs to my drawing. I am receiving the following message "acdwfmarkupcore.arx cannot find a procedure that it needs." I am also receiving a message that says the pdf (file) is corrupt. I have opened the file and it appears fine. I have even tried re-saving the original document under a different name.
When I finish editing a photo I get a message about "can't export to clipboard". Also, did the Mask panel disappear in CS6? Can't find it under Window menu.
I've got a PC with 12 GB of memory, 9 allocated to PS CS5.A Radeon 5970 video card with 2GB on-board memory.... although CS5 might only accept 1GB.I open 30 files about 200K each, which would put total usage around 6 MB total... let's say 7MB to add a little buffer.
I could process the first 10-12 files. I was just cropping each image to what I needed to do. Nothing was standard, so an action or some other automated process was not a viable option. After each crop, I would save the image and close it out.
About the 13-14 image, as I was starting to crop, the image would just disappear completely so I couldn't crop the image at all.All video drivers and Adobe updates are installed.I could close the program and restart it, and it worked fine. But I shouldn't have to do that.
I had been given Ulead VS 9 and 10 from a friend who upgraded to X4. Having used and liked those, I tried his X4 and then downloded the trial version for myself. VS X4 is the only consumer program I can find that has audio mixing on playback, so I'm trying to do what I can to be certain that I'm getting a good product.
I make heavy use of multi-trim, speed/time lapse and audio level editing. I leave audio to the last. Due to camera changes, I began with AVI files, but now am using MPEG2, 4:3 740X480 29.97 fps with audio of 48000hz and a bit rate of 256 kbps.
I can edit project files for as long as I want to sit here doing it. Trimming, speeding up and adding as many transitions as I like within a 30 minute project. The preview playback will get a little choppy and often the audio will go out of sync, but if I close the program and re-open it, those problems will usually be corrected. Regardless of whether or not I close and re-open the program, when I begin adding soundtracks and adjust the levels, the program will inevitably pop up an error window and shut down.
I have tried doing all of the video editing and transitions, then creating a single file via "Share", closing the program, re-opening, starting a new project and bringing the new file into the timeline thinking that it wouldn't have to "remember" all the previous editing. From there I would attempt to do audio, but I get the same sesult.
I have uninstalled both all VS programs, removed all remaining folders, and re-downloaded the trial without re-installing 9 and 10. I can still open the vsp files saved in other folders, and I can still edit the video portions, but the program freezes when attempting to edit audio.
I did not have any issues with 9 or 10 until the download of X4. After x4 failed, I went back to 10, which worked for about 3 projects and then failed in the same manner, hence my reasoning for unistalling all programs.
It's almost as though this program makes a folder specifically for edit memory, and when it's full, it's full, and you don't get to edit anymore. Neither can you empty the folder. I've tried the different disc caching and acceleration options given in the manual, but nothing makes any difference.
I have several videos posted on YouTube, all of which were created with VS 9, 10 and a couple with X4. I would prefer to continue using a program that allows audion mix "on the fly". But now I can't even complete a project in VS10.

It's a half hour long, but shows the extensive amount of editing done to make the final product.
Coworker opened a drawing that he created yesterday. Upon opening he received the following error - "Attempting to end an invalid transaction. Id: 2008125432". He hit OK and the program resumed. It did not crash. There is no red plus in the menu bar.

I am using AutoCAD MAP 3D and attempting to hatch an object. However when I click the hatch command I am getting an error in the command line _k Unknown Command 'k' Press F1 for Help.
Is there a way of resolving this or a list of things to test.
I have PSE7 and have always been able to do panoramas. Today when I attempt the app crashes. I restart and it does this many times. I have win 7 that automatically updates. Are there conflicts in updating?
The above error just started recently when I do cntl A to select all the cntrl C to copy. I am trying to add photos to the background photo as additional layers.
I have tried to export video out of CS3 extended no matter what I've tried a get the same message "Could not complete the render video command because of a program error"
I can import .avi and quick time files just fine but it won't export whether I choose .avi file or quicktime. (using only a 25mb sized file)
Please I really could use your help as I have not found any info thru google search. I have no problems rendering from After effects 3 or Premiere Pro 3 just photoshop.
